Silver Spring Condons should be adult only. First there is no alittle park for them. Second grow up children 10 to 14 years old are not allow to go out outside without a parents supervision.
I had a couch to donate, and sent multiple picture over up front to determine eligibility. It had a small crayon mark, which we talked about over email even, but the rep still said someone will show up and inspect it and should be okay. Waited 3 weeks for the pick up, had a lot of difficulty heaving it out to the lawn, and the driver said that any marks at all, they can’t take. So basically the furniture have to be in mint condition. This place collects donations, but yet they make the process so difficult.
Don’t bother donating here, if your furnitures are not in mint condition. Try good will or other avenue.
