First time at Guardian. I talked to Brian on the phone a couple times and was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. Just picked up our 2014 Highlander and am impressed with the quality of work, communication and friendliness of the shop. Will be back.

This was my first time taking my vehicle to Guardian. I learned about this company through a recommendation. I was very impressed. The staff was very knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend them if you require any service on your vehicle

Highly recommend to anyone. Service is excellent, not pushy at all, thoroughly describes anything they find during inspections and everything is well priced. Such a relief to find a local business that treats you like family (BBQs and Halloween parties), keeps your vehicle in top shape and doesn't try and force unnecessary costs upon you. We've been coming here for years!

I came to Guardian Automotive for the oil change and tire change. The whole experience was great from the beginning. I decided to wait in the waiting room. You can have a light snack and coffee.
I waited 1.5 half for everything to be completed.
After that we went through some findings on my vehicle and suggested repair. I was not pushed into any decisions on spot or repairs schedule.
I was very impressed by the professionalism and fair approach.
Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great mechanic shop and wonderful service.

Absolutely amazing mechanic shop to deal with! Always honest, trustworthy, caring. They found my engine mounting bolts were loose from another mechanics mistake. They arrange Ubers to get me home when I don’t have someone to drive me. I almost always speak with the gentlemen who works up front, he’s always so nice and helpful! My whole family comes here because a honest and reliable mechanic shop is hard to find. If I could give them ten stars I would.

It was my first automotive shop experience. They made it so smooth and easy. 40point inspection. Im about to book my followup to fix what they found. Payment an issue? They do payment plans. Im absolutely thrilled to have these wonderful people do the work on my car. I definitely recommend THIS SHOP to EVERYONE!

Update: I took my boyfriends car in for work (as his isn't European like mine) and this team is INCREDIBLE. Like so incredible that I don't think I will ever bring his car anywhere else. They kept me informed immediately if something was finished or needed repair, they were timely with the repairs, and their customer service is outstanding. Shoutout to both Brian's and Jess for being so kind and personable! They also photograph each thing that gets fixed, replaced, or needs repair to show you if you'd like to see it! Phenomenal mechanic shop, I'd give them 20/10 if I could. Thanks guys, you've earned a lifetime customer!:)

Called with some questions about my car, and Brian was SUPER kind and helpful and informative. This shop doesn't work on European cars, but if I ever get another car I will absolutely be coming here based on the customer service alone. Thanks very much!

Had vehicle problems, diagnostic showed issues with the fuel pump. Back on the road and the cost & labor were affordable. An up to date system corresponding via email was on par. You decide what work to approve and there is no hidden costs. I like that very much. Definitely a service provider you can trust.

Very recommended, the guys there are super helpful, Brian V was very nice and patient, every time I go to a shop I feel like I'm being ripped off, but no with these guys, prices are very reasonable, very personal service unlike the big chain shops.

I have NEVER EVER been so impressed with any mechanic shop than I have with Guardian. From the first time I contacted them to my many subsequent visits (do to age of vehicle) Guardian has been honest, reliable, prompt and the Brian’s (there are two) are super friendly, informative and everyone goes above and beyond. When considering purchasing a new vehicle, I felt sad I wouldn’t see them for a while.
Being a female, I have not once felt taken advantage of or duped in anyway as I have at other places.

I love this place. The staff are so friendly and explain to you while looking at your vehicle what is wrong and how they will fix it. There are no hidden fees. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks plus got free rock chip repairs at glass masters. I will definitely be back for all future needs.
