Can NEVER get ahold of service dept. Take your name and seldom get back to you in a timely matter. If they do, they always sound like your inconveniencing them. I guess the dealer principal doesn't care. Off to Barnes Harley in the southside then

Army buddy planned a East to West coast Retirement ride till he had a small issue in Edmonton. Easy fix by Honda, thanks foe turning your back on a Vet.

Went in because bike purchased there had nothing but problems from day 1. Salesman told me to talk to the service manager. I went to the front desk and asked for the service manager and a man who was not involved and who I was not talking to suddenly blurted out “WHY”! (I later found out his name is kurtis and I guess he works there). As I was explaining why I was there, he couldn’t help but to look at me like I had an eye in my forehead. His face and body language immediately told me that he wanted nothing to do with me and to leave him alone (even though HE injected himself into the situation). Instead of helping me, kurtis says “just make an appointment to fix it!? That’s what the service manager is gonna tell you! I don’t know why you’d even come here? ! ” I left the store and sold my Harley within the month after that because of how I was treated that day.

Andrew and his team went above and beyond. Fantastic experience and super happy with my purchase.

Excellent buying experience and service. I haven't experienced this level of service elsewhere, and I'm not talking about just dealerships but also mechanic shops. Their pickup and drop off service alone is invaluable. The staff and owners make an extra effort to provide a great experience, and it shows.

For example, when purchasing a bike, they took a lot of time and effort to make sure we understood all the features and how to use them. And the sales staff are so friendly even if you're clearly just there to look, they make it feel like a nice hangout.

Great place overall, definitely would return for future service and purchasing.

I purchased my bike with Andrew in 2018. It was a very enjoyable experience, the remaining staff helped with the excitement. Since then I have purchased many many parts and felt welcomed whenever I walked in the door.

A great experiance, I think I will spend some money there. The sales man was VERY easy to deal with no B. S.which is what I"m after, straight shooters.

Raelyn and the girl who originally answered the phone were amazing! I have never had customer service like this before. Raelyn went truly above and beyond. I was looking for a Coffee mug for my dad, and I couldn’t order it online. She could tell I was quite disappointed and informed me that there were new mugs out for Christmas and that she would send me a photo of them via text. She showed me pics, and helped me within my budget. Even satisfactory customer service is hard to find these days, but she went above and beyond for me and that is so truly appreciated ️ Thank you to the both of you!

I visited HD Edmonton for the first time, yesterday, to buy some Christmas gifts for family members and one accessory for my bike. The dealership is about a 5-minute drive from my work, so it was a nice trip to look forward to at the end of my work day.

The dealership is outstanding - great selection of accessories, clothing, etc. I already have a bike, but the bikes on the floor were presented really nicely as well. HDs are great-looking bikes in any light, but the presentation there was flawless. The parts and accessories staff were great - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be back to purchase there again in the future.

Spent a couple hours hanging out with the cool people at Edmonton Harley yesterday while my new tire was being installed was concerned about the rim being scratched. Mike the tire tecnection did a top notch job not a scratch anywhere on the rim. Catherine in service is awesome as always.

Great customer service - special thanks and appreciation to Kate, who guided me through the construction chaos to get to the store. She was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with!

I wish I could give this dealership a million stars. This dealership is a true example of real customer service. They put their customers first before everything.

I recently purchased Fat Boy 2022 from HD of Edmonton and James turned this experience into one of my best experiences ever.

He is so far the best sales rep I have ever met. He called me as soon as the motorcycle arrived and gave me a great deal. He made this whole process look easy. I cant thank him enough.
If you were to purchase a new or used Harley I highly recommend you use this dealership as no one can beat their deals and superb customer service.

This is not my first motorcycle but it is my first Harley and James made me fall in love with it already. Thanks for making me feel as a part of this lovely family. I might sell my other motorcycle and might buy another Harley soon.

I bought two leather jackets here for riding few weeks ago. Raelyn's service was very nice, her warm smile was very impressive, and answered all my questions patiently and thoughtfully. Would be back for sure.

Long wait times for parts to come in but they happily refunded me after nearly a month wait. Fortnine is a great place with fairly quick shipping if you are looking for something.

I purchased a used Electra Glide last spring in a private deal and outfitted with lots of accessories and parts last summer: The parts staff at North Edmonton Harley were very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my bike in for new tires last Monday which was my first service experience. I arrived early trying to beat the rain and I was the first one at the dealership. The first service employee arrived and we said good morning. Shortly after it started to rain this same service employee came out and said that I could bring my bike inside, which I thought was very nice of him as the dealership didn’t open for another 15 minutes. I went back outside and the lady service writer arrived and she invited me back inside again before the dealership opened, to get out of the rain. I don’t remember her name but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was at the dealership for just over 2.5 hours and everyone at the dealership were very friendly and offered me coffee and water. My bike was ready when promised and without damage which is more than I can say about my last service experience at Heritage Harley, where the mechanic was a jackass with no customer service skills and caused damage to my last pristine Harley, while putting on a set of tires. Keep up the great work North Edmonton Harley. You have a new long term service and parts customer.

Katherine is, and always has been the best in the service department. I will never go anywhere else because of her continued commitment to providing the highest level of service.

My dad recently bought a new bike from your store. It is beautiful. The bike is exactly what he has been looking for.

The bike was delivered.
Some of the items given/purchased with the bike where not delivered with the bike as promised.

No walkthrough happened. Noone went over the bike with him prior to delivery or during the sale. Now, my dad has owned bikes his whole life, but never a state of the art high tech brand new bike like this. There are things hes not sure about. Buttons. Compartments. Wireless connections. Etc.

He went to a harley dealership instead of online purchasing for this his first ever brand new bike so he would get the best bike with the best service. He would get help and answers to questions. He didnt get that service he was seeking.

2 stars because the bike is amazing!

Walked in salesperson too busy on his phone to acknowledge my presence walked throughout the whole store thought I was in a ghost town walked out guy sitting I first office still too busy to get off his phone thank goodness Barnes has come to Edmonton

I have bought 2 bikes in total from these guys.first i started with a sportster and now upgraded to my road glide.both times i felt accommodated and cared for.

I do the big services there as the minor stuff i like wrenching myself, and I feel they treat my bike like it is theirs; which is really important to me.

Kudos to the parts guys that helped me a few times. Knowledgeable and to the point is what earns my business.

Super helpful with picking out a new helmet for my girlfriend. Sales staff were helpful, as I am looking at buying a harley. Will be returning to see a few bikes

I bought a bike through here, with rider-to-rider finance. Couldn't be happier with the experience. When it's time for the next purchase, I will be coming back!

Amazing guys at receiving end. Got some bikes all the way from Pennsylvania to deliver there. They accommodated me during late Saturday hours showing respect that I should not wait until Tuesday morning as they won’t be open on sundays and Mondays. Parking lot was icy and my semi was slipping to get out. One of the receivers helped me by giving a tug so I can get some traction to move out. Thank you guys. Mad Respect to you. Hope to deliver more often here.
