Very nice rooms and breakfast in the morning. Not much fruit for breakfast but they do have eggs, yogurt, sausage, waffles, bagels, and more. The rooms were very clean and there were drawers for clothes. There are outlets next to the beds for charging which is also nice. Overall a good experience.

Came here to stay the night on my way to banff because I was exhausted. Rooms were quite nice, I'll admit. I came in around 3: 30 in the morning to depart at around 10. The front desk overnight worker who checked us in was great. Super smooth and quick conversation. Had me at the desk for only a couple of mins. Once I was in my room, I noticed my toilet wasn't filling with water. Opening and closing the valve didn't help. I had to fill the garbage can and dump it into the tank so I could get a flush. The next morning, I went to the front to check out and mentioned that the toilet was broken and asked if I could get a discount. This 20 some year old girl smiling with a smirk tells me, "You could have told us, and we would have given you another room". After telling her she's in the wrong, she said she didn't have the clearance to give a discount. She double-checked my number and told me that I would be called by their manager on Monday since I stayed over the weekend. Comes Monday and no call. Guess that's the service you get from $16 an hour workers. To be completely honest, I could care less for a discount. It's only $200 some dollars. But when you're gonna blame me for your mistake and not own up to it, you pay. YOU checked me into a room that had a broken toilet instead of actually checking the room first. I'm not going to spend another 15 minutes of my night relocating to another room after unpacking at almost 4 in the morning, running on 3 hours of sleep from the previous night after working a 9 hour, then driving 8 hours. If you're going to make a mistake, own up to it instead of blaming the person you booked. Unbelievably ridiculous

So far so good! Front desk staff are welcoming & helpful. Clean & spacious rooms! Breakfast is good. The lady from the breakfast station is super friendly, (too bad I forgot to ask her name to address her properly). Over all stay is amazing! Will definitely recommend this hotel 100%

Exceptional staff-very accommodating! Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Large variety that changed each day. Coffee station outside dining area for 24hr availability. Also, large snack shop in lobby area for additional cost. Will recommend & return!

Our stay here was great! The lobby and rooms are super clean and modern. Our booking included a free breakfast, which had a lot of variety and everything tasted nice. The lady overseeing the breakfast, Wendy, was amazing. Very sweet and friendly person, and was always checking to ensure everything was clean and replenished. The rest of the staff was also polite and helpful, and the complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient too! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area

Overall, the stay was great until when we checked out. Just make sure to not leave your belongings! We forgot a big plushy under the sheets. When we called, they said to wait until the next day to follow up. They couldn’t seem to find it which is weird as it is extremely big like a pillow and is colourful.we have proof that the huge plushy has been in the room. Just really disappointed as they made it seem like its just a “stuff toy” but this has a sentimental value. Also, they did not exhaust all the ways to find it and even said that the housekeeper didn’t turn anything in, so it was good enough for them to not look for it anymore. It could’ve been with the dirty laundry but i dont think they checked.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our second time staying here, and again found the hotel very clean and rooms quite spacious and comfortable.

The staff were very nice and friendly. From the front desk staff, to housekeeping to the breakfast staff in the dining room. Wendy in the dining room actually stood out. It was very busy in the dining room and it looked like she was working on her own. I'm sure she was under pressure and stress to juggle the upkeep in the dining room with limited staff, but she maintained it with a smile and friendly attitude throughout the whole time we were there. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

I was very surprised when we opened the door. The room as updated, clean and spacious. I loved that there was a separate sleeping area and sitting area with a dining area. The included breakfast was a bonus and the food was good with a wide variety. We only live a couple hours away but we were too tired to drive, and this was a welcome surprise. Staff were pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. Will make this our go to on times we can’t make it back home. Thank you!

The room was nice. Washroom could use a little better cleaning especially the shower head. A lot of calcium build up. There a note in the washroom saying if you forgot tooth paste, razed, etc they have complimentary items at the front desk. I asked the guy and he told me I had to buy it from the little item bar across from the front desk… why have something say complimentary when you have to buy it

This location of Hampton Inn and Suites had very friendly staff (especially the woman working breakfast!), which makes a big difference even with small interactions. Room was sufficiently updated and clean - including the bathroom - which is something I look for in a hotel. Free breakfast was typical hotel fare.hot items left a bit to be desired but still enough selection to put something together. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms were dirty.

Dishes and silverware had not been washed from previous guests and were disgusting. Dishwasher didn’t drain (likely a clogged filter). We mentioned it 3 times and they didn’t do anything about it. Our vehicle was blocked in for over 20 minutes by a delivery vehicle and the front desk replied with “he will move soon”. When we said the plates were dirty they “fixed” it with disposable plates and utensils. I had to run the dishes through the dishwasher myself to know it had been done. Dresser and drawers were dusty and dirty inside.

We asked for a discount and the front desk had no interest in fixing the issues and didn’t care about our concerns at all. Unacceptable service for the price. Budget level hotel at luxury prices.

Missed our flight. The next flight was the next day. The hotel prices are decent and it's close to the airport. Shuttle picked us up at airport and dropped us off at the airport at 3 am the following day. Had us in a room by 11 am. Grateful as we were so tired.

Arriving on a night flight i was told there was room for me on the shuttle. However, the shuttle for this hotel is a small van and there very much was not room for myself and my gear. When i took a photo of the vehicle for this post, Alhyza the driver demanded to know why i took the picture and then became quite irritated saying, "you're not authorized to take that picture, hun. It's not legal for you to take picture. "

I then waited for about an hour before the shuttle returned with another driver this time. When i got to the hotel, the front doors were not working and had to be pryed open, Alhyza was now working the front desk and told me they had taken so long to get me because she had to get coffee (?).

The luggage cart was a bit wonky and I'd say the nicest room in the whole building is the lobby. Rooms have microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Bathrooms are quite small.

Besides that, the rest of the staff were quite friendly, breakfast was plenty ample, the price was closer to $150 CAD rather than the $100 advertised, and the room was comfortable and relatively quiet. Internet is fine if you aren't doing any heavy lifting, otherwise you have to pay a bit extra.

All in all, wasn't terrible but you can probably find better elsewhere.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are nice. A few things noted, the bathroom are on the small, cramped side. Also I found the mattresses did not provide enough support. Parking was good and complimentary coffee was nice. Would stay here again.

The 5 star rating is for the incredible lady who runs the breakfast room. Wendy! She is personable, genuine, cares about every persons experience. Watching her greet return customers and remembering them is gold. She takes care of everyone who enters as if they are family. She shares local tips and guides for people visiting and is an absolute delight.
Appreciate her so much.
Because of her, this is now our Calgary Hampton/Hilton property of choice.

One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Huge King room with pretty view of the trees and dormered roofs of the Country Inn behind. It looked newly renovated in excellent taste. Bed really comfy and wonderful full breakfast included.
In a light industrial area, but very quiet with14 minutes easy drive to the airport. Free shuttle service was also available. Desk and kitchen staff friendly, helpful and respectful. We were really pleased that our Canmore trip ended so pleasantly. Thanks Hampton Inn. I’ll book you again.

My flight arrived late at about 22: 30. The free shuttle came in less than 30 minutes (they just picked up a group from the airport and left). It was a less-than-10-min's drive. The reception quite kindly upgraded my reservation to a suite. Of course I asked if it was possible. And I hadn't known that there is no free upgrade for Hampton brand. So it was a total surprise. The room was super nice. At first I didn't know how to use the shower and the customer service staff came and solved my problem. The reception staff also called after I entered my room asking if I need a shuttle the next morning. I feel they were really considerate. Highly recommend it!

We had experienced a very long flight and after finally getting to actual Hotel operator (after being transferred 2x by Hilton group) we were very pleased how Liberty helped us out.
She actually picked us up at the airport with their shuttle and arranged for our check in The manager very nice and helped us out. Great breakfast by Wendy! Good hotel with some caring staff! Jeep up the good work! Many thanks

We had 2 x good nights at this hotel. Good breakfast and cheerful staff. Only negative is that the hard water is starting to affect the efficiency of the water appliances. Sink faucet, shower head and the toilet flush pump all were less than efficient. Easily resolved with a bit of soaking in CLR. I would consider returning. No issues beside what I mentioned.

Rooms are nice. We rented a king suite and an adjoining queen room so we my daughter could have friends sleep over. Rooms are great for that with the adjoining living room and king bed for us.

The front check in lady as well as the woman working at breakfast need serious customer service training. Rude and unhelpful and cranky.

Going to the pool (after we were all checked) means standing in line waiting for her to get off the phone. We waiting over 10 mins and then found a helpful cleaner that let us in. No washrooms at the pool so if you leave, you have to go back to waiting in line. Its a bad set up. They need to figure out if you are vaccinated you card has access to the pool and gym. Waiting in line each time is not smart.

The breakfast lady literally closed the door on a customer at 9: 59. Breakfast was pretty decent - they didn’t refill the eggs or sausages for the last 20 mins so people were mulling around waiting. No sanitizers around or vaccination checks.

Sadly the people with a little smile and customer service would go along way instead of being snappy and short snd clearly hating your job so we all are aware.

We had a great stay here. The beds are really comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with lots of food to choose from. The waffles were delicious! The shuttle is really convenient as well. We will be back!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make the stay a positive experience despite the pandemic situation. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was great for the kids, and it was always great to have coffee available. Hot breakfast could be better but, again, due to the pandemic situation, understandable in its limited offerings. Would recommend and will stay again next time.

The overall stay was very good. The only complaints are - the matress and pillows were uncomfortable. Too soft and didn't provide enough support. Our room smelled a little funny but you get used to the smell and don't notice it after some time (it's about the majority of older hotels). The service is wonderful and reception team is very professional, friendly and helpful.

I had an exceptional stay. The service was amazing. I have special needs and the staff was more than happy to do everything they could accomidate me. The shuttle service was excellent. My room was clean, fragrance free, comfortable and quite. I will definately stay at this Hampton Inn everytime I am in Calgary.

We had to be in Calgary for a medical appointment and we were extremely satisfied with the service and safety measures taken by Hampton Inn staff.
The suite was very comfortable, inclluding the bed and the safety measures taken ensured a worry free visit. There was even a brown bag breakfast included! I highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites especially during these trying and stressful time.

Comfortable, silence and quite warm place to rest after a long travel.
They have shuttle service, when you arrive late just give'em a call ask for the shuttle and they pick you up in the shuttle zone.

The attention is always warm they really care about your needs.

The hotel is nice and clean however, I paid for my room online and no where on the site did it state a credit card is mandatory, I drove 3 hours with 4 kids under the age of 11 only to be denied access because I didn't have a credit card. I find this extremely frustrating and rude I already paid for my room and offered to pay a cash or debit deposit for my room and that still wasn't good enough for the manager. The only thing that was offered to me was a refund that would take up to 5 business days, which left me with not enough money to find another hotel last minute.

After I had terrible experience at Bestwestern few months ago, this was another visit for me. This hotel was awesome. It was clean, nice staff, and good hot water. Mostly I loved bed. I dont usual write this review about hotel alot, but I had great experience. Definitely will be back. I stayed at King size bed with $91 with tax.

Fantastic. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. Very clean, and easy online check in/out. I like the E-key option that allows you to open your door with your phone.

I loved the free wifi, and even in these odd times, they manage to keep the pool up and running. Unlike most hotels, the wifi was easy to connect to, and had a strong signal.

I have been staying in Hampton for the last 5months. I was sent from my company to work for Shaw, which is right across the street. So the location was perfect for me. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. The hotel staff is polite and efficient. The review in one singe line would be that it is a good hotel - provided you do not come across a situation where you need some help from the management.

Due to the cover-19 situation, there weren’t many rooms occupied in the hotel. On Monday morning around 10.30 am, I got a call from the reception asking me to move my room to the main floor. I told them that I have a lot of luggage and it would be inconvenient for me to move rooms. Then the receptionist told me to talk to her manager. So another guy called me claiming to be the owner of the hotel. He informed that they were shutting down the rest of the floors due to low occupancy and wanted me to move to the main floor. I asked him for a couple of days, but all he was giving me was 2 hours. His expectation is that a customer, working from room on a busy Monday morning to just pack all her stuff and move to a different room in a 2 hour notice. After negotiating with him for a long time, he agreed that I can move in the evening. When I asked for a room which faced the main road, he refused saying they are not available - EXACTLY 5 MINS AFTER SAYING THAT THE HOTEL IS EMPY AND THATS WHY I NEED TO GO TO THE MAIN FLOOR. When I told him this, he was completely adamant and said that I need to change my room and go to whatever he says is available, or else to leave the hotel. When I said no, he threatened me to call the police.

He was extremely inflexible, rude and did not want to come to any compromise. I finally had to move rooms and then decided to checkout on the weekend, after staying for 5 months. I stayed there for so long trusting it to be Hilton hotel, which is great in customer service. After being treated this way, I just regret that I stayed there for so long and gave him so much business. The takeaway is just that not all hotels under Hilton are the same.

Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Breakfast was also included. It was near the airport but we didn't hear any noise during our stay. Location is also great as it is close to restaurants.

First time I have a bad experience in a Hampton hotel. We found a container with food in the fridge, and after we took the comforter off, it was like somebody threw out on the bed sheets. On top of that, there was a poo smell in the pool area; the maintenance person said someone had pee in the pool.

I asked for another room and to get new sheets for the bed in the other room, but they said there was not any house keeper working at the moment.

We decided to leave. I think the situation could have been managed differently.

Friendly staff, good hot breakfasts with plenty of options in a menu that rotates daily, comfortable and clean beds. The only issue with this place is that the towels are absolutely awful. They will shed all over you, so shake them out really well before drying off. It honestly doesn't even help that much though. This would have been a 5 star review without that glaring issue. Hopefully they buy new towel sets soon.

Genuinely friendly staff. Pretty good breakfast (good selection of fruit, pastries and waffles. Poor selection of cereals). Very affordable rooms.

My room had two good condition TVs and a very spacious bathroom and shower room (separate). The kitchenette was. Okay. Not amazing.

I would highly recommend this hotel for the casual traveler. However, I found their internet to be inconsistent/lousy but usable, making the suite I stayed in a poor choice for business visitors.

Our second visit here. For us it is a great location as it has good access to the Deerfoot Trail and there are lots of resturant choices in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has both hot and cold options. We can always find something to break our fast. Will stay again on our next visit to Calgary.

We stayed here with the intent of taking an airport shuttle the following morning. However the shuttle that we needed was full and another was not available for 90 minutes. No accommodations were made. The room was fine, but will choose another "airport" hotel in the future.

I was having such a bad day after missing my flight due to highway closure and then not being able to get out due to bad weather in Toronto so decided to get a room for the day and wait for my midnight flight here, well I am glad I did as I sat and had some breakfast they upgraded my room and it was great! Huge room and great friendly attentive staff! I only wish I had more time to enjoy it as I was so tired I just slept. Went to front desk to ask if there was a good place to grab a bite and a drink and they recommended Cactus Club (which I love anyway) and gave me a $15 voucher for CC. Thanks for turning around my awful day!

Good airport hotel.clean rooms.decent breakfast.professional and nice staff. I had a rental but I saw a free shuttle to the airport. I also used their gym.it is a basic one with 2 elliptical and 2 treadmills + few weights.it is was also super easy to check in and checkout with the new Hilton Hhonor app. No need to wait in line at the reception and no need for the door cards.all done on your phone.no physical door card is required anymore. I loved that.i would stay again info need an airport hotel
