I can not say enough wonderful things about Happy Paws! Last week we brought our older dog in to see if we needed to put him down or what was bothering him. Dr. J. Fuller spent a great deal of time with our dog and made a few suggestions. We took her advice and put him on medication that was the best fit for him. He is a whole new dog!
Not only was the Dr amazing, the new clinic on the Eastside is beautiful. When we walked through the door we instantly felt like it was a home away from home.

Losing a pet is hard and wat hung their health decline and then ultimately having to put them to sleep can cause lot of trauma. I loved this clinic until they made me feel so unwelcome because I made appointments and cancelled. I tried to explain I was experiencing anxiety returning to the place my dear animal passed. There was no sympathy but they did demand I if I wanted to come I’d have to prepay. After having paid hundreds with my animal who passed away. It was humiliating.
Years passed and another clinic opened near me and I knew with my newest cat and his health issues Happy Paws is experienced in treatment. Imagine my surprise when I receive an email denying my cat care because they feel they aren’t able to care. How about you be honest instead of contradicting your website and denying an animal care.
With all due respect a vet is like a doctor your job is to care for animals and denying one blows my mind

Making it personal even after I was willing to try again

Iam very happy with whole experience at Happy Paws vet clinic. Brought my rescue silly goof for check up and vaccinations (as we have no history of this handsome man). Doctor Kendra MacPherson took her time and shared her knowledge of rescue puppies. She was super gentle during vaccinating this big boy
We wouldn’t to be able to do it without priceless help of an assistance lady (who assumed already was off her work but made an effort to see Leonard and help us out with this hyper boy).
The whole working team were very excited about Leonard and wanted to see him again.
This well behaved rotti was dropped at the clinic by random person who found him outside of Airdrie couple weeks ago with very serious condition. The whole team of Happy Paw clinic decided to rush an emergency pro bono surgery to save his live.
Long story short: Sir Leonard got an amazing foster care care a have a great life with me and he is loved by his extended family- staff of Hoppy Paws Clinic.

The staff at Happy Paws are great with our Blu! Our chow’s condition requires uncomfortable assessments and procedures. However, the nurses, techs and veterinarians always ensure she is given a comfortable experience as best as they can. She has had multiple appointments and has no trouble leaving our side at the clinic, despite being more on the timid side. This shows us that she trusts their care. We highly recommend Happy Paws and are thankful for their kindness!

We were looking for a Vet for our new Golden Retriever puppy. After calling multiple places, I could tell from my phone call to Happy Paws that they were the ones for us. Upon our visit the clinic was clean.the staff was friendly & knowledgeable, and Dr. Erin was nothing short of amazing! She took the time to answer my questions. I did not feel rushed through my appointment. She gave me options, was not pushy at all, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about Gus. We are so happy to have found such an incredible vet to trust our fur baby's health with.

My Ozzy is always excited to go to the vet, the entire staff is happy to greet him and are beyond welcoming no matter what reason you are there for, they listen and hear you. I have since moved out of Airdrie and still take my dog to Happy Paws, you just can't beat the service, price and care they provide to your furry companion.

We went to the west Airdrie location for our new puppy. Everyone at the office is so incredibly receptive, friendly, and you can tell they are committed to providing the best loving care for the animals that come into the clinic. They are up front and honest in their assessments and costs, and make sure to explain anything you might not understand or be sure on. So glad we went with Happy Paws for our dogs' vet!

Do not take your furbaby here. Although they are nice and a clean facility. They are all about your money. My puppy need 2 teeth pulled, they were supposed to do it at time of getting fixed. They did not do it and couple months later I enquired about her two teeth again. They then think it is wise to put a puppy under Anaesthetic again with in 3 months. And change another $800. I have since been to 3 different vets to ask about her 2 teeth. And each one has asked WHY they didn’t pull at time of spay, and it isn’t good to put a dog under again so soon, and now her other two teeth maybe have complications later as they should have been pulled at 6 months. She is now 9 months. She is getting the procedure done from another vet and is 1/2 the cost…. But a risk as she is going under Anaesthetic again in 3 short months. So careful when you visit this vet and advise to do your research.

Best vet I have ever been to, hands down. Every person in the office was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Kristi was my vet, and she was great with both my kitties. Lovely experience. I will be bringing them back for dental care and I know they will be in great hands.

They are a safe, loving vet clinic that works with you to make sure your pet is as healthy as can be. Love the personal calls to check in on your pet a couple days after our visits as well.

Dr. ERIN and her staff amaze me, they have been dealing all my poor pups crazy things that keep coming up so well, I appreciate more then they could ever know what they have done to make my boy is ok. Most recently he got an infection in his leg, we took him there and wen home with meds noticing his leg starting to bleed out his scar and called then 3 minutes to closing and they let me rush him back so they could try to do something for him, thank you guys do much

Recently switched from another vet clinic in town and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We have had 2 visits so far and I am so pleased with the care and customer service we have received. Although I am yet to actually meet Dr Erin due to covid restrictions, I can say that I fully trust her and her staff with taking care of our dog. Their communication and customer service has been excellent and we feel fully confident in the care our dog is getting. I can say that I no longer dread having to go into the vets office. Thank you!

Happy paws has been excellent to us, they’re very caring and accommodating and are always super happy to see the my dog and cat.

I'm new to the area and decided to try Hsppy Paws due to their rating. I was very pleased with my experience. I found all staff very friendly and caring towards my pup. Dr Erin was very thorough with Jaycee's first exam and gave me great advice and cared for Jaycee very well. This will remain my go to vet clinic.

Staff are the most polite and friendly group of people. Dr. Erin is so thorough and so good with my dog, who is very timid of strangers. They have done a beautiful job adjusting their practice with COVID-19, to keep the humans and the dogs safe.

I have a 15 year old ragdoll cat who has had issues with hair pulling and back leg stiffness for some time. I had been to another vet twice before without feeling she had been given proper attention to the issues. So I searched online for a local vet and found Happy Paws. My experience with Dr. Erin has been tremendous. On our first consultation, Dr. Erin took a lot of time with my girl and then spoke with me at length regarding possible issues and I never felt rushed. Dr. Erin is kind, courteous and very responsive. We have now put together a plan for my cat’s health and well-being. I want to thank Dr. Erin and all of her staff who made us feel comfortable and confident in our new pet Doctor! If you are looking for a vet in Airdrie I highly recommend Happy Paws!
