First time shopping here and it’s unfortunate my experience was not good, not that anything major happened but in my days when someone walks into your establishment, the first thing you do is greet them even if you are with another customer you greet whomever walks in ur store at least say if you need anything I’m here to help if need be.let it be known that you at least acknowled the new customer. It’s not like the store was crazy busy but I got NO assistance whatsoever until I was ready to pay and still then there was zero acknowledgement. Customer service skills 0/10 store itself was well stocked 10/10

Staff doesn’t know their products. Asked for regular kanekalon braiding hair and told her I didn’t see it in the section I was at and she said if it wasn’t there then they don’t have it. Why not be proactive and double check? I checked again myself and found it. Will never shop here again. Customer service 0/10

I have been going to this store for a while and after I bought hair that I didn’t like, I wanted to return it but because of their no exchange policy, she decided to give me a discount and I ended up buying almost 9 packs of hair from them. The owner was very professional, polite and super nice and I felt bad for being upset when they weren’t going to exchange it at first.
The store is always clean, the staff are really friendly and nice and they have lots of wigs, hair and hair product. Thank you guys for your service.

Rude, rude.rude.we felt unwelcome all the time. My cousin and I we were ready to buy some stuff there. But after the fabulous costumer service (sarcasm), we decide to leave the store.

Highly recommend, the staff are very patient and willing to help by any means necessary. Also, they have an abundance of products, so you will often find everything you are looking for.

Amazing place for anything you need have all atleast 95%, great stuff.

Terrible customer service, I didn’t felt welcome since I walked it the store. The lady wasn’t helpful and she was very rude. She kept saying that I couldn’t touch the extensions or that I was gonna have to pay for them, I was only touching them with the plastic container of course to try to match my color but I had to leave because of her attitude.

Today i want this place and the woman was working there was amazin help me and she was even happy to serve and suggested me i love it all and the things i have been looking on enternet to purchese even excpnsive but here in hair sense was affordable and quality thanks again.

They have a wide variety of hair, especially for sow in extensions. Also, the options are affordable, which is really important!
The ladies that were working there also give good advice for taking care of hair.
Definitely recommend.
