I walked in to get a hydraulic hose made with barely any customers in the building. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the employees gave me the occasional glance. Terrible customer service. I had to ask to be helped while standing at the counter. They act like they are the ones giving me money.

I’ve tried opening an account for one of my businesses with these guys for over 6 months now and about 10 attempts to open a cash account. Every time I ask, they say they’ll get back to me in 1-2 business days and never heard back. I applied with a different business that makes less than a third of the revenue than the primary business that I applied for and that got approved after 3 attempts. Never encountered a business that makes it so hard for me to give them business. Luckily, because of this issue, I was able to source other suppliers that were able to source what I need at a much lower price. Gregg’s prices are reasonable on some things but most things are priced higher than other reputable sources.
