Austin was my stylist! He was super welcoming and had an idea right away for how my hair would best suit me! (I had no idea what I wanted)

Stay away from Adrian he doesn’t listen! The Salon itself has a great vibe and energy that’s why I’m giving it two stars. I brought my 19 year old son in for a haircut as a birthday present. My son’s hair was quite long and needed to be cleaned up. I showed Adrian two pictures of how my son wanted it which was shoulder length. He said no problem and that he was going to add layers. Sounded good until I saw my son. Two inches above the shoulders. I could tell my son was mortified. When I had asked Adrian about why it wasn’t shoulder length? He replied “oops it will grow and walked away”. Not a good response. My son now doesn’t want to leave the house which is sad because that’s why I took him to Hair Wizardry for a good haircut! Not a pleasant experience and attitude from a stylist. You can’t play God with peoples hair. Hair will boost your self esteem or break it! In this case it broke my son’s spirit. Very, very sad. Totally disgusted with Adrian’s attitude!

10/10 would recommend to go to this place. Got great recommendations for products to help my hair. Kim did an amazing job!

I really like how they do highlights on my curly hair here, but not impressed with how they cut my hair. I will probably continue to get my highlights done here, but will be going to Echo or Spiral and Quirk to get my hair cut.

I would absolutely recommend this place if you are struggling with curly hair cut.

I left a voicmail on Christmas eve to purchase gift certs they were pushing on FB. No return call.

I sent a message via the website approx 2 weeks ago asking for a cut. No response.

Last year after our 1st Covid lock down was lifted they said on Facebook they would call people who had appointments book over the lockdown. I never got a call. I called in months later to ask for an appointment.

So yeah no longer a fan.

I recently visited this Hair Wizardry for a colour and had a fantastic experience! I was nervous about switching up my hair colour from my natural, but my stylist Rachel was amazing and super knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, listened to my needs, and gave me my dream hair. The salon was clean and had a great atmosphere and music.

I will be a returning client for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this salon for your hair needs!

I am just starting on my curly hair journey and learning to love what I have again, after being blonde and heat styling my hair for over a decade, I was able to see the owner, Brenda, who educated me on styling tips and told me about products that could work well for my hair type. She was never pushy about products and just gave me options should I want them. She cut my hair in an adorable rezzo cut and I also had my hair coloured back to my natural red, however it turned out too dark and I wasn't happy with it. Brenda was a complete sweetheart and came in on her day off (which, hello, wow!) to fix it and make me happy The atmosphere in the salon is a vibrant feeling, both in the 1st appt at night and the Saturday early afternoon. So glad to have found a salon with such talented artists and great customer service? *chef's kiss*

I have fine, curly hair. I've been coming to see Austin at HW for just over a year now. I'm not exaggerating when I say that these have been the best curly cuts and colours of my life! Styling my hair was always such a stressor for me - I had a good hair day once a month at best. I can honestly say that I love my hair now. It's easy to style (thank you for the lesson!) and I often get compliments! Austin is wonderful in all ways and is a master of the curly hair skill. Thank you for everything.
