We stayed for a sports tournament.

Those with sensitive skin beware. After staying for a couple of days, I had a reaction to their pillows.

Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly and approachable.

The breakfast had a good variety of options as well, which was nice.
I would like to see compost bins, however, and more recycling options other than just for cans and bottles.
They made sure to use compostable plates, cutlery, bowls, etc.but you just ended up throwing it in the garbage, so it wad absolutely pointless.

The rooms are clean and I like that there are sanitizing wipes available. The breakfast is not bad. My only complaint is that the common areas don't seem to be cleaned very often. There was a can of beer in one of the stairwells for the entire time we were there and there was a dirty diaper on the floor in the pool area for ~24 hours.

Great service at good price. Room service was excellent and all the staff are very caring and polite. Quality of breakfast was really good. Had stayed in many hotel in the past, but this is the best i have:)

Hampton Inn call center made an error with my reservation. Therefor there was no room when I showed up. I ended up staying at the hotel across the street a a higher rate and without some of the amenities that I was counting on. Kimi and Gurleen from the Hampton Inn Edmonton South came to the rescue and went above their duties to ensure my family was able to have a comfortable stay with in our budget. This was the Thanksgiving wknd of 2022 in Alberta, Canada.

Room is decent. Noticed a towel with a red stain on it 1st day. Part of the bath tub fell off. Shower curtain rod is close to falling off.

Biggest downfall is poor internet. I guess you can pay extra for better internet, but that's pretty crummy IMO

Tv's didn't work in the building for 9 hours and long waits for the elevator as only 1 worked to get all the luggage up to our room. Room was better than average

Fantastic experience. The night manager was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I used the digital key but was unable to access my room. I went down to the front desk and he gave me a new key and at this point I assumed he would send me back upstairs solo. -Thinking in my head “great if this doesn’t work I’m gonna have to come back down here”, but no; he said “here’s the key and I’m gonna come with you just to make sure it works “.

Most managers would not take the time. I wish I would’ve got his name so I could mention him specifically. Thanks for going above and beyond!

The stay was nice.great breakfast buffet.
The only issue was on our last nights stay was the fact that our 3.5 Chihuahua was not allowed to spend the night in our room in her kennel.
We got back to the hotel at 9 pm on Sunday night and were booking out Monday morning and the hotel still wanted a 75.00 non refundable deposit.so my husband had to drive across the city to pick our dog up at my son's house.
She would have been in her kennel all night and couldn't damage anything.

Amazing service, my battery died over night and the staff went out of their way to help me out and get boosted. Thank you again so much.

Breakfast scrambled eggs cooked in microwave really. Not everyone eats bacon sausages but everyone eats turkey sausage. All white breads and bagels, etc no whole wheat. Nothing but cheap breakfast. Don't say it was free.

Have stayed several times, and look forward to each visit. Comfy beds and a delicious breakfast, every time, are two things that bring us back. Super easy to find and great access to the rest of the city, with lots of amenities close by.

• The facility, room and bathroom is very clean and well maintained.
• Ample bath towels provided without additional request to front desk.
• Bed and bedding are super comfortable.
• Rooms are typical size but with surplus of power outlets for several tablet and phone chargers.
• Plenty of free parking.
• Close to many eateries and several are within walking distance.
• Complimentary coffee is of above average quality.

Con's
• Typical complimentary breakfast bar but nice to have for quick eats.
• Honors app with room key did not work. Used regular room card.

The location is 20 mins away from the centre of city. The rooms r available at gud conditions and affordable prices. There is a well heated swimming pool which is available from 6 am to 10 pm. The view from the room is nice. The only problem with the room was that the chair was broken but usable. The breakfast is also kinda gud.

I had a nice stay in this hotel with my family. Their rooms are neat, cozy and warm and spacious as you can see from the pictures. My room had a microwave and this made it easier to warm our food.
There swimming pool is nice and very cool. They have lots of parking as advertised on their website. Internet is stable and strong and the wifi is all around the hotel, not just inside.
Their complimentary breakfast is loaded with different menus and they have great workers. Their customer service is exceptional and prices are affordable.

Amazing rooms! I highly suggest the king studio suite. The Hilton Team is absolutely wonderful and always quick to respond to calls or requests. Easy check in and top quality service. The cleanliness is outstanding!

Hotel was very clean and check in was easy. Room was a very nice size and the king bed was comfy. Needed a last minute late check out and it was no problem.

Room was clean and comfortable. Service and breakfast were excellent. I know it sounds crazy but I'm pretty sure I had real maple syrup!

If you are looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the place. The construction quality is a joke. I could here every footstep, every door slam, and every toilet flush. The bed shook with every loud bang. You likely won't have an issue on the top floor. 2nd floor was very loud but it really wasn't anyone's fault.

Great hotel. Very close to everything that you need. The service was great, rooms were very clean and overall quiet (even thou we were there for hockey). Breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through.

Great rooms, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast! The reason they got 4 stars and not 5 is because the fan in the pool area was EXTREMELY noisy and therefore spoiled our relaxing time in the hot tub! *when reported the maintenance man attempted to fix it but it didn’t work so hopefully it’s done by now!

Great place to stay in Edmonton. The room is spacious, affordable rate with good complimentary breakfast. I would stay here again on my next trip.

This hotel is not pet friendly. Especially for those with a disability who travel with a companion dog. This hotel is close to the Health Pointe Centre and all the common retail stores and shopping centers. I booked hotel next door at the Sandman, updated rooms with all amenities.

There were numerous issues with the facilities and services.
1. Front sidewalk not cleared and icy.
2. Major safety concern, Fire Exits on fourth floor not working, one emergency exit door
seized, the other exit used for hotel storage.
3. Shower diverter seized.
4. Safety night light is bathroom not working.
5. Bathroom fan not working.
6. Coffee in breakfast room lukewarm.
7. Food in 3 section chafing dish barely warm.

Pool was warmer than we have experienced elsewhere however the hot tub could have been warmer as it was more like a warm bath and not what is expected from a hot tub. Room was spacious and clean, also liked that the thermostat actually worked and I could control the room temp. Breakfast was very nice. That being said it was a great price and we would stay again for sure.

A very clean and friendly hotel, and within short driving distance to major shopping. We will definitely stay again on our next trip!

The Good, we stayed here for Cataract surgery which is being done nearby, good breakfast included, clean, quiet.
The Bad: Internet wifi had a warning: Lenovo WiFi has detected an unsafe Open Network Hilton Honors.
It seems they do not have encryption enabled. I have SurfShark encryption membership so made sure it was enabled. The Wifi was at least fast as I had no issues with it enabled, on some networks that slows things to a point of making things unusable but it Seems Edmonton has a good fiber network.

Nice place, staff is very friendly. Only reason giving a 4 star, rooms are pretty run down, needs a refresh. Broken drawer, well used carpet. But it's a roof over your head.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Good location and close to restaurants, shopping etc. Only concern is showing wear and tear in the rooms.

Great easy check in. Pool was great for kids. Breakfast was fantastic each day and we really enjoyed it. Rooms were very clean and staff were extremely helpful and polite. Definitely huge value for your money. We just stayed at a different chain in another city after we left and they didn't even come close to meeting the high standards set here. We will stay here every time were in town.

Good location (easy access to other nearby amenities). Spacious rooms, lobbies and corridors. Quiet environment. I enjoyed the gym. Great experience!

We stayed here for a week while attending an out of town wedding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was great and the daily breakfast was amazing. Also they had free laundry which was a huge plus. Excellent hotel!

Absolute garbage. We checked in during the afternoon and went out to grab some food, then come back to being locked out of our room. Turns out they gave our room to someone else. They then have the audacity to ask if we are checking out tomorrow? Staff are clearly clueless and don’t know what they’re doing!

Been staying at this Hampton Inn location since 2010. Always a pleasure! Nice, friendly staff; Good breakfast; Clean rooms and common areas; and have good rates for both business and pleasure. They also have Hospital Rates for those who need a place to stay for medical treatment or appointments in any Edmonton hospital.

Our stay was great minus the garbage that was outside to the right of the doors. Masks and cigarettes discarded and garbages by the door overflowing. It stayed like that for Thursday, Friday and Saturday during our stay even after I pointed it out when we arrived on Thursday afternoon. Maybe put something outside so that people aren’t throwing their smokes on the ground.
The garbages were finally being changed on Saturday night around 10: 00pm.

Staff were nice, breakfast was great, really enjoyed the pool, but unfortunately found a bunch of small dark hairs around the tub edge when going to run a bath for my daughter. Grossed me out completely and sadly won't stay again for that reason.

We were very happy with our stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament and got a nice group discount. Breakfast had lots of choices for hot and cold. All the staff were friendly. We were able to make use of the gym and pool facilities. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

Convenient location, good breakfast with different hot food each day. Superb customer service. Stayed during weekday, wifi was fast enough. Pool was a tad cold but didn't phase kids. For price, you really can't go wrong.

Stayed here with my family over the weekend it was a great stay, pool was awesome, enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly. Looking forward to staying here on future vist

Came back to alberta under some sad circumstances and booked everything last minute. But I have to say the staff made this trip so much better. They were very accomadating. Beautiful rooms and the best service. Breakfast every day was delicious and different each morning. Could not have asked for a better hotel to stay in. Will definitely stay here every time I am back in the future.

Very clean, fridge and microwave in room, ice on every floor. Nice fitness room and pool. Breakfast was great despite covid 19. Everything felt modern.

Stayed at this hotel twice this year. Was double charged for both stays. Phoned daily for three weeks. Manager on vacation. No resolution. Do not recommend you staying at this hotel as they will steal from your credit card.

I bought a family room with my mom and siblings and it was lovely with two queen beds and a full bathroom with free breakfast.

Reserved a conference room for a day long business meeting. Very clean facilities, attentive staff, and great service made for a smooth experience. Will be returning next time I am called to Edmonton.

Make sure you turn on the A/C before you got to bed. Other than that it's all good. Great breakfast too!

An absolute delite. Excellent breakfast, generous leadership and very accommodating. Great hot tub and gym! And a nice size pool. Rooms are spotless.

A good hotel to stay at a reasonable price. Whenever we are there, use the gym and the swimming pool.

Terrible service and the employees don't even care to honor the Hampton Guarantee. We had numerous issues from the moment we checked in. The luggage carts were all old and the tires were broken and dry rotted. All of our luggage had to be pushed on a broken cart to the 2nd floor room. I am a heart transplant patient and got very sick doing this. The worker offered to call 911 when I was done. Then we had to fly out and be at the airport for 4: 30 am. We got a 3: 30 am wakeup call and they proceeded to call us twice during the night starting at 2: 00 am. We never got any rest and our little boy was miserable. Then we attempted to use the hot tub before bed and it was very cold and packed with kids who weren't even hotel guests. They were at the hotel for a sort of family gathering. When we checked in, we waited for over 20 minutes for anyone to come to the desk.not even a bell to ring. The kids kept doing cannonball into the hot tub and forced us to leave. We had the desk book us an oversized cab for 4 am to go to airport. They booked the wrong cab and a very small cab showed up. They were upset and left and sent an oversized back to us. By the time we arrived at the airport we almost missed our plane. They were boarding and we had to run like crazy. The entire stay was terrible and we complained each time and nobody cared. Disgusting and unprofessional. We have to fly back in on the 20th during the night and now I will need to attempt to book us at another Edmonton Hampton. Dont waste your time with this one.

Great place to stay, service is friendly. Hotel itself is clean. Only complaint is too many kids running around the joint, kept me up all night. Book when there isn't a tournament of some sort otherwise you'll be up all night with kids running around!

Great accommodations for the night! Super spacious room with a very comfortable bed! Room has a mini fridge and a microwave. Breakfast was great. I hadn't expected much, but I was pleasantly surprised with a full breakfast. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you.

The location is nice if you have a vehicle as it is just on the edge of town. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Really like staying here, staff os uper accommodating, rooms are clean, nice pool and hot tub. Descent breakfast. Can't ask for more and at an affordable price.

Room and facilities were nice, but the beds were so hard we woke up feeling like we slept on the floor. I have a bad back and usually a firm mattress is good for me but the mattress was beyond firm. We stayed 2 nights and we both felt very sore in the mornings from the hard beds.

Pretty good but already feeling a bit tired for such a new property.

They could never get the Digital Key to work.

Gym was half under repair.

Exquisite atmosphere, spacey and cozy room, delicious breakfast and located by useful establishments.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quick check in and check out. Hotel was very clean and with the continental breakfast the rate was very economical. Lots of parking and was a good location. Good access to highway.

Honestly the room was amazing. Price was right. Due to a health issue I can only eat oatmeal for breakfast. I made sure they had oatmeal when we were having breakfast it was 9: 20 and there was no oatmeal (no big deal) but the last told me to wait 5 minutes so I waited and waited 10 minutes went by and I had to ask and she told me because no one else asked and they stop breakfast at 10 they would not be making it

Clean comfortable rooms. The stash was warm and welcoming. Check in was quick. This location had plenty of parking. The lobby includes a relaxing area where they stage their breakfast. Closer to several restaurants. This is a great location.

Mice place to stay. Very fast check in/check out. Very friendly staff and whole place was very clean.
