From time I made first phone call to time I picked up skidoo. Very informative and caring of what I needed. Kris Hansen one best salesman I have dealt with. I’ve bought many things in past. This guy made me feel at home the minute I walked in. Tina doing the finance was quick and got me going in a great time. Explaining things great. Parts girl can’t remember name was great. Service manage Dave I think was his name was great as well showing me around the skidoo. I won’t shop anywhere else. I have found my place for future purchases.

I came in With about 30 min to close time, they helped me find a water pump i was looking for, made sure it was oiled up and showed me and checked to make sire a accessory kit i wanted to go with it was to right one.and had me out the door before close. Great service!

Bought a brand new machine had to take it back after one drive due to the quad overheating (12km on the quad), they told me they fixed the problem and next time it WILL NOT be on warranty. ANYWAY they did not fix the problem the fan still didn't work and this time it was on limp mode would not go over 40! They said next time you wont be covered for warranty hmm.like why? 12km on quad and its a 2023 can am it should be covered for 1 year and not just one service! Took it to another dealership the fan was not properly hooked up thanks grizzly ridge you would've seized my motor if we didn't go else where! No good customer service! You have definitely lost more then me as a customer that's for sure!
