Guaranteed to disappoint and destroy your stuff should be their name. Purchased a Montana 42' trailer before Christmas. After the holidays and of course on the 11th hour before pickup they destroyed the trailer bringing it inside to do the work and prep for delivery. When the Muppet of a service manager called to say they damaged the unit they tried to down play the damage and said well you can take it and go get it fixed when ever where ever. When I told them that was unacceptable I want a new unit they put zero effort into finding one and when I did there answer was well go but it from them. But make sure to come back to us for service.

I highly recommend stay away from this dealer as well don't buy a 2023 keystone Montana 3901RK. It's been severely damaged

Our experience was top-notch. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. There was no high pressure sales. Connie was excellent. We got excellent value for our trade and very reasonable cost on new purchase.
We did, however, have some problems with it on our way home to BC. Charlie and Harry were very supportive when we took the coach to our local RV repair shop. We paid for the repairs and Guarantee RV reimbursed us 100%. They made it right!
We are very happy with our purchase …37 foot diesel class A.

Do your self a favour and stay far away from this place, they are crooks. No idea how they keep the doors open, obviously by ripping people off. I own multiple dealerships & service departments and if my staff acted like these people they wouldn’t have jobs. Unbelievably unprofessional & absolute crooks.

I had my RV fixed here and everyone was very kind. They did an excellent job on my salem cruise lite.

Customer service is above and beyond. Trailer was serviced in a timely manor and very satisfied with workmanship. I will continue to bring my trailer here and will also purchase our next RV here with no hesitation.

3rd times to fix a door and wait over 1 hour to pick up the trailer because the work wasn't done properly, and still have water problem with my slide out also after they look at it 3 times

Overpriced, never have what I need. Service bay is a rip off. Front desk can't even tell you where the nearest sanity dump is, after working there for years.

I purchased a used Class C in October from Guarantee, who let us store the unit on site until recently. The orientation was very thorough and as with most units, used or new, there were a couple of deficiencies which were resolved very promptly. The staff, right from reception to service, has been friendly, professional and proficient. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are also dog friendly which I appreciate a lot.

I have a bad experience here. I want to share my experience to everyone.

Long story short.
I have purchased 2 travel trailers here.
Recently, I purchased a 32 feet long travel trailer.
It was the worst choise ever.

The salesman said my F150 was good to carry the trailer.
I believed him. I thought he was a expert, they were experts.

Absolutely. NO.

After I took it to the RV storage, my friends said I got a very heavy and long unit for F150.
My F150 can’t haul the TT because it is very heavy. It may cause a car accident.

I asked the salesman and someone. They said it was good to go safely. We argued.

I went to the Ford dealership. He said the trailer was too heavy for my F150.
He recommended…
Upgrade my truck or Replace the trailer with a smaller one.

Guarantee RV didn't accept it.
They wanted me to get the written proof why my truck can't carry it.
The proof?

I posted this experience online. I got lots of advice. I read many experiences.

I think they already knew that the trailer was too big and too long for F150 because it was a sale.
OT guys knew already but it was a sale.

Many guys online told me they disagreed GuaranteeRV.
They said “ A good sales guy and dealer should educate me about the ins and outs of owning and towing a TT. ” Last time someone bought one, the sales guy kept persuading him towards smaller (less expensive) units to fit my tow vehicle. It is normal.

Pulling a camper isn't in my driver's test. I should do research on my own but they are supposed to be the experts and people I can trust. Shady dealers who lie to make a sale won't get repeat customers.

Everything was their fault.
I was a baited fish.

I am worried about our safety.
Because my family and our safety are the most important.
However they don't matter my concerns.

They are looking at money but I am looking at my family and our safety.

I don’t trust them anymore. I just want to solve this problem and say good bye.

No Guarantee RV anymore.

The Forest River Georgetown is awesome, family having a great time with it.

Brand new RV, some issues and left for 3 weeks. Didn't look at it all and when picked up many items not complete. Understand being busy but after 3 weeks it's unacceptable.no contact from service manager or anyone else. Get things don't always go as planned and happy to adjust review. If and when it is resolved.

I bough a Thor Tranquility Class B from this place 1.5 years ago. To date, we have not had a day with our RV where there was not something wrong or missing. The service department is completely incompetent. Forgetting to order replacement parts, lack of follow up on warranty claims resulting in claims being closed by Thor, repeated no replies to calls for follow up, repairs screwed up that need to be fixed a second time. I would recommend steering clear of this place. I don’t wish my frustration on anyone else. To top things off, we drove out last Saturday to get an update because we could not get a return call. The service department is now closed on Saturdays for winter hours. The sales guy said, oh I know your service person well, let me “own this for you” and we will call you on Monday. Guess what, no call…

Staff is friendly and they don't pressure you at all. They know what they are talking about and ate helpful. The prices on used motor homes or RV is pretty high for used. Unfortunately I was able to find a 5th wheel for $8,000 cheaper elsewhere.

Amazing service and friendliness. Traded in our 1999 travel trailer for a new to us 2016 version. Great price, great advice, and just overall fantastic customer service.

Immediately after posting the review the manager at Guarantee RV contacted me. I am very happy to say that we have resolved the issues and I am a far happier customer.

Sales teams are very good. After sales service support is very poor. Sold me a new trailer in May 2020 and the battery was dead when I went to collect. Being new and naive to camping I didn't realize the battery might be toast. Well it was and when I complained they told me I would be better with 2x 6V set up and I could buy from them. That was the best I got. On our first real trip for a 2 week vacation we sprung a water leak while on a site. After waiting hours for a call back we were told I could drop it off with them the week after. I then waited for a call back as i said i needed a mobile tech as i was 500km away on vacation. No call back! Luckily there was a dealer about 45 mins from us in Kelowna who arranged a mobile tech that day. The trailer was subject to a recall this Spring. I dropped it on 15 May and got it back 26 June. They seem to think this is acceptable and have excuses after excuses. I have made complaints to the Service Manager and the replies have been as wet as dishwater. In summary they have nice units but don't expect any after sales support once they have your 62 grand in the bank.

I have had our Pleasure Way Camper Van serviced several times over the last 2 years at Guarantee RV and was always pleased with the results. Work included exterior body repairs, servicing a 3 way fridge and finding a propane leak caused by an incorrect propane regulator. Quality, cost and timing of these jobs were all excellent. Would not hesitate to return for future work

Had our travel trailer on consignment with Guarantee, we are very pleased with the service and timely sale of the trailer. I will certainly use them to purchase, when the time is right.

Husband I just purchased a 40ft diesel pusher. If you are looking to purchase an RV go to Guarantee RV dealership. Honest, friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, they are awesomely amazing people. Special mention to Brooke, Wayne, Misha, Ed, Harry, Trevor, receptionist on duty and the mechanic guy! They are reachable after work hours and they work with us on everything! Compared to other dealership we have experienced, Guarantee RV went way above and beyond!

My husband and I came in to look at a motorhome. We were so pleasantly surprised to be able to go on our own and look at the motorhomes. After we decided on a unit, we had the pleasure of having Justin Quennell as our sales associate. Justin was not only very informative, but such a nice and honest guy to deal with. We will defiantly be referring Guarantee and Justin to all our friends and family.

We purchased a 2014 Newmar Bay Star Sport 2 years ago from Guarantee RV and Brooke in the Parts Department is the guy who keeps us coming back! He knows just about everything there is to know about RV’s and is willing to share his expertise! We had a towing kit installed during the winter months, however did not get a chance to use it and tow our vehicle until today. With so much time lapse from the install date, we were unsure of how to safely make the connections and feel comfortable so I drove our car while hubby drove the motor home on our way out of town stopping for assistance and reassurance. Someone from the service department came out but could not get us hooked up. Although he was knowledgeable, he wasn’t able to get us on our way, however suggested Brooke would be able to help. It took some investigation and determination, but it was BROOKE TO THE RESCUE! Thank you Brooke for getting us on our way and out of your parking lot. He was so great at explaining each step and even went out of his way to photocopy a cheat sheet for us to keep handy. Each time we’ve visited Guarantee he’s the guy who we corner with any questions and he always has an answer or is willing to find one. To me, he’s the 5 stars behind this rating. We bought a Motorhome from Guarantee RV and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
Wayne showed us the RV and helped us with sale and Tracy with the finance, both were great and very helpful.

June 16/ On our first impressions 5 stars were in line. All the folks we met were professional and a pleasure to deal with.
We purchased a 2014 Winnabego Vista, with very low miliage and looking like new, with hopes that it would last us through our senior years, being late 60ties and early 70ties (hoping to live the seniors dream) On our first excursion the engine failed. At purchase we bought an Extended Service Plan for $7,710.15. Time to find out how well their ESP works.
I have been told a couple times that Harry Geatros, the Service Manager is my contact for the ESP but haven't got a replay when trying to contact him.
As we work through this adventure I will update.

I am editing my review: the GM and the service manager have reached out to me to help me resolve this issue. They were both super professional and helpful in my situation. I am leaving it at a three starts, due to past experience. Had I received the same customer service from their staff as I have from the managers I would give them a 5 star rating

Would not recommend going here. We’ve brought our trailer here a few times, and bought it from here, the service is horrible.

Nobody ever seems to know what they’re talking about, except the actual mechanics. It’s as if the rest of the employees don’t really care to give their customers the best experience.

We will be taking our business else where and will also be spreading the word to others to take their business to someone who cares for the customers.

After having an horrible experience with another RV Store in the Calgary Area, Guarantee RV Center was able to help me out, get me into an RV that my family would enjoy and a faster turnaround time then what the other dealership was stating. They made the buying experience easy and weren't aggressive when it comes to financing add-ons with the purchase. I recommend everyone looking into purchasing an RV to visit Guarantee RV.

I called to trade in my trailer for another trailer and would have paid the remaining in cash. Firstly it took 8 hours for someone to contact me back. Then they get on the phone and tell me to sell it privately cause its easier for me then the dealership to made a simple trade.they also offered me 3000 less for my trailer then everyone else.literally you just lost a good cash sale!

My wife and i just purchased a diesel pusher motor home from Guarantee RV and wayne, Misha, Brook, and Harry. Misha got us a great rate. Trevor was awesome in our orientation. Wayne is a knowledgeable sales person. Brook set us up with info and tools we needed for the RV that we were never informed of from other companies. Harry in parts is awesome and knowledgeable as well.there all super friendly with no pressure to buy. I highly recommend Guarantee RV for your next new motor home or travel trailer.

We had a great experience with their sales and service department. Their Sales Manager helped us in a bind and was able to get one of their techs, Mike, to lend us a hand to get our rig back on the road. Mike was up front and honest about the whole process and what work was required to be done to our travel trailer before he began the repairs.

I can’t say enough good things as they were able to assist us and get us back running in no time.

One of the worst RV places in terms of Parts assistance. I had to call them over 3 times and waited over a week for a phone call back, just for them to tell me the reason why I haven't received a call back is they went home sick and did not pass my customers quote to someone else or touch base with me to advise me of the hold up. They also went on to advised that they were unable to help and I would need to call somewhere else. Great advise.should have been mentioned when I phoned the first, possibly even the second time. If you're looking to waste your time with a pointless phone call and a long lead-time just for a call back then this is the place for you! Take the advise from a Dealership Shop Lead Hand - Call somewhere else this place is useless!

We paid a visit to this location to see what our options are for an RV and we were surprised at the large inventory that was available and with the sales reps willingness to assist you at anytime you need and they were very knowledgeable about the units on their lot, we will be visiting them soon again and hopefully make our informed decision on the choice of RV we will be taking home.

This place was a delight to deal with. We were extremely nervous making this purchase and deciding on a trailer. The sales and finance team were beyond welcoming and made the purchase very easy and very clear. All the way to the delivery process, the delivery guy was very knowledgeable and had the right answer or was able to get the right answer to every question we had. They even had a mechanic come out and do a minor repair well we were taking delivery. I highly recommend guarantee rv to everyone I talk too.

Recently I had the box of my Ram 1500 spray-painted with Line-X. Looks great! I appreciate the one year guarantee and I appreciated the quick, friendly service. Their prices beat the completion and their willingness to do some little extras at no additional charge was reflective of their business approach. High recommendations!
