Never been concerned taking my bike here for service. Fair pricing and knowledgeable people.

Not really a sale per say but the staff was very helpful. Nothing extra special usually everything on sale was onsale.

Had the absolute pleasure of being guided through the store by Rick! As a new ride with very little knowledge, I could not have asked to run into anyone better suited for the role - Rick made me completely at ease and had like he had all the time and patience in the world to help me out. I on the other hand was a little limited to time, and unfortunately my size limited us a little as well, so ended up with only a helmet for the day, but so much more in the sense of the knowledge/information shared with me. I should be returning for the rest of my gear soon.thank you, Rick! You were a dream and made me feel less out of place than when I walked through that door.
On the other hand, I visited another bike shop prior where I wasn't even acknowledged. Thanks for showing me what the bike community can actually be like!

If you’re traveling and need tires or any other work done, this is the motorcycle shop in Calgary to turn to. I needed new tires returning from Alaska and they took care of me. They had my tires in the next day and made room in their shop to get me on my way again asap. Reasonable prices as well. Thank you GW.

Awesome experience, John was very helpful and friendly. Got me set-up with everything I came in for and didn't push me for anything I didn't need or more expensive items. Keep it up

GW Cycle world it's a great place to get anything bike related, excluding the bike itself.
The staff are very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Their stock it's usually very good for a variety of sectors from sport to dirt, and if you need parts they have a good turnaround if the suppliers have stock.
Out of all of the bike shops in the city, this is my preferred one.

Absolutely the best shop in Calgary for motorcycle stuff. Better service and better prices than any of the other shops I've visited in Calgary.

Was new to the motorcycle world, took advantage of my knowledge and sold me a non approved helmet. As a motorcycle store who should care for riders safety, I’m not impressed.

As a new rider, I came here looking for gear and was helped by Rick and Simon. My experience was very good. First off, if you have the pleasure of getting helped by Rick who was a former motorcycle instructor, he is a world of knowledge he kindly shares as he helps guide you in the direction of what you're looking for. Simon as well, he was incredibly helpful. They don't pressure you to buy anything. The selection here is huge, prices are reasonable and from experience the return policy is good. One thing to note, it says on sales receipts and their website there is a 20% restocking fee for returns however that is for special order items or items with limited stock. I would highly recommend GW Cycle.

This is my first time here, I can't say enough about the friendly knowledgeable staff. Jason helped me out, took time with me and helped me make my decision on a helmet, jacket, and Bluetooth communications head set. They have lots of selection and lots of inventory. If you are reading this and wondering if this is the right place. Just Go Here! Awesome place.

I was in the market to buy gear and came across Rick. Now his customer service exponentially astonishing! He has educated me in the gear I was looking for. He knows what he is talking about. Due to that I will only come back to see Rick. If you are reading this Rick thank you for your time and hospitality. I appreciate it! Thank you to the staff in the back as well for showing me a beautiful helment and conversating with me making me feel welcomed!

What's there to say about GW other than they are one of the top shops in calgary.they are well staffed and any time I go there I am always given prompt attention and asked if I can be helped at all etc, versus many of the other shops in town where you can walk around multiple times clearly looking to spend money and be helped but the staff would rather be on their phones or chatting with coworkers.

I especially would like to thank Michelle who went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to find the best safety equipment to fit my needs and budget. She was very attentive, listened to all of my needs and concerns, was not pushy at all, often times suggested a cheaper alternative, never trying to upsell me, and was very knowledgeable in anything I asked. Michelle and some of the other staff (unfortunately I cannot remember their names right now but they ALL were just as helpful and professional) spent well over an hour with me to make sure that I got exactly what I needed and nothing that I didn't. In fact Michelle spent over half an hour past the store's closing hours, refusing to stop helping me even though I was insisting on coming back and the next day during regular business hours so as not to be keeping them.

It was truly a pleasure to shop there compared to some previous experiences I have had recently, I have shopped on and off at GW for over 15 years and it will continue to be my top go-to place in Calgary for anything I need.

I really appreciated the great service I received from Steve Brendle and David Maguire there; so thanks GW for hiring such excellent people who really care about customer service.

Fantastic service! I called different shops looking for a new tire install. Lots of places couldn't see me for one to two weeks out. GW Cycle got me in the day after I called and balanced and mounted my new tires - and, at no premium. They are on par with other shops for their rates.
Kudos to their service team. Ride on!

I'm a new rider and I was looking for gear that I might need for longer trips. I wasn't sure what I might need but John was there to help. He provided some great recommendations from their extensive inventory and got me all set up. I fully recommend this shop for all your motorcycle needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Went in to find a Arai XD4 and ended up finding a nice pair of Sidi Adventure 2 GoreTex boots as well!
Staff is fantastic, seriously can't say enough about how much they care about you. They attended to everyone, they were busy but made sure that I knew they were coming back for me.
I watched them interact with every customer with the utmost care and attention.
Didn't take long to find me the gear that I needed at a fantastic price. I will absolutely shop there for everything down to the smallest items. Wonderful store, selection, staff and prices!

Extremely helpful in getting us outfitted with new gear, great selection, really good suggestions and tips from experienced riders.

Used to have a really good experience with this place. The two ladies at the parts desk were great. But starting last year they really went downhill. Always ordering the wrong parts and giving me attitude like it was my fault. Won't be returning. There are other dealers with better service that sell Suzuki parts.

Very helpful staff, huge selection of riding gear and several motorcycles that will vary monthly. I went in looking to get a helmet and was given exact recommendations and personalised assistance to get the best fit and price. I'll definitely be back.

I love this place! Michelle and the gang have been so nice every time I've gone in. Their staff hasn't changed in all the years I've been shopping here, which really says something in calgary. Amazing prices that no other dealer in around can beat. Its the only place i buy any parts or gear from.

Since moving to Calgary in '95, I've had the opportunity to try all of the city's motorcycle shops. I was disappointed by MOST. GW Cycle is the absolute best. No-pressure sales, top quality service (fixed right first time, every time) and great selection of bikes and accessories. Don't be disappointed.see them FIRST.

These folks are fantastic, I have purchased gear and a motorcycle here, and I have gotten my motorcycle serviced here. I cant say enough good things about the entire experience. If you are considering a bike new or used give these guys a shot to earn your business. They also have a huge selection of gear. 5 stars without a doubt!

Most of my accessories, from helmets to gloves, jackets, pants and on have been sourced at GW over the last 30-odd years. There's a good balance between quality and selection and friendly, insightful, no-pressure service. It shows that the ownership group is involved in the day to day running. Keep up the great work GW! BTW I love my new Scott gloves and appreciate an not-asked for discount! A pleasant surprise.

They get you what you need, whether they're answers to your questions, motorcycle parts, or gear!

We came here for kids helmets, as my husband just bought a sidecar motorcycle. A staff member helped us fit the boys, trying multiple helmets on until we found the best fit. We ended up with dirt bike helmets, so he took us to pick goggles next. As I asked about safety ratings and impact frequency, he answered my questions expertly. Though it did make me laugh when he said "I'll sell anything to anyone, but you did choose a safe helmet. " I guess he is being a quintessential salesman by doing so! But he was helpful and I appreciated him.

There's lots of selection at this store, no matter what type of gear you are looking for. Lots of kids sizes, even for littler ones.

I live in Lethbridge and contacted them since local sources are limited. Every time I call they have been super helpful and treated me like a somebody! Shipping was very cheap and way faster than expect! I recommend them to everyone and are my first call for all parts

GW is just OK for me. Prices are WAY higher than online stores which I guess can be blamed on them needing to pay for a physical store with staff. In a pinch I use GW for things I cannot wait to be delivered. It is also good to get my sizes sorted out prior to ordering online. I really wish they had more competitive prices, I would likely shop there all the time if that was the case. Even "big sales" that I have made an effort to attend were not really great deals which is unfortunate.

OMG.great experience. One of the owners helped me out with choosing a helmet. She made me very comfortable. I actually went to return a helmet to this shop thinking that I would buy it from somewhere else, but the customer service is exceptional. Im never going anywhere else. This is the go to store for me. Thanks for being nicest people ever.

I cant thank the guys, especially Dave for helping me out and saving half my riding season. A great group of guys who are nothing but logical, understanding and sensiable. Highly recommended.
