Hampton Inn by Hilton Fort Saskatchewan

Hotel is fine but do not count on getting internet. I have a download speed on both my phone and computer of 3.5mbps and was told that this is a common complaint. This is not an option for business travellers or anyone needing to access the internet.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff - lady serving breakfast is very nice:) Great location close to groceries and food options.

Staying here next time.

Disappointed their king suite is just a large room with a desk in between a single king bed and a couch/table. No real division as in most hotels where the suite sleeping area is separate from the seating. Room Internet speeds of 2Mbps is just not adequate in today's environment. 3rd floor hallway heater blowing cold air while -6C outside.

I recently stayed at a hotel and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The switchboard, washroom, toilet, and carpet were all in dire need of a deep clean. To make matters worse, there was dog hair scattered all over the place.

Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was not at all worthy. The options were limited and the quality was subpar. I expected a better dining experience for the price I paid.

Overall, I strongly believe that the hotel management needs to prioritize a thorough deep clean of the entire establishment. The lack of cleanliness in the room was unacceptable and left a negative impression on my stay. I hope they take immediate action to rectify these issues for future guests.

Hotel was very clean, friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was very delicious and filling. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The room was nice. Not as big as expected. The bathroom was clean except the shower curtin was stained and the shower head was broken. I would likely stay here again to give them another chance.

Angelina, who works at the front desk, is super friendly and very helpful. She shared some amazing stories, and she made my stay at this hotel far more enjoyable. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never had such friendly service. My King Studio Suite is the perfect size and is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I would return to this hotel for another stay. I didn't mind the price for the quality of the hotel and the room that I received. Staff up front was friendly and helpful answering any questions. I was able to check in early as they were also understanding.
The room was clean and fresh. The shower was wonderful as well.

Breakfast was done up well, with a big selection of stuff from cereal, eggs, ham, toast, pancakes, a tower of juice selections etc. Eating there saved me $30 if I had eaten elsewhere.
Be cautious of leaving your items (keys, wallet) in the room. I believe I was taken from. I came back to my room and $100 was missing just be cautious my friends

Our stay here was a mixed experience, the afternoon/ evening staff were incredibly helpful, and diligent. The morning/day staff were less so. Our room was poorly cleaned while we were out. One bed was missed entirely. In the end the staff rectified the situation, but only after my partner spoke to the desk twice

Merveilleux endroit en Fort Saskatchewan, l’entrée accueillant et le thé et café qu’ils servent 24 heures par jour faisait du bien. La madame au l’accueil était sympathique et agréable toujours. Les chambres était propre les lits est comme chaque Hampton toujours à l’aise. Le piscine était plate car il n’y avait pas l’hôtel tub mais les enfants ont toujours profiter. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et nous avons aimer le nourriture qu’ils servent spécialement le gruau. Je recommande fortement à mas famille et mes amis. Merci.

This hotel is a real gem! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless! The bed was very comfortable. The room was well appointed. We stayed in a pet friendly room, and you would have thought it was a regular room because it was in such good condition and clean! Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again. I was impressed!
