GUESS Factory

I use to buy from guess.now selection is quite low, things are all shuffled around and doesn't match the displayed prices/offers.plus the customer service at South common location was terrible.billing counter lady was very rude. What happened to you guess.

Over priced items. I shopped today for $300 and when I checked them online price is $120 lesser than what I actually paid in store. Definitely not returning to this store anymore.

Even during the busiest times, all of the staff were friendly and helpful!
Far superior than the WEM Guess.

Just called to ask what time they are open until today (confirming because of Canada Day holiday) the lady was super rude. She told me they are open until 9, I said thanks so much. She said welcome and slammed the phone down. Not worth a drive there if you can’t even talk politely on the phone

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was nice, especially Harsh who helped me with my shopping!

The worst customer service ever! I send few emails and I was at the store talk about problem with refund my money and zero information. Zero email back. Still waiting for 100$ refund

Love the guess bag I got on a sale. I don't buy on a regular price and always wait on a sale and see if there's 1 that I would love thay fits my personality. Luckily, that day I found my bag.

Very bad and worst experience with store management person, there is no help. They think we buying free. GUESS management have to consider about this shop staffs. I’m not going to recommend of this shop.
