I just want to order flowers from Grower Direct Acadia for everyone!

I ordered flowers from Freida today and she is the most wonderful person EVER! She was so genuine, sweet, polite, and bubbly! Best phone call I have had in weeks!

If you are in the market to order flowers, heck even if you aren't, call Freida to say hi, she will put a sparkle in your day!

Thank you for your amazing service! When I order flowers for people in Calgary, I will only be ordering flowers from here!

Easy to order and a beautiful selection to choose from online. My daughter liked the flowers, but I was quite disappointed and thought the arrangement was messy and filled with more large leaves instead of flowers. I have a vase at home that I could’ve used and then bought with flowers flowers from Walmart and been happier, I’m sorry to say. Below is what I ordered vs what was delivered.

A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. My aunt was recently hospitalized after a fall with two broken arms and various other injuries. As we live a few hours away, I tried to order flowers on the website for Grower Direct Acadia but encountered issues with their payment system so I called the company directly the next day and placed it over the phone.

I had ordered the deluxe version of FTD Wondrous Nature Bouquet (pic labelled Purchased), a glorious bouquet of stargazer lilies, irises, and other flowers. I was horrified when my aunt sent us a pic of the bouquet received, thanking us for the flowers (pic labelled Received) which contained not one stargazer lily, a single iris, and many common daisies and gerber daisies. Nothing like the photo!

I called the store to complain two days later, and was told a replacement bouquet was already going out because my aunt had called! This seemed very uncharacteristic so I spoke with my aunt who said she had called because the daisies were already dying the day after received. I asked the company to notify me when the second bouquet was sent; they promised to do so but never did. My aunt sent me a pic of the replacement bouquet (pic labelled Received 2nd) - while a slight improvement on the first, it still bears only a passing resemblance to the arrangement promised by the website.

I was disappointed for what my mom received for her bday. I chose the florist design deluxe and paid nearly $100 and support their shop, and this is what she gets. The card with the greeting is just a folded paper with their business name all over it and my greetings. Sorry but I won’t be recommending ordering from this shop. Just look at the picture!

I submitted my request the morning of my daughters birthday and Grower Direct Acadia promptly delivered the flowers the same day.very impressed with the experience and overall handling. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD!

Thousands of miles apart become only a few clicks apart when you send a beautiful bouquet by Grower Direct. My sister was totally surprised and raved about the beautiful bouquet that had arrived. I was very relieved to get a confirmation of delivery email too.
I would do this again.

This flower delivery I ordered for my friends 80th Birthday never arrived on the day it was to be delivered. It's one thing to be very busy, behind, contending with the weather and short on stock. I can be understanding, patient and compassionate, but the thing that bothered me was that no one reached out to notify me what was happening with my order and that it would not arrive on time. I tried calling and emailing several times with no response. I could have made an alternate arrangement in the meantime. The other issue was that no one could tell me how long it would take to receive my delivery. Over the holidays this is tough because we wanted to go outside together as a family etc.

When I called I spoke to someone the next day and voiced my concerns it took her over half of the conversation to even apologize. There was no insight shown to the inconvenience to me. There was no offer of compensation, no incentive offered, no guarantee they would even be willing to reach out to anyone in the future to prevent this from happening to someone else. No plan to even be willing to communicate better in the future. She just told me " We will try to be better next time. " I was hoping for more reassurance than that. While I feel she was likely overwhelmed, I'm fairly dissatisfied.

Also note the pictures of what I received. I ordered the The FTD Brightly Bejeweled Bouquet (Standard). I even donated extra money to the shop because I wanted to not only support local but help them out during these tough times. While it's not an aweful bouquet, I was somewhat underwhelmed by what I received. Many of the flowers were smushed and the notecard was soggy. There was a lot of extra greenery as filler.and a completely plain vase. What I ordered -left, what I got, right.

I stopped by this place at the last minute - I wanted to pick up some flowers for my mom to cheer her up.the service that I received was horrible! I felt like I was imposing on her.
If you don't want people stopping by, then lock the doors!

I ordered a 'premium' bouquet to be delivered to an office as a surprise. I spent a long time looking through the online catalogue of bouquets offered before making my choice. I was very disappointed to see that the bouquet that was delivered looking NOTHING like the one that I chose. I can understand there being some minor discrepancies due to stock and availability, however I don't expect the bouquet to be entirely different from the product pictured. If you are not able to create the bouquets you have listed, then don't have visual listings with pictures. For $100+ for a bouquet, I expect to get close to what I ordered.

All that being said, the flowers that were delivered where in good condition and the size of the bouquet looked comparable to what was pictured.

Nice staff i picked up $310 Valentine rose bouquet on The 14th there all dead by sunday. At least they were nice for a couple of days

Have ordered fliwers multiple times from here. Always are great. Had one minor issue and dealt with the owner personally and she was awesome, super nice, and quick to offer a way to fix a minor mistake. Will order from here again.

The worst place I have ever ordered from I payed the extra for the deluxe bouquet and recieved 6 shity flowers that hadn't even bloomed. I wish I could post pictures
