Great place and Super staffs! Needed one rare to find ridgid parts TODAY for a job and called around Gregg is the only one has ONE in stock. I spoke to sales Jason Chan told him I need it badly but due to only one in stock so I am not sure if their inventory is correct, Jason told me he can go check for me, what I didn't know is he actually RUN to their back checked for me, not walked, he RUN. Wow. That's outstanding service, I always recommend Gregg to the others but this time actually made me impressed even more! Bravo, good job Jason Chan and Gregg! Keep us Canadians feeling proud.

Great experience everyone working in there is incredibly helpful had two of they guys (wesely and trevor) help me with a makeshift regulator setup on dewalt air compressor and helped me the whole way through

Have dealt with Gregg's customer service 3x now:

1st time 60 dollar LED trouble light. Available online for 15 dollars. The light exploded internally, shattering the glass. Brought it in was told that these lights never break. Nothing was done to make it right.
2nd time ordered some fittings that were the wrong size. They took them back and gave me right size ones.
3rd time bought a drill bit for 50 dollars that's available online for 20 dollars. Drill bit snapped in half after 5 minutes of use. Brought it back and was told all they can do is sell me another one. Nothing was done to make it right.

Not shopping here again. Outrageous margins and poor customer service are not worth the convenience.

I have been shopping here for years and all I can say is that they have always had great customer service and large stock of very uncommon parts. Highly recommend!

We love shopping at Gregg's I usually use my online portal and place my order for supplies and most of the time it gets delivered the same day. Also it is very rare that they don't have what we need and if I can't find it online I just ask our handy salesman and he's more then happy to answer my questions.
