Dr. Werner is always professional and prompt. She is upfront with her patients and gives the best care possible in a timely manner.

Terrible! Appointment with Tity Nwankpa was set for 11: 30, so I arrived early. I didn't get into a room until 11: 37, and got the blood pressure and all that done it's 11: 56am and she has still not entered. The doctor finally entered after 12pm. After I anxiously and politely described my issues, she gave me an atittude and got super rude. I told her she was being very rude and it's not okay, and she says I don't wanna be your doctor in response. Super unprofessional I literally left having an anxiety attack and am in tears. Before leaving i asked the receptionist for the doctor info card and the one guy said "she doesn't want you as a parient"!? I said I asked for her info card and a female receptionist said they don't have any. Super unprofessional from both doctor and receptionists. No apology was given to me. Just stares.

Had a meet and greet Friday with Dr. Nwankpa. Amazing Female doctor. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was very prompt and i didn't have to wait. Was in at the time of my appointment. Made me feel very comfortable. Am so happy someone posted on Facebook that she was accepting new patients. Now I have a permanent family doctor. The staff there are amazing as well.

I had such a great first experience here today. The receptionist and doctor were both so caring and kind to me. I appreciated it so much and will definitely be back!:)

Dr Warner is an awesome doctor and so lucky too have her in my life she sweet caring and knows her stuff Thank You for everything The pharmacy team is wonderful too The front end staff are pretty cool too Thanks guys

This clinic is suppose to be a walk in clinic from 4-6pm on Thursday and Fridays. I walked into the clinic at 4: 05 pm on a Thursday. I see there was only two other patients sitting in the waiting area.
After waiting an hour, I checked the waiting list with the reception desk and I was told the doctor added three additional patients in front of me. In my opinion, this is not fair. This is no longer a walk-in clinic which should be operating as first come first serve. The receptionist advised me that this is “the doctor’s clinic and has full discretion” to do as they please. I believe that this clinic should display a full disclosure about how they run their walk-in clinic so that everyone has fair access for health care. I would not recommend this clinic if you want to be treated fairly as a walk-in patient.

Dr. Werner is amazing. She is empathetic and compassionate. She listens and she understands. She offers some medical solutions but leaves it up to the patient to decide. She is an advocate for health and being well as a person and I am so grateful. She works really hard! Long hours and 6 days a week.

Dr. Monica Werner is knowledgeable and caring. Her bedside manners are impressive and she truly cares about your concerns.
Also, the front desk receptionists, Anthony and Krista, are beyond professional, kind and a pleasure to talk to.

Review is for the clinic, not the dr though. Didn't get to see the dr yet as they suddenly just decided no walk-ins for the day, despite assuring over the phone.

Dr werner was very nice and patient and understood the diagnosis very well the guy on reception (forgot his name) was very nice and patient with me very understanding and gentle would recommend anyone to come to this clinic very close to my home

Where to begin? How about with the lovely reception from Anthony. Always calm despite how much he has to do through the day AND after hours.
Cannot forget about the wonderful Dr. Werner. So polite, patient and has a vast understanding of the medical field.
So I don’t quite understand some of the negativity towards the receptionist. Mistakes happen, when they do, it should be dealt between the two parties involved.
If you are someone who misses appointments on a regular basis, what do you expect to happen?
Clinics are overwhelmed, just as the rest of the medical field. They cannot possibly try to cater to your every request. I love this clinic and recommend it to anyone.
Last thing, maybe instead of a (arguably inappropriate) negative review. Speak with them so both parties can try to work something out.
