The lady at the counter gave me a different price than the one I was quoted online, better call the customer service, don’t go to the store, they will try to upsell you.

One star is not low enough, these scam artists sell faulty parts and “claim” they have videos of the parts working before hand but they cant show you them. They should not be allowed to be in business and I will he reporting them to the correct people.

Always a great place to get used auto parts! A lot of different parts at reasonable prices that you don’t have to pull yourself! Parts always in good condition and what I’m looking for.

I needed a fender which condition was described very accurately, paint colour was confirmed to match the car and responses were very prompt. The shipping was fast, I had the part in my possession in under 48hrs. Thanks Jeff for all your hard effort.

Never had the parts I was looking for and their used car parts are almost near the same price as retail

Absolutely horrible. Was told they had a very good condition seat. Called at 9: 30 wanting to pick up. Was told it was still in the truck. I had Also told them I lived 5 hrs away and I needed to get back. ASAP
Was told they would have part picked in two hours——4 hrs latter they phoned me back to confirm they had part and wanted send me a pic of it. Called around found a seat out of the truck in great condition and cheaper. Picked up in 15 mins of calling.

Can not and would NOT recommend this place.

They quoted me a price on the phone, had the part ready when I came in later that day, and matched the quote they gave over the phone. Very friendly service!

They were never wrong on parts or advice if they dont have it they will find it and if you ask they will tell you what a fair price should be when you call the next place

They had the parts I needed but they could work on the online inventory so they could increase business.

Got in my first accident and almost had to drive to Calgary to get parts. These guys found the parts locally for me and made it as painless as possible! Recommending this place to anyone that asks about parts!

Ordered a door from them rated grade A. Door was in horrible condition with dents and scrapes, also was a bad respray. Wiring harness was also cut. When I called in I was told that it didn't leave that way, so they implied the shipping company or myself must have damaged it. I was quoted $300 for this used door, then when it showed up they charged me $50 more than quoted.not impressed, definitely lost my business, I'd recommend you look elsewhere for used parts.

Found a rare part I needed to get my daily driver back on the road through Hall's. I ordered it over the phone, and gave credit card and shipping information. Representative was nice and helpful. Unfortunately the part couldn't be found, and I wasn't notified. Only found out when I called them back days later. If you're buying a part from them after finding it inventoried online, I'd suggest giving them no personal information until the part is in their hands. They seem to have fairly good reviews, and the representative on the phone was helpful. Nonetheless, this was ultimately disappointing and a bad experience.

Best service I have ever received. The part didn't fit and they found one right away. Will come back again
