Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Sherwood Park

I had a wonderful experience with Maxine (massage therapist). The environment is welcoming and relaxing. All of the rooms have a great spa-like atmosphere, with low lighting and relaxing music. The hot stone massage with added aroma therapy is fabulous! They do have a monthly membership program, but you can also just schedule appointments as wish and not join the program.

Just went here for the first time with a very sore shoulder muscle post surgery. My therapist was Maxine. I cannot say enough good things about my experience: she listened to what I needed (that doesn’t often happen when I get a massage) and focused her attention on that area. She was able to work out most of the pain and made a world of difference. I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend seeing her! Thank you, thank you!

I was desperate for a massage as my regular therapist had cancelled on me. Hand and Stone were able to fit me in with an hour notice. Very clean and relaxing environment, friendly, professional staff. Leon was amazing and I felt so much better after my massage. I will definitely go again.

So unprofessional. Booked a 80 mins left after 60 came back to remember it was 80 mins. I didn’t even get to pick what facial I wanted. They didn’t do anything other than mask my face. I could have done that at home. No products were explained. I have a terrible rash from the day I visited. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had a few services here. I was most looking forward to the facial as it's been years since i had one. Within 2 minutes of it starting there was an attempt to upsell me on what would add $50+ to my bill. I don't blame the esthetician as it felt very much coached. She was very knowledgeable but that completely killed the experience for me. At the end there was a line up of products waiting for me, "recommendations". Excellent if I had been interested and been asked if i was instead of an already expensive day ending with a sales pitch. No pressure from the esthetician but it was awkard as she is telling me all about these expensive products i had no intent of buying but felt like i had to listen because i was not asked if i wanted recommendations. Won't be returning.

My first time having an actual Facial and it was amazing! Hollee explained what she was doing, the products she was using and why, asked me questions about my area's of concern, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! My skin is glowing and feels so soft! I will definitely be coming back! The Spa itself is very beautiful, the atmosphere is chill and calming, overall a wonderful experience, frankly after my massage with Maxine, who was also fantastic, and then my facial, I just wanted to do nothing the rest of the day that is how relaxed I was:)

My facial with Indira was an amazing experience. I was very resistant to trying new products because my skin is so sensitive. Indira accurately analyzed my skin type and took note of how I reacted to each of the products. She clearly explained the products and their purpose to me. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable. It was such a relaxing experience, and I just loved the subtle fragrance of the pre cleanse. I purchased the moisturizer, and absolutely love it. My skin has never looked better! The texture has improved after only one facial. I rarely indulge in self care. It was definitely worthwhile, especially for my mental health. I will be going back to Indira for another facial soon!

Had a facial done by Indira today and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and it was done with perfection. When I left I truly felt fabulous. If you want your face to look and feel revived, I highly recommend Hand & Stone and especially Indira for your facial. I will definitely be back!

I’ve had probably around 60 massages in my lifetime and massage therapist, Lisa, gave me THE BEST massage I’ve ever had.
I recently move to the area from another city and noticed Hand & Stone while driving by one day. I decided to give this spa a try. 10/10 would recommend. My entire experience was amazing, right from when I walked in the door.

I got a facial here it was absolutely relaxing and amazing they know there stuff would definitely recommend going there.

The whole crew at Hand and Stone Sherwood Park absolutely made my day, each and every worker treated me with care and respect, especially Indira, my aesthetician and Kiara, the spa associate!

Relaxing atmosphere, clean and organized office. Friendly front desk staff. My massage was great! Lisa was friendly, warm, and professional. She Listened to and addressed my concerns with just the right pressure and checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout my massage. Highly recommend!

We tried Hand & Stone as a last minute attempt to use up some end of year massage benefits! I am glad they could fit my boyfriend and I in. This spa has a nicer atmosphere than some of the other massage chains. I would definitely recommend the 80min over 50min because time flies and at moments it felt a little rushed with the 50min. The therapists were lovely and had great technique! Thank you for the great customer service as well.

I go and see Lisa for a massage at head and stone she is a beautiful person inside and out, also i leave there feeling great! The owner and reception are also great and super helpful
