Guns N Hoses Roofing, Exteriors & Insulation

From start to finish the whole Guns N Hoses crew were amazing! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing siding and exterior metal work. Below are some photos of the before (1st picture) and after (2nd and third pictures) of the front of our house.

I am usually understanding/patient with contractors as I know they are very busy and probably short staffed. The one thing that really irks me is when they do not respond to a website enquiry AND after leaving a message with reception, no one returns my call. No excuse for this. Been over a week now.

I LOVED working with them, exceeded my expectations in all aspects. My wife is huge on having people she can trust, Logan was great with helping us feel confident in our decision.

Quick answer to my web inquiry. Quick response to get a day booked for repair. Quote came in at less than I’d budgeted for. I wasn’t home when the repairs took place but I had video and text message follow up on work completed. Solid work and solid customer service. Will recommend and use again.

Guns N Hoses removed my old pine wood shake roof back in 2010 and replaced it with a Euroshield rubber Shake roof in "driftwood" colour. They did an amazing job, not so much as a nail left on the yard or street. They were quick and efficient and meticulous. It is still the best looking, sturdiest roof on the street. I dealt personally with the owner and Keith was fantastic with his knowledge and straight forward approach!

Fast forward 12 years and the house is sold. The new buyers needed paperwork that was long since packed away for the move. The lady in the office went above and beyond to find, scan and send me what was needed. I can't think of any company that would have done that over a decade later. Truly outstanding Customer Service and I would highly recommend them for any Roof work.

My job was small so the owner came out himself to do it. He showed me a video of the repair and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Keith and Carmen. Great doing business with you.

Disappointed. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, and did a nice job on the roof. But they didn't finish the job. My gutters were left full of construction debris. The roof was completed in March. I called in late April and was promised "someone will definitely come by and do the spring clean up". Nobody showed up. Then in May when Keith came to collect payment he promised that someone would come by on May 27th. Nobody showed. I called again in July and was told that she would speak to Keith right away. Its October now and nobody ever showed up. In August I climbed up on a ladder and cleaned and repaired my first floor gutters. The second floor.well, that's just not gonna be done. Too bad, because they were great otherwise.

Simply awesome! We had our garage walls, garage roof, and our attic insulated. Not only did they share what they saw, in real time, they also wanted to rectify any problems to make it right. They truly wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I would like to highly recommend Neil and his crew for your insulation needs. They were great!

We just had our roof repaired by Guns n Hoses. Keith was excellent at diagnosing the issue and he followed up by scheduling two excellent technicians who had everything they needed in their truck to repair our leak. We had GNH come out and replace our very worn out roof. Took a bit to get a quote, but the site assessment was quick and professional. It was clear that they knew their stuff - unlike the other two quote we received from other companies. They are pricey - but quality costs.

Communication not the best, but I do understand that August is a very busy month, and with Covid, everything is different/slower now.

The three man crew were very respectful and very quick. New roof on the house and garage in a day. They were great for cleanup and professionalism, and no problems at all (except that the cat was not impressed!) lol

If you have patience for the customer service, GNH is a great roofing outfit and I would both use them again and recommend them to others.

This is a great company to work with. Right from the get go, Neil was responsive, professional and offered up very fit to size solutions for our property. We hired them to top up the attic insulation and they did a phenomenal and thorough job. In fact, I hired them to do some other work on my roof too. I highly recommend this outfit!

I enjoyed working with this company to replace my roof. They gave me an honest assessment, clearly explaining what needed to be done and a detailed invoice for my insurance company. The individuals doing the work were professional and personable from the shinglers to the eavestrough folks. The cost was on par with other quotes I had obtained, but I went with Guns N Hoses because of the people. I felt I could trust them. My roof looks great, and once work was started, it was done in a few days and the clean up was amazing. I didn't find anything left behind!

It was a pleasure dealing with Guns n Hoses. Their crew did a nice job, completed the job quickly and cleaned up well. They were not the least inexpensive quote I got but I believe in paying a bit more for a quality job.

I've had them do the roof on my house and they used a new product. I then went through the hail storm this summer which didn't harm the roof on my house but it did take out the asphalt roof on my garage.
They have Now done the garage roof with the new product and I should be good for many years to come.
In my opinion Guns and Hoses is a wonderful company to deal with also great pricing for a great product.

Kenny responded very quickly after the hail storm this past summer, arriving faster than any of the other competitors. He demonstrated excellent knowledge, provided excellent advice, and was able to start the project ahead of schedule, completing all work on budget.

The work is of excellent quality, and they quickly resolved a draining issue caused by the gable shape of my roof.

100%, would call Kenny again.
