The prices are reasonable, provided up front and in my mind, almost low for how amazing he looks every time he is done. Caring, professional and skilled! Can't beat them!

Adi loves going to see Connie. She always does an amazing job and he is so happy to go see her! We have been clients for almost 10 years and have always been thrilled with the time and effort put into Adi!

FABULOUS service and my pup looked and smelled the best he's ever looked. Cannot recommend enough; the team at Groomingtails are the best! I have a very nervous little dog and he shows absolutely no signs of stress after his appointments.

I wish I had read the reviews first. $68 for a bath and tidy for an 8 lb yorkie. Way too expensive. I trim his nails every week and bath him. They kept him for two hours but I am sure it didn’t take more than 30 minutes.

Lol they called to book me again. I stated that I must have been overcharged for a bath and tidy but they confirmed this is their regular price.

Many other groomers will do a full groom for less money. Now I go to groomtown and she charges $63 for a full grooming and she is done in an hour. Much better experience

Connie and her team are personable, gentle and caring. They were able to calm our very nervous dog and provided outstanding, customized bathing, grooming and trimming. Well done!

Our Pheobe couldn't believe how quick, friendly, and easy her first visit to Groomingtails would be. We were in and out in 5 minutes for her nail trim. Highly recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…BEWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK!

This groomer needs a reality check. Her website is extremely vague and pricing is subjective. I took my 6 month old puppy for a bath and cut and this women tried to tell me I owed her $183.00! Lol! She said my 43 pound puppy is considered a large dog. She absolutely is not and that’s not what I thought I was paying. Shes barely over my knees and still quite small. She’s overpriced to begin with however I needed the service at the last minute and thought based on her website I would be paying for a medium size dog. She has nothing indicating what would be considered medium size and so to attempt to make me pay almost $200 for a puppy. Get real. There are plenty of reasonably priced groomers out there. I paid her for a medium size dog haircut and now she has harassed me and threatened to call the police on me. I should be charging her for having the nerve to charge that amount for a puppy. Be aware of what your getting before you choose this groomer.

I called last minute to get our old dog Roscoe in for a grooming. They were booked, but when I expressed the urgency, they said they’d make room, he was in 30 mins later.
They went above and beyond and groomed him for show! He looks amazing! Smells wonderful, his nails are perfect and they cleaned his ears squeaky clean!
I’m so impressed with the staff, the environment and how well they groom and take care of their clients. As soon as Roscoe realized where he was, he wanted to leave, but when my boyfriend picked him up, he was happy to stay. That’s a great sign they take wonderful care of our furry friends?

Groomingtails Pet Spa takes amazing care of my very skittish long-haired cat Her thick winter coat requires expert de-shed help and they do a tremendous job. She comes home from her bath & brush grooms looking great and very happy! I would certainly recommend this shop.

Highly recommend! They took amazing care of my nervous large dog, very knowledgeable and Starla looks, smells and feels fantastic!

We've brought our dogs here on and off for some time. The owner and staff very much care for the animals, do an exceptional job (I tried grooming my dog once, never again) and provide great advice. Connie the owner is clearly a loving pet owner herself and works hard to ensure the animals are kept as stress free as possible.

AVOID THIS PLACE. We had brought our dog Rocket here because we had a gift certificate for this place. Huge mistake! Rocket ended up swallowing something here. He vomited 4 large pieces of plastic up. I have added pictures as well. I don't think he was being watched closely and was very nervous they said when I picked him up. Grooming tails is not taking responsibility for this. Her advice was we should have had insurance and dogs will encounter some form of veterinary care in their life. We had to rush him to the pet hospital and ended up with a huge bill. We watch our dog super close at home and when on walks. When we are not home, he is kenneled. It's frustrating knowing we made it through a year and a half with a close eye only to leave him for 4 hours and this happens. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Took my two boys there for the first time this week. My puppy for a nail trim and the older for a groom. This was the puppy’s first nail trim and they handle him so well. And as for the groom, he hasn’t looked better. Normally when I would pick him up from the big chain groomers you could tell he was nervous when I picked him up like he was just left alone, when I picked him up from Grooming Tails he was happy like he just had a play date. Will definitely be going back.

I have been to this location on THREE separate occasions for a "walk-in" nail trim (as advertised on the website and window signage) during posted opening hours and have found the shop closed. Why offer "walk-in" nail trims when it's not a real option? Why post opening hours when they aren't adhered to? I called and left a message after one of these times and never heard back. Clearly this shop does not care about my business so I took it elsewhere and recommend others do the same to avoid wasting time driving there and back like I did.

We have taken our dog to Grooming Tails for the last 4 years and have had good service until our most recent visit- which is why I have given two stars instead of one.

When we went to pick up our dog after his haircut, the total was substantially higher than what we have paid every other time. This time it was approximately 150% of our previous prices. The only justification that we received for this was that "now" our 65lb dog was considered an extra large breed - when before our 65lb dog was always considered a large breed.

The website has no pricing structure other than a "starting price", with no indication of how weight or breed will affect the end price. My take away from this is that Grooming Tails is willing to take extreme departures from established pricing without any prior warning to the buyer.

I can only worn other potential customers of the potential to receive the same experience, which felt very unfair and unjustified to us.

I am extremely disappointed to have experienced this level of customer service in the heart of McKenzie High Street.

I love these persons they are fantastic I have a huge 69 pound Golden Doodle his name is Flynnigan and he gets a special cut because he is a F3 doodle he is 75% standard poodle so his hair is a challenge and so am I because I have a poodle type dog people always think I want a poodle kinda cut I DO NOT. My dog is a Rock and Roll Beast and they make him look like one they leave his hair long and messy on his head not a brushed out pouf because I like it he has his own style and everyone loves it. Once I asked for a man bun and I came in and that is exactly what he had. I’m old and my kids are grown he is my Best Buddy my Emotional Support Animal all 69 pounds and he always looks great and more importantly he is chill and isn’t anxious so I know someone is checking in with him which I appreciate. If the experience was bad we wouldn’t ever go again and he has only ever gone here and all my families dogs get groomed here from chihuahua to Giant Doodle. This time we are gonna go for a full body Mohawk so when you see us at Sue Higgins Park you will know where he gets his SPA treatment Cheers you Great Grooming Peeps for making sure I always have my ROCK AND ROLL BEAST

I bring my dog here on a walk in basis to get her nails trimmed. They're so nice, and very quick.

They did a great job on Lindi who is skittish and doesn't like her front paws touched. I would recommend them
