Good friendly and helpful people working there, its great to be able to reuse things for renos or a little fix up

Disappointing experience at this store. Their policy regarding carpets or rugs is inflexible and inconvenient. Despite a simple request to fold the item for ease of transport, they refused, citing their policy. It's baffling that such a small accommodation couldn't be made, especially when it would take just a few minutes. This lack of flexibility made the entire buying process needlessly difficult.

Well the manager of this store thinks its ok to blast mexican mariachi music so loud it will give anyone a headache but thats not the real issue, the issue is Habitat for humanity recieves donated goods and then they mark the prices so hight that you may as well buy it new somewhere else. The management team of habitat gets paid vary large salaries, the staff gets paid vary little and the customers are gouged on overpriced donated goods- welcome to the new habitat for humanity!

Found a great table with an outstanding price and all of the staff are super nice and friendly!

Don't bother to donate to this association, they will just waste your time and cost you money.
I contact them to donate they tell you to wait 4 weeks for the pickup but they are willing to give you a favour and take your donation if you delivery. We pay a moving crew to delivery to them and when they show up they tell them they wont take the donation because they don't have space. I had to pay twice for delivery and for return it back. What shame that something that could be good is managed so poorly.

Employees are very smiley, love the atmosphere, has lots of things, doesn't do a refund, only store credit.

In my short visit, I saw multiple items that were more expensive than new (tubs, mirrors, various hardware), as well as items that are outrageously priced for used (6k for a sushi machine is wild when I can find one for half that on eBay)

We just had some furniture picked up and it was a great experience. The two people that loaded the furniture were courteous and quick. Thank you for the excellent service.

Shopping here is a little like the lottery: sometimes they have EXACTLY what you need, at a fraction of the cost of Home Depot / Lowes, and sometimes they don't. You need a little luck. When you find it here, it's kinda like winning TWICE. Once as you find a good deal, and secondly as your purchase goes towards funding affordable homes for others.

Looks like they think they are a high end store now. Prices are insane for donated items. Done shopping here!

Like the cheap materials, dislike the vibe. Can't explain it, but it's been overwhelmingly uncomfortable for me every time I've been there.

First of all, closing at 5 pm is one thing, but getting there at 4: 46 and the doors are locked is ridiculous. Hours of operation means that those are the times for customers to be able to enter a business. Also, on a separate recent visit I noticed a few new items for sale and the listed pricing was higher then the retail at both Costco and Home Depot. Disappointing to see something good take such a fall.

Habitat for Humanity just picked up a couch that we wanted to donate rather than send out to the dump. They were friendly, prompt and professional. We would use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Lots of good used items. Furniture, appliances and hard to find items at a fraction of the cost of new. Well worth the look

Good place to find your reno materials. It's a surprise everytime you go as it's never the same thing twice. Proceeds go to a great cause.

Good stuff at a great price. If your looking to save money on your renovations and things you need at home like furniture, lights, tiles and so much more, just come and visit them.

Store credit or exchange within 5 days with receipt, it has been improved since 4 months ago.

Good place to check out if you're into DIY projects. Can always find something to upcycle. Whether it be an upholstery project or a chalk paint project you should be able to find something here at a great price.

A great place for new and used building materials, furniture and appliances at a fraction of the price than the big box stores.

Absurd pricing for garbage furniture. Maybe you can find a steal in here but I doubt it. I would recommend getting paint from here as it is typically $50 for 5 gallons, but last time I bought what the volunteer/employee said was interior paint but was actually wood stain, and I only noticed after the few day exchange policy was up.

Great Prices however yheir bed section is poorly labelled and makes no sense clean it up and organize it so people are not frustrated with you!
