Furnace died on a cold day. They knew this. Lady on phone said 109$ to show up, 100$/hr labour. The guy texts me back and tells me 320$ to show up and 210$/hr and he can't guarantee he can get my furnace running cause he doesn't have parts.what a joke. Safe to say I'll never use this place.

I recently had Harmony Heating
& AC (HH) complete an air-conditioning installation and radon mitigation system and am extremely happy with the end result and with the interaction with HH. From the initial sales contact, through the various questions through the quote evaluation period and finally to install, every person I dealt with was professional and willing to explain what and why they were doing certain things and then to run through the final product. Their price is very competitive and workmanship excellent. Highly recommended to anyone looking for HVAC and radon mitigation work.

I had to run a gas line feom one side of the house to the other side and into the garage. I had other companies look at it and there would be extensive amount of damage. Harmony heating did not damage anything to run the lime and hooked up the heater in my garage. I recommend them for these jobs. Amazing work and very polite team!

Not good at communication and knowledge of Trane products. They are suppose to be Trane experts and multiple people come every time there is a problem. Seems like it is always ends up being the Trane thermostat - Trane thermostats not great either.

On a positive note, they are decent people to interact with.

June 2023 Harmony came today for annual maintenance - Mo was the technician and he was fantastic, friendly, and thorough - Harmony is terrific.

Nov 2022 Harmony Heating & Air is terrific. Terence and Tyler came today to install AC. They were fantastic. Super knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly. They inspire confidence as do all the other people at Harmony. Harmony installed our furnaces 4 years ago and did a great job. We went back to Harmony for AC and we are glad we did. Harmony Heating just installed an AC unit in our new residence. The process was easy, transparent & efficient from beginning (estimate by Dave) to end (installation by Tyler & Dante). There were some hiccups with our condo board approval which resulted in a last minute cancellation of our install. Anthony was very understanding & accommodating with the unexpected change. Harmony was recommended by another trade we are using and has been very helpful in assessing our needs and providing solutions that will leave us happy with the space when we're done. We worked with Anthony for a number of heating/venting requirements that we had in our basement and bathroom reno. Anthony is super knowledgeable and great in a sense that he wasn't all about replacing everything in sight as compared to other HVAC or plumbing companies we've dealt with in the past. He provided solutions that fit our needs for now and the future and made sure everything was completed as discussed. Brain and Dante were great for moving, repairing, and installing new ductwork, venting for when we need a new furnace, moving a gas line, and installing a new humidifier. Danny and Tyler did the impossible, maneuvering through our attic to install a much needed bathroom fan. The technicians always showed up on time and left the job site clean when they were finished. I'd definitely recommend Harmony in the future.

Tyler is great to work with. He's done fully HVAC jobs for two of my basement developments now and both jobs have gone great. He knows what he's doing and can identify all the issues up front so the job goes smoothly. I'd highly recommend him!

Harmony Heating has a very professional team and provides results above expectations. From first contact through the Home Depot link through permits, installation of the furnace, and cleaning the work area after the work was performed.

We purchased our Reznor Gas garage heater from Harmony Heating in 2018. Lately (Dec. 2022) the electrical fan was making a loud noise when operating. Harmony Technician came out the day after we called for service. He determined the fan motor was not repairable. We had a new one installed the next day by them. Very professional and friendly. You can't ask for much more.

We had an awesome experience with Harmony! We received a quote that was very competitive, and we were able to book the furnace installation quite quickly! Our installation crew, Terence and Tyler, showed up on time, and were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They completed our install and left our furnace room looking very clean and tidy! I had Harmony install a new furnace in my home in Nov 2021. I do not recommend them due to several problems: 1. During the install the technicians failed to check that my thermostat was configured correctly for the new furnace, which resulted in the furnace cycling on too frequently. 2. The techs did a poor job of cleaning up after the install. 3. The city inspector identified a deficiency with the furnace install which has still not been addressed by Harmony. Communication and follow-up to address my concerns was poor.

Poor customer service, takes days to get a quote and a follow up call does not seem to have an effect and seems does not care to loose business, their response we are busy with others.

The heating and air conditioning systems were installed by Tyler and Terence. Excellent system installed by an highly technical team professionally. Very pleased with the overall experience with various teams of Harmony and system. Highly recommended.

Tyler, Terence and Colton installed a new rooftop unit to our building this week. The install was professionally handled with little disruption to our workspace. They also cleaned up upon leaving. We would highly recommend using Harmony Heating!

I called this company to get a quote for commercial filters. For 2 days no response, I tried again and the reply I get is that they are busy and can get to it to make a simple quote. Shows already the kind of service you would expect

I was extremely please with Harmony. It took only a couple days for them to come and do an estimate at no cost to me. They came exactly when they said they would and after installing the AC system walked me through the entire process so that I will be able to operate it when needed. Their installers were very pleasant and helpful and the AC system was the only evidence of their being there. They cleaned everything up before they left. I am very impressed and would recommend them highly to anyone requiring their services.

Just had a new garage heater installed for what I feel is very reasonable price and I was very impressed by the work they did. It was not only me that was impressed because when the city of Calgary inspector came out the first thing he said was you don't see work like this that often anymore and how they did the install the right way. Anthony and his team of professionals have installed two high efficiency furnaces, an overhead garage heater, a central AC system and a tankless water heater system in our home over the last few years. I truly appreciate the craftsmanship and quality of work they did. The technicians were respectful, highly skilled and always on time.

Quick and proffessional service at a fair pricing. We tried Harmony for the first time after our last service provider was unable to locate parts and suggested we just get a new furnace. Our technician Greg diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had them installed in under 2 hours. Awesome job!

From the quote to the install, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Anthony answered all the questions I had regarding the purchase of a central air conditioning unit (after the summer we had, it was time to take the plunge from fans and portable AC to central). He was honest and straight forward and I could tell I could trust him. Scott and Colton completed the install painlessly. Colton made sure to go over the operation of the unit when the install was complete and made sure I was fully aware of valuable maintenance instructions and plans before they left. Great work guys.

I had called another furnace company in town who had told me that I needed a part for my air conditioner that cost $800 and would take 6 hours to install. Phoned Harmony for a second opinion. They came out and diagnosed what was wrong in short order, a 50 dollar part that took them 5 minutes to install. I can’t recommend them enough. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Again, would highly highly recommend. This is who you want.

Professional and affordable installation of AC. Anthony communicated well throughout the quote process and the installation guys (Kyle and I didn't catch the other guy's name) were both great. They explained how to maintain and run the system and answered all my questions. I had the wrong kind of furnace filter in and Kyle came back after installation to put in the correct filter. Great service and happy to have AC now!

I recently used Harmony Heating & Air to install a new central A/C and thermostat. Everything was clearly communicated and appointments for both the quote and actual installation went as planned. The admin staff, managers and technicians are fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had Harmony visit for a quote as my A/C unit was acting up. Upon inspection of my A/C, furnace and hot water tank they discovered an issue with my hot water tank. Anthony suggested I do the hot water tank before the a/c as it was in dire need. I went with getting both done as the quote came in well below the competitors quote. Colton and Dante were booked for my install. They showed up on time and did the work. The install was done very professionally and their work was clean and they kept the house neat and clean during their work. I will recommend Harmony to everyone I know in the future for all services they provide.

Fortunately it’s not something that has to be done very often (installing an air conditioner, new furnace and hot water tank) but if I ever need more HVAC work done, I would not hesitate to use Harmony.

Right off the bat Wayne impressed me with his expertise and came up with a reasonable and very competitive quote. On the day of installation, Brian, Tyler and Kyle showed up right on time and worked long and hard to get everything installed by the end of the day. That was greatly appreciated. Our furnace was 43 years old and we finally decided to get it replaced. Brian and Tyler showed up on the day of installation, right on time. This installation was complex and even though we were told we would need take down some drywalling to get the old furnace out and the new one in, Tyler and Brian came up with a much less destructive approach by removing our water tank to access that door way. Needless to say, their considerate and problem solving approach saved us on tearing down walls. They worked for 10 hours and got the installations completed and cleaned up the area. The work is very well done and we really couldnt have asked for better service.

We recently had Harmony install a new furnace and AC system. We were a bit apprehensive at first because it was a new brand to them — Daikin.
However our experience was just great. The Harmony team was professional, efficient, and patient every step of the way from quoting to installation to billing

We loved working with these guys. They did a whole new system in our house. They were professional and easy to work with. The process was straight forward and they got it done quick. The price was competitive to others.

Prompt response and service after furnace motor crashed on -20 degree day. Colton was helpful, professional and also helped with a thermostat installation problem that saved me a lot of time and frustration. Highly recommend.

We had our humidifier repaired and serviced in October 2020. When the -20/30C cold snap occurred in Feb 2021 we noticed we had no frost on the inside windows. We phoned for a service call and after they got all their furnace/heat calls looked after they came and replaced the part they had replaced in October at no charge. The humidifier is working well now and we have been very pleased with the service.

Update- our situation and issue wasn’t ideal and inconvenienced us - but mistakes are made but it’s how we learn from them or rectify them that matter. We are super impressed at the way Harmony addressed this issue and the apology and explanation are appreciated. I was impressed by their outstanding reviews and thought perhaps our situation was a one off and it appears that is correct. They are professional and show great integrity to reach out to us not once, but twice. Now we are telling people about this situation and how we will definitely call them if we need service. Thank you for taking the time to address the issue and take it seriously.

Today we woke up to a service vehicle parked in the middle of our driveway. We were not having any services done so we were confused. My husband had to get to work so I called the company and told them what was going on. The woman on the phone didn’t apologize for the misunderstanding or inconvenience, she just said “well obviously one of your neighbours is having service done. I will call them and have them move. ” Um excuse me? How is it ok to park in someone’s private drive, block them in and not even apologize?
Very unprofessional if you ask me on her part and the service tech.
Had someone knocked on our door and said “hi, there’s no where to park could we use your driveway? ” we have happily told them which side they could use so we could still get out.

Thank you to the Harmony driver who helped me dig my car out a few weeks back when I was stuck! He really went above and beyond to give me a hand, and I am incredibly grateful for the effort. I haven't used Harmony's services (yet), but clearly they have good people!

My furnace unexpectedly stopped working and I had called a few companies before Harmony Heating. I was pleasantly surprised how quick Harmony was able to get someone out to my place. Colton was great to work with. He was friendly and professional, and efficiently diagnosed what was going on. He shared what was happening with my heating system and resolved the issue very quickly. I appreciate that he stayed around to make sure everything was fine with the furnace. I would definitely go to Harmony for any future repairs and/or maintenance.

Installed a humidifier, HRV, new ducts and returns, a hot water heater, venting, Gass lines, drain, and fixed the rest of the ducting in this 1953 house. On time, great communication, friendly, Covid measures, did it for the quoted price even though it was more work than anticipated. Highly recommended.

Had Anthony come to give me a quote on installing a garage heater in our triple garage. After agreeing with the quote Tyler and Brian came to install the new heater. Brian got called to another job and Tyler ended up doing almost the entire work. Thank you Tyler! Later on we noticed couple issues, vibration on the floor above and the thermostat location wasn’t the best so I let Anthony know about it and he ended up ordering springs to reduce vibration and to move the thermostat location. Kyle came yesterday to install the springs and unfortunately it did not fit. For it to fit, the heater had to be lowered but it couldn’t, since the garage door would hit the heater if it were lowered plus the vent hole had to be lowered too so it wasn’t worth it. Kyle ended up putting foam around the bolt and that ended up minimizing the vibration a little bit, he also ended up moving the thermostat location since the last location was great for looks but wasn’t the best location for it to function accurately.

I also believe Tyler and Kyle ended up installing our air conditioning unit last summer and they did a great job on that too

After contacting several heating service companies, no one had called back. I found Harmony Heating and Air conditioning Inc. A Friday I wrote a quick email to them. Within 2 minutes Anthony called me back. The following Monday my heater was installed in perfect working order. His technicians, Kyle and Danny were exceptional. Save time and contact this company.
