My experience here wasn’t all to great. For starters, the truck I bought is littered with issues. From windshield sprayers leaking all over the motor to a blown $4000 turbo within the first 5000km. Second there was issues with the date my payments came out. They swore up and down that they would have the issue corrected with the bank and there wouldn’t be a problem. The first 3 payments were a week off schedule till I called the bank and requested a fix. (Not that big of issue but when you drop a pile of money on a pickup you’d think they’d have the common decency to have that stuff sorted out.) If you do buy from these guys, have a second opinion done at a different mechanic shop and read through all your paperwork with a fine tooth comb. I thought I had finally found a decent dealership but I was wrong.

Our truck was running rough as we left the park. Called to see if they could take a look when we got there. They fit us in (on Wednesday before Thanksgiving) and found the part we needed. We were back on the road after only about an hour delay.

Would not recommend buying a used truck from here. After picking up the truck I found that the oils was dirty, coolant was low and found that they never fixed any of the other problems found on the AMVIC inspection. Was told all of the repairs were completed before I signed the paperwork. Very disappointed that they couldn’t even do a oil change before selling a truck

I strongly recommend Griffiths Motors (Hinton, Alberta Ford Dealer). Griffiths Motors provided me with outstanding service when I was in a desperate situation. My17 year old Ford Class C RV broke down on the Iceland Parkway and was towed nearly 100 miles to the closest Ford dealer (Griffiths Motors). Despite their heavy work schedule, they managed to squeeze me in, quickly determining that I had a failed fuel pump. Finding a replacement fuel pump was difficult because of the age of my RV. However, after an extensive search they managed to locate a fuel pump in Edmonton, Alberta. The fuel pump was delivered the next morning and installed by mid afternoon. The new fuel pump solved the problem. The RV engine ran perfectly on the trip home to Los Angeles, California. Throughout the ordeal, the personnel at Griffith Motors kept us constantly appraised of the situation and did everything possible to keep my wife and I comfortable.

Had service here recently for a 30k mile service. Marco came out and greeted me as soon as I pulled into the service area. He thoroughly explained what was going to be done for the 30k mile service and answered all of my questions. Due to what was required for the service he estimated the service to take 3 hours. He offered a Lyft for me but I decided to go on a walk instead. I got my car back at the time he promised and he went over the inspection items with me line by line. During the whole experience he made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I'll definitely be bringing my car back!

Wonderful experience, although I was unable to pick up a car the staff were wonderful and even got me a ride home.

10/10 if I shop anywhere in town for a car this will be the place. Great job guys

Keep in mind the main showcase is under construction right now so you will have to enter from the left of the building. But everything is accessible and anything you need to do can be done.
