I never see this kind of bad service in my life they charge me twice from my benefits and then it takes more than two months to get money back still I waiting please make sure about your benefits you pay the right amount

They charged my friend twice $299 and refused to pay back their money even though they know it was a mistake, they are so quick to take your money but VERY slow to return it, like it’s been 3 months (and to think am the one who suggested this store coz of convenience)

I have no idea the material you use for my lenses but I have absolutely no scratches on my glasses. I have been wearing them for over 13 months now plus I have had no issues with my frames as well. My second pair are permanent sun glasses for driving and they are the best thing ever.
Now my brothers ordering two pairs as well.

Went in today to get some new glasses. Awesome selection and great prices (60% lenses and frames when you purchase 2 pairs). The employee, Bandan, was very helpful and she and the other woman in the store offered wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back if I ever need glasses again.

Gurleen helped me well to fix my glasses on Nov-10-2022 in Edmonton Capilano mall. She was very helpful, willing to serve and easy going. I was happy to get help from her. She is a very good personnel for business.

This morning My glasses is broken and needed to be fixed asap.called shop even wallmart but got no luck, they want me to booked appointment first, then finally found Hakim Optical were they're accepting walk in for repair.and whats more amazing is that the lady fixed my glasses for FREE.

Pretty disappointed with their scheduling. I booked an appointment and give them a week's notice, then they called me a day before the appointment telling me that the doctor will not be in for the scheduled time. Tried to move my appointment for the following week went in and only to find out that they did not schedule me for the day. The best option that they can give me is to go to their other branch. Ah, no thanks.
