I just purchased a T380 from Edmonton, and on my way back to Vancouver, I realized the top speed was 105. I called Greatwest, and Chris, the service tech, got me in immediately. We were back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Chris, thank you for staying late and taking care of us. It’s because of guys like you I keep buying a KW.

I'm a "piggyback" driver that works exclusively for Paccar. I deliver brand new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks across the US and Canada. Recently, I had a delivery to Greatwest Kenworth in Red Deer. Ashley in service (hope I spelled that right) was my first point of contact. What an absolute sweetheart. Kind, courteous, funny, and really appreciative of open communication. She certainly set the stage for a flawless delivery. Next up is Chris, one of the lead techs in the shop. He checked me in, directed me where to go, and set up the rest of the delivery. From start, to finish, I was done in just over two hours. That's a personal best. Chris went over and above, to ensure it was a smooth operation. If their behaviors toward me, a truck delivery driver, is any indication on how they do business, I'd highly recommend paying Greatwest Kenworth in Red Deer a visit for your Kenworth needs! Cheers!
