Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and Knowledgeable. Grove Collision was excellent at arranging and completing an extensive hail damage repair. They kept in touch with the car rental agency to make sure it was available when required. Our car looks almost new again!

My experience with Grove Collision was seamless. They were quick and efficient. Staff were incredibly friendly. If I am ever in this position again, I would 100% call them again. A+ in my books!

What more could you ask for. Effortlessly really. Drop it off and pick it up. I checked the work and I’m picky. The lines were perfect. They used all new clips, detailed and washed the outside and the inside. A professional job done fast at a reasonable rate, like I said what more could you ask for.

Had my F150 in for repairs due to an animal strike. The customer service and repairs completed exceeded my expectations! Very pleased with Grove Collision and would highly recommend them.

There were a few hiccups in the journey but it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kristina and staff at Grove Collision They did well keeping me informed on what was going on and all delays. Waiting on parts is out of their control would recommend them and use them again for future needs. But I hope it’s not because I crashed into a pole. LOL

I had a great experience with grove collision! I needed my number fixed from a hit and run and I had a short time frame because I was moving out of country. They did so good at fitting me in, being so efficient at the process of paint matching and communicating with the rental car business (enterprise). The staff were so nice to me.

I was referred here from a shop in the city. I was wary of local shops after getting a ridiculous dishonest quote recently from another garage. They took in my 84 Vette and ruled out frame damage I was worried about as well as did a wheel alignment for less than the original quote. Awesome to have found this trustworthy and reasonably priced company here in the Grove.

I chose Grove Collision for repairs to the left front panel of my vehicle due to an accident. I had a small time frame due to a pending move to another city. They got me in quickly and completed the repairs within my time frame. Outstanding customer service and the repairs were excellent - no one would ever know my vehicle had been damaged! I appreciated the direct and honest discussions, the transparency of their own services and true to their word- the process was quick and they assisted with the insurance claim. Working with the car rental company, pick ups included. I live and work locally and needed the convenience of staying local. The estimate cost was very competitive and best out my other quotes. Excellent staff from the front desk to management. Repairs were done in a timely manor and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Grove Collision.

I had a 8" scuff mark on my passenger door from someone hitting it. I stopped in at Grove Collision and Bob came out and buffed it out for me in 5 mins. I was impressed that he did this right away for me and didn't charge me. To me this speaks a high level of integrity for a business and I will definitely come back if I need auto repair work and will recommend to others.

They were quick and efficient. They made sure that the process went smoothly. Would return if needed.

Had my vehicle repaired there Aug 2020. Wasn’t completed on time, waited there an hour after it was supposed to be done and ended up going home and picking it up later.
They ordered the wrong parts multiple times which also delayed the process, and after a year I’m still waiting for the proper visors.
The quality of the paint job was just good enough not to complain about, when in direct sun I can easily tell where they painted and blended in the paint.
Worst part and why I’m writing this review is because after a year later I get one email saying that they didn’t charge me enough and that I have 72 hrs before they take legal action, but don’t even show any reason why or say how much I owe. I will update once this gets resolved.
Would not recommend anyone using this company.

I was so pleased when I picked up my truck. First time dealing with this organization as this was an insurance claim. Grove collision went above and beyond regarding work conducted, scheduling, communication and even cleaned and detailed the inside. Vacuumed my pet hair in all. What a lovely surprise! Thanks guys, will most definitely be recommending and using you guys in the future.

When I was rear ended in a minor fender bender last week, I thought it would be a major headache to deal with on top of my busy lifestyle. Everything went so easily! From start to finish, the whole matter and my car were fixed within eight days. Communication between Grove Collision, the insurance adjuster, and the Enterprise rental was flawless. I dropped my car off on Monday, and had a call that it was finished by Wednesday. The work done was like new, and they even did a clean up of the inside and outside.
I also want to add that the front desk reception lady was very friendly!

This place is amazing, I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! Never mind the amazing job they did fixing my car, they detailed it and washed it and organized my trunk AND even washed out my god-knows-how-old coffee mug! Seriously my car looks fantastic.
