GreenFox Windows & Doors

Greenfox came in and replaced eight windows and two doors. We are very pleased with the new look and have received many compliments from our neighbours. The quality of work was exceptional. Also, that box of chocolates was the cherry on top. I would not hesitate to refer this company to family and friends. Kudos to GreenFox.

From the beginning of the project till the end the people who were involved were so polite and knew their stuff. The doors are so great. I had also got new windows about 6 months ago. I love the windows and doors. Green Fox also has a great warranty. You won't be sorry going with Green Fox.

We have used Green Fox for all of our windows and front door. We did a full kitchen and living renovation, plus all the windows. Tony was our representative and he was awesome. Available by text anytime we had a question. Whenever I called green fox I always got a hold of a person or had a call back right away. They did have a slight mess up of our front door, but remedied this right away and it ended up not affecting our project at all in the end. The 25 year warranty is a huge! We also found the pricing to be fair for the product and service. We would recommend green fox to anyone looking for new windows or doing a renovation. Our house is warmer and brighter, and the windows look great:)

They provided a comprehensive and timely quote, removed and installed a bay window in a day, and followed up the next day. Great service and great company!

We ordered two window inserts and a new back door, all to be installed so that the exterior trim would not be touched on our 1912 house. The windows are satisfactory, after a repairman came and revised the original installation. The back door, unfortunately, has not been installed to our satisfaction because the door frame is too deep for our opening. We are waiting to for resolution, but are not hopeful as they are not responding to our emails and phone calls.

GreenFox Windows & Doors provided good service for a supply-only order. The windows we received were of exceptional quality and arrived in a timely manner. Their team ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend. Will use GF again for our future projects.

I had been happy with Greenfox. I've had some doors replaced as well as windows. However, I've now been waiting two years for the screen to be installed on the garden door. Now just getting a run around. So their 5 star rating is now down to 3.

The service and installation is the only thing keeping this review positive. The storm door product is poor. As an inspector I see my fair share of poor material selection and application. The almost $1000 storm door only 2 years old had the barrel/latch fail this past winter. I will have to suspect it’s form the ~1/4” cast “pin” holding it in place. The warranty doesn’t extend beyond a year and I refuse to pay the ~$350 estimated to replace a poorly designed part that will fail. The design seems flawed for our -20 and below temperatures. Do not buy the storm door with internal mechanisms.

My installers, Alex and Miron were amazing! They went above and beyond installing my huge window. When realizing the casing they were told to bring was wrong, they went out and bought the right casing that matched the rest of my house. They left my house cleaner than what they found it. I would completely recommend them to come back anytime. Thank you gentlemen!

We were very pleased with the whole process from the initial sales person coming into our home, to measurements, then installation (Sasha and his helper were awesome!) And then a final inspection. Will definitely recommend Green Fox to anyone. We put out feelers as to who to purchase from, and Green Fox came up over and over. We can see why now.

We just had Tony gives us an estimate. He was personable, pleasant and very respectable. Tony also had a sense humour. We enjoyed his company along with his professional demeanour. We have agreed to have the windows done by Greenfox.

From start to finish, our project was flawless. Our new windows and doors are fabulous. Everything was clearly explained by Vlad and the installation team. There were no surprises or added charges. We were amazed by the professionalism, punctuality, and customer service oriented all members of Green Fox were. We had our windows replaced by GreenFox Windows.
Our Salesman James was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided us with a great quote. Our windows were ready earlier than expected.
The office staff was very accomodating when we had to move around our install date. (a couple times) Friendly and patient Dennis our installer did a fabulous job. Cleaned up well after he was done. Communicated and pointed out issues he discovered.
Dennis's craftsmanship gave us very little inconvenience while he completed the install.
Our home is warmer and we don't hear the traffic or dogs barking outside.

Well, our experience thus far has been less than stellar. We paid a little more and went with this company because we wanted to support local and we liked that they hired Ukrainian refugees. Sadly, all 4 windows we purchased need to be replaced due to lines between the window panes. There were scuffs on the vynl window frames from installation. There was also giant hand prints on the exterior parts of the window that they didn't clean after installing, so I had to get out my 12 foot ladder and do it myself. They also didn't bring the screen for one of the windows, said they would bring it the next day. Nearly 1 month later, still no screen. We are hoping that they will get it all sorted out soon. I will update this review if things get fixed up to our satisfaction.

Voiced our concerns about how the screen doors did not close properly service guy came out to check put a work order in they were to show up one Saturday afternoon no calls waited all day and never came the next guy came said nothing he could do to fix the doors they needed to be changed today another service guy came looked at the doors adjusted the sweep on the screen door told us that the humidity in our house is to high that is why the screen doors all covered in ice even though the front door is not open I am not happy with the work done

We are very happy with our new sliding door. Green fox was fast putting it in and you didn’t even notice they were here afterwards.

GreenFox Windows and Doors replaced all the windows in the house as well as the patio door and the back door. Gor, the Project Manager, was especially helpful with helping me select the right windows and doors. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and doors and the end price. The installers were very professional and very good at what they do - they take pride in their work. I should note, I had the replacements done in two lots, and each time it has been a very good experience. Yes, I highly recommend GreenFox Windows and Doors.

Our experience with Green Fox has been exceptional! From ordering to installation everything went very well. The installation crew, Team 14 were amazing. The head installer, Andrii was friendly, professional with great work ethics. We love our new windows and can't believe how much better the house looks inside and out. We had our front window replaced by GreenFox. They were punctual, friendly, tidy, efficient and professional. Their pricing and service were both fantastic, and the quality of the window is great!

While I am happy with the physical windows themselves the install and attention to details was poor.
The caulking on the outside is horrendous and sloppy. Inside is a little better but again poor attention to details on miter cuts for the window trim and filling large gaps with caulking. Some gaps in outside flashing which would be easy access for water or bugs to enter the home.

Recently had a few windows replaced by Green Fox windows. I must say the experience was a very pleasant one. Very friendly people to deal with and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. Would definitely use this company again for any of our window needs.

I give Green Fox and the installation Crew #14 five stars. The experience was great. I ordered 15 Triple Pane windows to replace the wood ones that came with the house. The original wood double pane windows were pretty good but they got frost on them in the winter and they collected water. The new ones do form a small amount of condensation but nothing like the older ones. I left one of the old windows in and when you compare it during the cold winter days you can see a significant improvement. The old one gets frozen ice at the base of the windows at -30C. I have only seen a very small amount of liquid water on a couple of the new ones at the very bottom. The windows lose far less heat and are pleasant to stand in front on a cold day. The installers went out of their way to accommodate my requests and where very clean, they were also quite fast. I found the company answered any of my questions and were quick to respond to any inquiries. I would recommend this company and the windows and service to anyone considering a replacement. The price was reasonable and I thought they did a first class job. I highly recommend using them. They also did my sister in Law house and again they did an excellent job. One clarification worth noting is that installer would have replaced any of the 2*6" framing or the wood sheeting wood but would NOT replace or repair siding if it was required. This is logical but it is also good to know if you suspect damage has occurred in the old window frame. This was not necessary in my install but originally thought it would be covered if it was required.

Greenfox did a wonderful job installing a back door for us. Great service, the installers were very professional and efficient. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend!

Maintained a connection with us as our doors came from the supplier (was a 6 month backorder due to Covid supply chain problems - not Green Fox). Obvious expertise in the installation of our doors. Engaged with us during the installation, explaining what was to be done and the details of the installation process. Superior after-sales service - called to ensure we were happy with their product and its installation, quickly came out when we called about screen door icing up in minus 20 + weather and the door fastener (used our old one) not closing properly.
A big bonus for us was that their workforce included newly immigrated Ukrainian tradesmen, but supervised by more experienced staff.

Had a great experience with GreenFox when we upgraded our entire house's windows. They were the most reasonably priced quote we received and their customer service is excellent. From sales to reception to installers to final inspection, they were professional and friendly across the board. I highly recommend them!

Everything was great I enjoyed the service the door is great the final inspection was awesome as well. Totally recommend.

Ordered 3 windows, they did not take care to ensure the grilles in the windows would match. Refused install as they looked horrible. Now they have my money and have been ghosting me for over a week with no resolution. Maybe this forum will be a wake up call to follow up with their customers. DO NOT USE THEM they are unreliable and do not know what they are doing. I would give zero stars but you need to give at least one to post.

Update October 26. The saga continues. No one willing to update me. Getting past around from the PM that is supposed to look after my project back to the office for an update. Been asking to speak to the GM for 4 weeks now and no response. The reply from Greenfox on my thread is not correct and a poor excuse. Just speaks to their continued bumbling and disorganization. STAY AWAY. The only reason they contact me is to ask me to remove my post. More concerned with their 5 star rating than helping the customers.

Update January 12. My Windows were supposed to ship December 20. No one at Greenfox can tell me if they shipped or even where they are. They also continually ignore my requests for their WCB clearance and insurance certificate which every home owner should request of anyone doing work at their place. If they are such a reputable company why can they not provide these? Again they refuse to have the General Manager call me. They seem like a faceless internet company with a catchy radio ad. I cannot say how terrible Greenfox is. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
