The people working here are very nice, I always get a smile and good service everytime I've been there.

Get what you pay for I guess. Machines are down often, and take months to fix. This morning I counted 9 machines that were down, some of which have already been down for 3 months.

8 tennis + 3 panel courts, friendly staff.coaches are good. Good place to learn and improve tennis skills.

The gym is so clean and the staff is always nice. The owners are always friendly and welcoming. They care about your opinion on things. I definitely recommend this gym.

Got a skin infection from the red light therapy chair. This gym is filthy! Stay away, the staff are rude, with no clue of the ethics of dealing with the public. Snotty 20 yr. Olds.

As I had hoped, Westhills FBBC is serious about making you feel welcome. The coaches are lovely and encouraging every step of the way. The classes are awesome, and over in 35 minutes! If you like to work hard in a safe environment, this is the place...

Great format for a workout, it's a lot of fun, knowledgeable and enthusiastic coaches and a clean and well run facility. I definitely recommend it!

Yes, it could be pricey but is fair for what you get.
Having the main entrance to the mall blocked during weekends isn’t practical but is not on the gym.

Tonnes of unique equipment and assortment of attachments. By far one of the better gyms in the province. The staff are super friendly and courteous, plz give them a raise. I live in Edm and Ive driven down here just to come to this gym.

Attended a birthday party here. Staff were very organized and great with the kids. Lots of activities for the kids to do - guided and on their own.

If I could put 10 ️ I would. Not only is the facility well maintained and clean. The layout is perfect and selection of different equipment is phenomenal. It puts my home Anytime fitness to shame, keep up the awesome work!
