Got rear ended. Came in for a quote. My backup sensors in my truck are no longer working and I informed the person doing the quote of this damage. The backup sensors are 400$ each and there is 4 of them. 1600$ in sensors. The person doing the quote refused to put the sensors on the quote stating they wanted to try the backup harness first and if that didn't work then they would order the sensors. Absolute garbage. They did not put the sensors on the quote. I took the settlement for my truck and went about the repairs myself. Installed a new backup harness and what do you know, the SENSORS STILL DON"T WORK. I am now going to have to spend over 1600$ out of my own pocket to replace these sensors because you refused to include it in the quote.
DO NOT use this company for insurance claims they will only quote you on half the repairs your vehicle needs after an accident which is absolute garbage. I came to you for a repair quote to fix my vehicle to how it was before the accident. Not for you to make guesses on repairs and try to keep the bill as low as possible. Thanks for screwing me out of 1600$. The last time I used a CSN shop they screwed me over too. Should have known better.

I am working in the insurance industry. Normally I hear lots of complains from my clients about the poor services at auto body shops. Today my client told me what a great service she received at your location. She is very pleased with your service so she told me she baked batch of cookies and delivered to your location @52st. I rarely hear this kind of stories form my clients.therefore I wanted to write this review on behalf of my insured! Keep up the good service!

First of all, I have to say, Harold's Auto Body Ltd left a positive impression on me on what quality service is! Walking in for the first time to get an estimate on my car, I was instantly received with a warm welcome both via phone then in person. Genuinely nice and honest receptionist. I even got a chance to meet Harold's son who was not only professional but passionate about their family business. It's not that often you find a hospitable service like that and feel you can trust! I would definitely do business again and recommend it to anyone to get quality service too!

It was a pleasure to leave my vehicle to Harold’s. They did very articulate repairing in my vehicle. They took care of the problem and coordinate everything to the adjustor and insurance. Results to me barely to have any worries. And when they saw something needed to repair far safety purpose they informed me as well (this is concern to your client)
