I was the second person in line and I probably stood there for like 25 minutes. I couldn't believe how slow they were with checking people out, and the line piled up to about 7 people and they remained the same, slow pace. I also tried to use a gift card I had for guess and they wouldn't take it and I was pissed bc I had to pay full price for the jacket I got (which I love btw, which is why it gets an extra star) but the employees need to speed up and be a bit more friendly because I felt like I was talking to a wall

Love this store.bought handbags for my mom, they didn't have a specific model but one of them helped us by sharing the number of the stores that have it.the girls are really good, had a great experience and I'll definitely be back soon!

We visited the Premium Outlet Mall, here in Edmonton, today on Boxing Day. We were having a great experience, until our last stop at the Guess Accessories store. It was the worst experience we've had so far. The woman at the front managing the entrance was very rude & disrespectful, and treated her customers like someone who was coming to grab some free goodies.
She was also a racist and kept shouting, even when we asked her politely at first to lower her voice. Having a bad day or not, doesn't allow one to disrespect their customers. We will never return to this store again, or recommend it to anyone. They were not interested in having a conversation at all, and would rather ask their customers to leave, than attend them and/or make a sale. Her behaviour caused stressed to my mother as well, who had just entered the store to share her feedback about an item we were going to purchase. Also, instead of guiding her coworker, she started screaming on her & us as to why we let our mother in, without considering that had she asked us politely, we would've never opposed her at all. We ignored her behaviour at the entrance, but she continued to be rude regardless.
Later, we approached the manager at Guess store too, and she was equally unhelpful and said that i cannot do anything in this. I don't know why waste their salary on her, if she doesn't even know how to do her duty well.

I went to the premium outlet mall in Edmonton with my family yesterday. My children wanted to gift me a purse from Guess. I was so tired and went to the restroom, while my children were in the line. When I came back and told one of the employees that my kids were inside, she allowed me to enter but another employee started screaming that why she let me come in. She did not want to listen at all to what we wanted to say. I don't understand what wrong we were doing. She kept shouting and used racist words about my country.
I'm disgusted by the kind of employees Guess has hired, who have a low mentality and zero sense of professionalism. Really a very very disappointing experience.

Incompetent staff. I would have talked to the management regarding the rudeness of the front staff of the store would not have been closing at 7 pm on Tuesdays. This is really not acceptable to have such an insulting experience from Guess.
Management needs to train the staff with the required etiquettes especially for the frontline.

Very unprofessional staff. I would like to share the August 23rd, 2022 (around 6: 00 PM) experience of me and my friend at this Guess location. The two ladies at the front who are otherwise supposed to greet people, were basically there to make fun of the clients.
We came tired directly from our work to shop for a gift but as we are regular buyer from Guess, we did not find any new style and came out of the store quickly WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING. However, the two staff members at the front sarcastically and rudely said loudly "Thank you" when we have already gone outside the store. I looked back to acknowledge them but found them laughing on us sarcastically.
We felt really bad for this gesture as they are no one to judge people whether they buy or window shop. Being the first most front store at the entrance, dear management you need really good team to greet people.
We were really happy with the Coach staff being one of the luxury brands who even went to the extent to allow us to wear their sweatshirt over our outfit to check the style. I bought their sweatshirt without second thought that day. This clearly defines what actually LUXURY is.
