I've quit using the taxi service over the last couple years due to rudeness and unfair routes being taken for more.fare.
Recently I've had to take taxis, namely this one. What a 100% flip around. A great experience and prompt, polite, helpful and empathetic drivers. They are my go to and recommendation taxi company here on in. Thank you!

Almost all cab drivers in Edmonton are very suspicious and nosey. They want cash up front. They make up the fares if they know you're desperate.

A friend was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, and wgen sge was released. Since she didn't have any cash to pay up front, 4 cabs refused to take her to the hotel. Finally, I spoke to a cab driver who charged me $50, and I had to give him my hotel room number, first and last name, and my credit card number. But I had to pay with cash and be waiting in the lobby.

As for nosey; they all thought 3 women traveling together for some shopping was totally scandalous and wanted way too much personal information. Like, if we were married. How many hotel rooms we had rented for the three of us.

If you are a tourist, unless you drive there yourself or rent a car; try Lyft or Uber.

My friend is paralyzed from the waist down he's in a wheelchair and has very limited mobility but has the heart of gold iPhones in for a wheelchair-accessible cab waited 3 hours and had to cancel because my friend decided at 10 p.m. From Southside Edmonton to take the bus all the way downtown because he had waited long enough. I am utterly disgusted with the cab company for making someone who's in a wheelchair wait that long and not call back to apologize. I felt so awful watching my friend have to go through such trouble, that was unacceptable. Will NEVER call that company again.

Its very very dangerouse stay away those more question even before u get in the driver take a fix price so expensve i took a yellow taxi to airport i pay 50 and this taxi asked price fix 80 dollar and more question

Waaaaaay too expensive for a cab, it is so expensive to the point where I am starting to doubt my life and why I am not a cab driver

Apparently anyone can just take your cab. We showed the driver proof we were for him but he took other people instead of us. This company is pathetic. The cabs number was 259

I had an xmas party to attend.

I live in Wetaskiwin and arranged a cab to come pick me up, the same fella even came and got me to go home.

I had forgotten my Company cell and my vintage warm leather gloves (23 year old and rare rare gloves) in their taxi from Airport to Hotel. I did not know taxi number nor had any idea it was this company’s taxi as I paid a fixed price in rush and did not ask for receipts. I called by fluke this company if it was their driver at airport. They sent a notice out to all their drivers and surely enough he was located. And the young Sikh guy who had dropped me off came in to drop my cell and gloves at my hotel an hour later with a smile. Definitely appreciated. The gloves were more valuable for me than the cell. It was my brothers gift 23 years ago and have been my old faithfuls every winter…

I left my wallet in a cab, it's now been almost 3 weeks and I haven't gotten a hold of anyone or any of my calls returned or my emails. Do people even work here?

Leflft wallet in taxi and they will not call back! Theres no option to talk to dispatch awful!

I hardly ever had an issue with this taxi company, The taxi drivers usually arrive within 5 mins or less and they're also friendly and very convenient when I can't find a ride or catch a bus, definitely way better than taking an uber.
