Hampton Inn by Hilton Calgary Airport North

Very impressed by this Hampton Inn Calgary Airport. Very clean, great hot breakfast and the shuttle driver, Bobby, was excellent. Will definitely stay here again if we need to be close to Calgary Airport.

It was a great experience, staff were very welcoming and didn’t had any problem, room were clean too. Satisfied with the service.

The hotel is lovely. It’s clean, offers incredible service, great breakfast and is conveniently located to the airport, and highways into and out of the city.

Rooms need to be updated. One of the beds sloped down, carpet stained, early 2000's look. Nice staff. Close to the airport. Quick driving distance to fast food restaurants.

I never stayed here but a hiring event was held here today. The lady with the glasses accommodated us, interviewees, so well. She was constantly arranging our long line to make sure that we were all safe and sheltered. For example, she had to move the line because most of us were standing at the parking lot and she even gathered umbrellas because most of us were standing outside when it started to rain a little. She really went above and beyond even though we weren't customers at the hotel.

The biggest problem with this hotel is that they are clearly overworked and understaffed.
We’ve stayed in this hotel 3 times now and all three times it’s been incredibly busy. I highly highly suggest going for the app and digital key. There is always a late night line from the airports with very limited staff available.

They offer a free shuttle which sounds great but all three times we have used it there were reallllly long wait times and they often do NOT answer their phones. I even had the staff pick up the phone and hang it up! It’s run very inefficiently. It’s such a shame because they are so close to the airport you would think it would be great, it’s not! I called for their large shuttle and they showed up with a small van and a person already inside. Which meant we had to wait longer as we couldn’t all fit. We averaged a 40min+ wait the three times we used it as a family of 5.

We have been on floor 3,4 and 7 and all three times the amenities were empty. I would be showering only to find no shampoo in shower. Or no conditioner on the next trip. There clearly needs to be more staff.

On our August 6th stay there was zero pool towels for hours. I asked so many different people for towels. I ended up going up to our hotel room and bringing those down.

And a final heads up Our latest and last stay on Aug 19th we went down to breakfast and the line was extremely long. Breakfast Food was consistently amazing but if you had a flight to catch I would factor in a busy lounge.

We paid over just under $300 a night, in the future we will look for somewhere else. At that price there should be a better level of service.

Hotel is very outdated and the rooms are not clean. Moldy odor in the room and stains throughout the carpet. Bedding looked used. Bathrooms are old and not clean. Front desk not helpful and accommodating at all. Book Westin, much better rooms and hotel for the same price.

Had to choose this hotel as our flight was rescheduled. The front desk people were confused when I said booked by WestJet. They told me that WestJet doesn't have any of their bookings. Finally got a room for the four of us, with only one bed. When trying to get another room they had no idea what rooms had more than one bed. Ended up just getting a rollaway bed.

Hallways smelt like sewage.

My wife and I arrived for a pretty late Check in, but we're by a couple of staff who were Glad to help.

I’ve stayed here before and after so many flights. It’s a great, comfortable place to stay. The breakfast is wonder. The pool is fun. There aren’t many options for food nearby so it’s not great for a long stay.

We had a good experience with our stay at Hampton Inn. Everything was fine. We had a nice dinner, the vegan tomato basil soup was delicious.
Breakfast is included and it is tasty and generous.

Be careful, they charged me additional 30$ without noticing at check out and now no one would like to pick up the phone to explain. I gave them a meal vocher at check in and the receptionist told me that everything is ok and later they charged me.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice bed.
Restaurant and lounge on premises.
Friendly staff.

The hotel is very good and in a convenient location close to the Airport. The breakfast is very good so is the restaurant in the evening with a couple of vegan and vegetarian options.

No complaints, and I will stay again here! I already did once before.

Hampton Inn Calgary Airport North exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options. Convenient location near the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

When run by ignorant people the place becomes a mess, there shower gel pumps are a nuisance and fxxxxxg nobody checks them, imagine you get up in the morning and go to take shower and you are struggling to get soap out of dispenser and what age dispensers are you guys using, level up @hilton and you can’t have two bottles of water in the rooms

Pretty meh. Lumpy pillows, sag in mattress. Loud A/C, dramatic temp fluctuations at any given temp setting. Old and dated. Free breakfast fairly limited. Decently clean though.

Very nice place to stay. Decor is lovely in both the rooms and lobby/restaurant. Quick check in, morning breakfast is good quality standard fare. Wifi has a paid upgrade.

Nothing around here though so more of a stay near the airport versus a tourist style place.

All and all, great location.
