Happy Paws Dog Grooming

Today was Tella's first haircut at 5 months old. She's a 10 lb Havanese-Toy Poodle. Very energetic and friendly and she did great here. I appreciated that when you walk in its very clean, quiet, you don't hear any barking, it's very calming and you don't see other dogs because each one is groomed in a separate room. They gave me a reminder call an hour before which was great too. We were charged as quoted $65 despite her being an energetic puppy and she seemed happy when we picked her up. They did say tgey dont do scissor cuts, mainly clippers and gave me a chart to choose the length I wanted, which was the longest. They do have clear signs on the walls saying their quote is an estimate and depending on your dog's behavior and coat condition there could be additional costs so there are no surprises. Overall very satisfied and plan to bring her back.

My dog is not very easy to groom (bitey and nervous) but they are really good with him there and always make him look amazing!

I took my shorkie Lexi and shihtzu Coco here got them in at the same time and they did an absolutely what I asked for both girls are so clean and fresh looking. I am definitely coming back thank you Happy Paws!

I give the grooming part of it 4 for the beautiful job! The staff were polite and my little champ seemed happy upon leaving him and picking up.

I’m still wowed I can do drop in tail trims but aside from that, so clean here and they have private grooming areas. My dog gets so excited in the car so it was nice to just stand with her for the nail trim to calm her. Clean, fast, fair price. Definitely like more than others I’ve tried.

I took my 5 month old cockapoo here yesterday and they did a fantastic job. For one, I called and they were able to get me in same day (because of a cancellation but BONUS). Then, they did exactly what I had asked and I experienced great customer service. I definitely recommend!

When I first found this place, it was during the Pandemic last year, when most Groomers were closed or over booked. The first time we took Tandy in, the atmosphere was (to us) calming. They have separate rooms for the dogs when being groomed, and there is no barking like you'd hear at most Groomers. Staff is friendly and they always send out reminders via texting on the day of your appointment. This place is our #1 recommendation out of all the other 4 Groomers that my dogs have gone too. I called in to get a price for a scissor cut for my dog, she told me the price so I booked an appointment which took 1.5 weeks to get. What a waste of time. They do not do scissor cuts, what kind of groomer does not cut the fur like that? ! Any dog with an undercoat can't get shaved.

I have taken my dog to several other pet groomers to see who does the best job, she is the best by far.

Love them even though Baxter gets nervous when he goes there. He leaves fresh and clean and happy

Sorry to say, VERY difficult to understand over the phone - she couldn't seem to get my small dog's name right. Hannah seemed to be overly-concerned that he was an older dog - am not sure what that was all about. Bottom line, Happy Paws lost my interest in giving them my dog & my money.

I have been taking my dog, Molly to Hannah for years. Molly loves going to see her friend. She looks amazing when she is done! I would recommend Happy Paws to anyone! Love this place!

I took my small dog in for grooming for the first time to Happy Paws. I was apprehensive as I have had other groomers (not at Happy Paws) that have either given clipper burns, bleeding toenails from cutting too short or irritated skin with licking and scratching after. When I picked him up, he looked great and was in perfect condition. Hanna was very good with him, shop clean. She quoted an accurate cost, called for pick up exactly when she said she would. First groomer I have ever had that asked I complete a questionnaire on his health/age/temperament. I was 100% satisfied and very glad I took a chance, will definitely return. Thank you!

Please don't waste your money and time. Very bad service. They book an appointment for your dog and then they cancel at last moment. Completely unaccepatable service. I would never ever recommend it.
