Scammers. Any reviews prior to July 2021 were from the previous owners. This new team is dishonest, impossible to get a hold of, and does not own up to damage. It was good for a while, but once the team damaged my home and we agreed to an agreement. They did not fulfill the agreement and stopped communicating. Do not trust Stephanie – she is a dishonest business owner.

Used to use them. They did a good job cleaning the house, however, several toilet brushes were broken and they never let me know. I didn’t find out until I went to clean the toilet myself. And they damaged furniture and my kitchen cabinets by ramming their vacuum into them. I had a line of damage around the perimeter of my kitchen cabinets and a newly purchased sideboard ended up with a substantial gouge in it

We are delighted with Happy Hearts. We’ve had them twice now. They do a thorough cleaning (even scrubbing switch plates), fast and efficient, and are extremely pleasant to deal with.

We have been having Happy Hearts coming into our home for almost a year now, and we love them now more than ever! I’m so impressed with Kim and her professionalism, drive for perfection, and high standard of cleanliness. With her being a nurse, I trust her to know how to properly clean and disinfect, and to train and hire staff that abide by the same standards. We love having Mandy come on a regular basis, and, since the disruption of COVID, have been pleased with the new staff that have been coming to the house. Everyone who comes, whether new or beloved, is professional, kind, and thorough. We trust Kim and her staff, and enjoy having them in our home!
