Habitat for Humanity ReStore

WAY OVERPRICED! I've been coming to this location for years, and the last 6 to 8 months the prices have gone through the roof. This use to be my go to place to find affordable furniture and fixtures, but they want way too much money for items you can buy new at Home Depot and the like.

Very reasonably priced store. Bought several pieces of furniture and DIY stuff over the years and never spent more than I thought was fair. Employees are kind and helpful.

Lost previous post somehow! Had large donation of all kinds of household furnishings picked up. Workers were lovely, hard working and efficient. I am so happy the furnishings will be used. I would use Habitat pick up in a heartbeat again. My helpers were from South address

I absolutely love going to this store. Recently I was looking for a small 4 drawer dresser. I scoured marketplace and kijiji and found nothing suitable or affordable. I tried furniture stores and Ikea, still nothing. Most of the prices I looked at were between 150 - 300 dollars! Restore 35 dollars for a solid wood dresser, 25 for paint, 3 hrs of my time. So worth it!

The pick up crew showed up minutes after the start of the pick up window which was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. It was a seamless experience. Well done.

Absolutely fantastic experience here from start to finish. We placed an online order and the guys helping us out were pros and so kind. We really appreciated the extra help loading our new dresser into the car as we doubt we could have done it ourselves. We could not be happier with the service, the quality of the product and everything:) could not recommend this Habitat store enough! The staff are very kind and helpful and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Have gotten a few items from here over the years. Staff/volunteers are funny and friendly and always very helpful.

More to add we were looking for a bathroom vanity and $2000 for a donated vanity is insane! So Many things were priced way higher than a retail store! Such a shame when you think the store is there to help people out

Friendly staff. Ok selection but that is always a hit or miss in thrift stores. Will be back to check for some more finds

Habitat just left with my items.
The team that came were very friendly, kind and considerate. They called ahead of time to let me know when they'd be coming, then called later on to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come a little earlier. I really appreciated that consideration. They were careful with the items and thanked me for donating to Habitat.
My experience with Habitat was very good, from when I first sent an email asking if they would accept my items, to the pick-up. I would definitely encourage anyone with extra household items in good repair, to contact Habitat ReStore to donate.:)

Today I needed to dispose of a few items from a retirement living facility, I contacted Restore, sent a few pictures and they agreed to pick up the items. They called and gave a time window when they would come and they arrived early in the window, were very helpful loading the donation and pleasant to work with.

Very easy to communicate with the coordinator. Received the emails to confirm and was called the day of pickup with our 2 hour window. Fellows that came to pick up the furniture were great! Would definitely use again if I needed.

Updating our furniture made easy and supporting a good cause at the same time. All matching gold knobs for $6! We will definitely be returning.
