Went here yesterday, all the staff were nice, but they all seemed incredibly stressed. It wasn't very busy, but the woman, I assume was the supervisor was yelling at everyone. I left the fitting room door open so I could ask the employee a question and she got yelled at for not closing the door. So I felt guilty. Then the "supervisor" forced another employee to interact with her because she hit herself in the face with an item. She continued to repeat herself until he acknowledged her. I had 3 interactions with various staff and they all seemed stressed.

Today, I went to the small GUESS store at Cross Irons mills to exchange a bracelet that was way too big for my arm. But regrettably both the sales associate and the manager were unprofessional and apathetic. When the sales associate was summoning the manager she was giggling and carrying on a different conversation with other associates which seemed very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.

They would neither exchange nor offer a store credit. That bracelet was a gift and unfortunately is too big, and now I can’t use it! I wish they had offered me a solution. This incident will make me think twice before going there again. I hope this will serve as a warning to others who might end up shopping at GUESS CrossIron Mills.

Managers are everywhere and just chit chatting, leaving there staffs doing all the jobs for them. Not even helped us once when we were shopping and we were literally beside them

Really disappointed with service first when I was trying to find the jeans they came and told us that they have 20% off on entire store and it is last day for that so I took 2 jeans and I try them on and after that I asked price tithe lady who helped me for the trial room so she checked and told me that it’s gone cost me around 35$ so decided to bought it and when I went to the counter the guy who working at the counter cost me 123$ for 2 jeans. I couldn’t expect this kind of wrong marketing and from this store I shop from guess from past 7 years and never have this kind of wrong advertising and misleading experience very disappointed with this location and never gone shop again.

Today went to the Guess outlet (smaller one) inside the Crossiron to return some stuff. Two lady were there on the desk and both were very unprofessional and they clearly have no sense of customer service. They made me uncomfortable with their unpleasant behaviour. I don’t want to be in that shop again.

Girl was rude and unprofessional.
Didn’t tell me about the 15% off offer on sign up.
When I asked her if I can sign up. She rolled her eyes and said ok fine.
Need to work on customer service.

Iram and Sukhman helped me to find perfect outfit for an event. Both of them very informative about their products, loved the customer service.i would definitely go back for good deals

The east Indian Supervisor Girl who helped me on the 2nd May at store in evening was very unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to do her job correctly and when i asked if I could get her name she said she is not allowed to provide the name as per company’s rules. She doesn’t even know how a refund when paid with apple pay works and how not. The most unprofessional person i have ever met in life. Had spent around $150 in the store and came back for buying something else as well when all this happened, Moreover when the product was scanned it came up as $10 less than the price on tag and they had the guts to change the price to $10 more and charge that when there product being scanned wasn’t ringing in right. Overall bad experience and I ended up returning every single item i bought, since the Associate was the rudest.

Bad service, rude, and not honest. I wanted to purchase a shirt that was under sign of 40% off but in the cashier they said no discount and when I showed them the sign they just dismissed it. Was a member not anymore.

Worse customer service ever I work in the mall too and I went to buy a card holder and a purse the next day I returned it they said I didn’t have to tap my card it will go on automatic they told me to wait 24 hours for my refund weeks go by I call they said they will give call for the refund and now 1 months later still nothing I would give it a 0 star

Great customer service.was helped by a very sweet girl (Sunidhi). Would highly recommend going here to shop

Tried to go into the store and there were 7 people inside and the associate refused to let us shop and we were told to wait in a line up that did not even exist. All the other stores on the mall were busy had no issues very disappointing.

I was looking for a purse for my mom. Sukhman did a great job to made my selection final. Thank you for your help.

30th dec around 7pm.guy was on floor very RUDE don't know how to talk to customers. PRICES were not marked properly and it doesn't say which item is on SALE and which item is not on SALE
and customer service is really BAD.this guy said he is checking prices and then walk away start doing another work.my wife waited 5 mins and then walk away

Me and my girlfriend Malu was at Guess - Cross Iron Mills looking for some new clothing for herself. She had a hard time finding sizes

Jaspinder was an absolute beast on customer service. While everyone there was amazing, she absolutely stood out and went out of her way to help Malu. Great attitude and sincere effort for sure.

I’m from UK visiting my sister in Calgary, We visited Guess outlet at Crossiron mill few times the last time I visited was on 9/10/22 and was served by the manager Zoya she was very polite courtiers and patient and helped me and my sister
I am very happy with the service and will recommend
