Green Island Tea & Coffee

This store has super high quality tea! I’m so happy I randomly found it yesterday, my daughter was pulling a tantrum and both ladies were super nice and patient, offered my daughter to smell all kinds of tea, amazing combinations, I highly recommend the Green Tea Bluebuerry Pie, and the Ashwaganda Cherry I can se how the loose leaves and fruits in it expands beautifully and the smell, taste and after taste is amazing. My daughter end up choosing Strawberry and Chicolate fruit tea and the cutest tea box container. Being in this store was a warm and cozy experience, I’ll be coming back soon.

I have gout arthritis, stiffness, extremely painful anytime as it is attacking me. Also I have swelling in my legs, sleeping problem, and frequent urination etc. I been taking pills for years, seems not help, and every time see doctor dosage just add up.
My friends recommended go Boon doon mall tea shop to see May, go for natural.
I finally made it up. I went there, she asked me so many questions, look at my tongue and legs.later she blended some tea for me, it calls House 101, special make.
I’ve been drink this tea for about 2 month, my legs no more swelling, pain.sleep much better.
I usually go to pee several times an hour, but after drinking this tea, I only go to pee once every 3 to 4 hours. I would say this miracle herb, thank you so much May!

I was just in the shop and ended up having an episode in which I needed to access a washroom very quickly. The lady immediately showed me the closest one in the bowling alley. I ended up going back up to the store and having to return quickly back downstairs again. The Lady had kept my stuff I'd purchased elsewhere, plus a beautiful lacquer Set I'd purchased there, wrapping it for me and had it ready for when I came back the 2nd time. She'd asked what my issue was the 1st time I'd returned and when I came back the 2nd time she gave me some ginger to help and offered to buy me a cup of tea as well. I just needed to get home quickly so she sent a tea bag with me to enjoy at home. They have lots of unique tea and collectables so if you're looking for unique idea's to buy for a tea drinker.this is the place to visit. I forgot to get her name but her compassion and gifts meant the world to me. Thank you so much for your help Special Lady!

Another amazing store in Bonnie Doon mall. Wonderful selection of tea and coffee, and as well mugs, tea and coffee accessories and many good hot chocolates, among other products! The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend visiting!

This is the best/fun tea shop I've ever walked into. So much to see and so many unique idea for gifts. The shop manager May is very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable in many types of tea including house 101 blend. Anything you are looking for she would be able to help you with what you need.pain or any issue that you may concern about your health. She helped me with weight loss, which I lost 6 pounds and much more. Definitely highly recommended! Love the shop!

Through a strange set of cirumstances I tried a cup of Mays special house blend (it was from a friends mix). To my surprize I noticed a difference in joint pain that I was living with for 2 years!
I went into speak with May & she made me up a blend, that I have been taking for the last 3 months. Every day I have notice improvements!
It is spectacular for me!
I have had more improvement in my health in the last 3 months than all the various hearb suppliments that I have taken in the last 10 years!
I am sure not everyone can have this kind of experience but for me something in her blend has just hit the right "cord"!

I heard from many people who love coffee and tea many positive comments about May and her store. I bought loose tea and enjoyed it immensely. The manager of this store has excellent communication and listening skills. She is knowledgeable of a great selection of teas, coffee and other items in her store. She has a wide selection of Black tea, Green tea, oolong, white tea, Roobois, Yerba mate, Matcha, chai tea and much more. I tried different teas and enjoyed them all. The store is kept very clean and has welcoming appeal. Service is superb. Parking is great. It is worth your time and money to visit this unique Greenland tea & Coffee shop at your convenience. Teas have many health benefits, sky is the limit. All the best.

I regularly grab various teas, dried flowers and hard-to-find herbs for my art and for consumption from May and she always has so much knowledge and generosity to share! Definitely highly recommend this store for all your herbal needs:)

I usually never give a bad review, unfortunately, I have to this time. The lady was nice and sweet when I was buying stuff and next day when I called to ask if I could exchange my cup for something else as I wanted to be sure before driving all the way to Bonnie Doon, my experience was horrendous. Apparently, they don't have a return policy, especially for markdown products. I understand if they don't do returns on a markdown product, but I feel so cheated and violated for not telling me about their return policy and for being absolutely rude. When asked the lady told she doesn't need to tell me about the return policy! The amount of derogatory remarks she used whilst talking to a customer is insane. Very rude and arrogant customer service. The lady at the store doesn't tell you about their return policy nor they have a sign anywhere about their policy of not accepting returns. No doubt their jasmine tea is something I would love to buy but I wouldn't go back to get humiliated again. The lady will exaggerate about her products so you buy but won't tell you about their return policy. Their teas are amazing and i don't mind spending on them but other products including markdown ones are average. It's not about my money that got wasted, it's about the way lady spoke with me. She kept firing insulting comments at me. I would advise my friends and family to refrain going to this store. Don't go to this place or be ready to get insulted and talked down for asking a return
