I hired this company to be present for my wedding to enforce the REP for both the ceremony and reception. They were to be there an hour before the ceremony to check all requirements for the 110 guests that were expected. They no-showed. I called the company 20 minutes before the ceremony and they told me they got held up but could be there within 20 minutes. Everyone was already in the hall and I didn't want them showing up during the ceremony so I told them not to bother. Very unprofessional that they didn't communicate that they would not be able to fulfill their commitment. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because Cecile (Office Assistant) was quick to reply to messages and pleasant to work with.
