Harmony Park

For a Downtown Park, this place is a hidden gem. You can park in the underground parking lot, and have easy access to street level for anything that you need (it’s right next to the core, and a stones throw away from China Town.

My only issue would be with the cleanliness of certain areas, but that’s to be expected in a park downtown. The parking lot also does not offer in and out privileges after you’ve paid.

“One minute park” - just look and continue walking as there are much more attractive places. This is not the best place for kids to play or spend time.
So just have a look on passing by

In the winter it's 5 stars because there is no homeless activity or drug use there. In the summer it's 1 star because the second anyone hears change in your pocket your harassed until you manage to escape.
