I have a very good experience as a first time shopper in this store based on the friendliness of the staffs and good customer service.

I experienced a real nightmare with this company due to their abysmal communication. After waiting for my order for a long time, I finally found out that my item was canceled because it was allegedly stolen in their store. How could this happen without any notification or a proper solution? This experience was extremely frustrating and unnecessary, and I will definitely not be shopping with them again.

Such a lovely place to try out Creed and Tom Ford Frags, would really recommend trying them out, a lovely lady helped me try out the frags and even gave me a tiny decant which i loved, thank you

I've had incredible shopping experiences at Harry Rosen with Jalal. Over the past few years, I've had the pleasure of shopping with Jalal, and I can confidently say that he provides the most inviting, responsive, and knowledgeable service. Jalal consistently demonstrates a high level of engagement and attentiveness to customer preferences, collaborating with clients to curate the perfect outfit. He's skillfully assembled a professional wardrobe for me, brought my casual outfit ideas to life, and recently helped me find the perfect new suit. What's equally valuable is that he genuinely educates customers about the available products to enable informed purchasing decisions. Jalal's exceptional hospitality is also worth noting.

Underwhelming experience, service and selection.

I purchased two pairs of BOSS dress shoes in 2019. I was sized incorrectly and shortly after was no longer able to wear the shoes. 2023 I went in to buy new dress shoes & suit. The service was not what you would expect from a luxury retailer. Sales team was not helpful nor provided any options. Website is not accurate in regards to in store availability.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Haseeb, who helped me pick out some outfits for my wedding and events. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and expertise in fashion.

What I appreciated the most was his ability to find pieces that not only looked great on me but also made me feel confident and comfortable. He provided honest feedback and suggestions without being pushy.

This company sent me a Canali jacket $2295 missing a front button, it was stuffed in the side pocket ‍️…why would I want to order a jacket to my home and still have to go in to get it fixed …obviously done purposely so somebody can snag the commission. Mickey Mouse company,

Poor customer service,
I purchased a pair of sneakers online from this company. They arrived February 8th, 2023, after opening the box there was a very visible mark at the top of the sneaker, upon closer inspection it was apiece of felt missing, that’s fine, maybe a quick exchange? Well, I sent an email that same day on Feb 8th and several there after. Today, February 19th, I finally received an email back, with some nonsense regarding high volume, a 25 dollar gift card and return only option.
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable in my opinion.
Please proceed with caution before investing your money and time into a company that doesn’t respect or value your time.

I walked into this place today looking for a suit EVERY single one of their employees looked at me and not one of them came to help I walked out and spent my money elsewhere I recommend if you don’t look rich don’t go in this store

Haseeb has been helping me out since I got my Coppley suit last year. Needed some Eton shirts shipped and tailored in a hurry for a conference and Haseeb made it happen without hesitation. On time and perfect fit as promised. Will be back for another Coppley suit soon.

I went to buy a jacket and some old lady kept following me around like a lost puppy. 400$ for a jacket would've been fine had she shown 1 ounce of respect instead of profiling me. Good luck to your poor business practices of profiling customers. Don't take my word for it read the reviews of other people being followed.

Immaculate items, beautiful store, knowledgeable but condescending staff. Went in after a gym session and felt judged for not appearing to be in that socioeconomic bracket.

The staff is hit or miss here, the clothing; all top tier, their tailor is an artist. Several times I have felt unwelcome here. On other occasions I have been warmly welcomed. They have an online store with all leftover stock etc and some very resonable pricing. In store you will not find deals, and I recommend not asking.

Corey Brown at Harry Rosen West Edmonton is an absolute legend, he was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. You could tell from the get go that this was a professional at work, he was hilarious and left me feeling very confident in my purchase. Very very satisfied

Can you guys please add sanitizer in the dispenser and please mop the floor too.i came here a month ago and the floor was looking the exactly same as the last time.i was seeking for some help but all of the staff members either standing in groups talking to each other or were passing by me.please the management should take care of these things.thankyou

Go see Haseeb. Man’s a wizard when it comes to colour matching and giving opinions without being pushy. Went to him for my made to measure wedding suit and got nothing but compliments about the fit all night. 10/10 would recommend.

My experience at Harry Rosen was nothing short of extraordinary. I worked with Pan for the duration of my suit shopping experience, and Pan singlehandedly helped me in my decision. From the moment I walked into the store, she was able to find the suit that I would eventually walk out with, and she was able to do this on the first suggestion. Pan is someone who is extremely well versed in her field, able to figure out things such as colors, and size someone extremely accurately from just a glance. Pan was able to answer all my questions perfectly, as well as set up meeting times when I would finish work so that we could continue the process. I fully recommend Pan to anyone looking to purchase a suit from Harry Rosen.

Jason King helped me source together an amazing suit for my wedding and had it tailored perfectly. The whole experience from start to finish was very smooth and he was very good at having things taken care of promptly. Would recommend him to anyone wanting quality service at Harry Rosen.

Very poor service from Ken K, the manager at this location. Senior leadership team from both Harry Rosen and Canada Goose should definitely review his customer service skills. Walked in this store to try on the Forester Jacket, Ken’s disposition was on high alert and acting very awkward from the time I walked in to the store. His energy was matching of someone profiling me rather than promoting the Canada Goose brand. He was so busy feeling me out that he totally lost the opportunity to” WOW” me and provide exceptional customer service. In his process of feeling me out, Ken out of no where ask’s me, ” Who is this? ”, referring to my daughter. I have already escalated this issue to Canada Goose higher management and I am expecting a full review of Ken K, failed opportunities on Aug 22,2022. Furthermore to Ken’s poor judgment and lack of experience, once they verified in the system and saw that the large size jacket was out of stock, he let me walk out the store without even verifying with Canada Goose’s store which is located in the mall. You would figure one would check with their supplier Canada Goose to see if they might hold the item especially if their giving you (Harry Rosen) exclusive rights to sell their brands in your store.

Thankfully I was persistent and walked over to Canada Goose store where the staff Natacha, Dilray and her manager Jess went above and beyond for me. They automatically found my jacket in large and were super accommodating and friendly while servicing my needs. I have purchased the jacket from them and would highly recommend going directly to Canada Goose at this location. Please avoid at all cost dealing with incompetent Ken K at Harry Rosen for your Canada Goose wear.

Had a wonderful experience shopping at Harry Rosen. The store was immaculate and had a great variety of menswear. The highlight of my visit was one of the staff members Navjot. He was a wonderful guy who is very respectful and knowledgeable. He immediately greeted and showed me around, introducing me to some items that suited me and complimented my body type and style. Had a great chat as well generally about clothing and other things. Thank you so much to everyone at Harry Rosen for such a wonderful experience and specifically Navjot.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a suit at Harry Rosen. Noel was very responsive and helpful in making sure I had all of my needs covered. He went above and beyond what I was expecting and I would strongly recommend using him for any of your future purchases.

It was hard to get help but once I did, Chris was very good at providing me the best help he could. Only reason it is a 4 star is they didn't have alot of stock options in my size so I had to go abit outside my budget for what I needed.

If I could give it no stars I would, we were in Harry Rosen yesterday looking for a dress shirt for my fiancé for our wedding. 4 people would look at us and walk past us, 2 of them even stopped to chat in front of us about ties and joke about how there's "nothing to do" while we looked at them. Every time we would attempt to make eye contact and/or ask for help, they either scurry away or turn their backs to us.

You would think they'd want an easy sale, especially when we knew exactly what we wanted.

We finally gave up after 20 minutes we didn't even have anyone to even point us to the right direction of the dress shirt we were looking for.

I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want to feel like you're garbage.

Exceptional detail to both service and quality. I ordered three custom fitted Canali suits from Italy with the assorted accessories. Under the guidance and direction from both Haseeb and Shiraz, my seamless experience exceeded all my expectations. Normally hate shopping for myself and dealing with pushy staff. However the experience at Harry Rosen has always been nothing but the best. Haseeb in particular. Always accommodating to my schedule, style, and budget. Never pushes items on me and always provides me with the best clothing for my style. Highly recommend seeing him and becoming one of his clients. You can really tell he has a passion for his craft. He has a good eye for fashion so you'll definitely be in good hands.

Not a fan of shopping but I was referred to go see Haseeb for my wedding outfit. He walked me through all the different fits in suits as well as the intricate details that really make a difference. I came to this store about 34 days ago wearing high end distinct designers clothing and spent a large amount of money, Yet they still treated me like a peasant, I know for fact I make far more then any of the miserable snobby life career retail workers. I would not come here or west Edmonton mall again!

Generys Beras was such a wonderful help with procuring a new fragrance, the selection was beautiful and after quite the gander i was finally able to select a piece I was over the moon with.

Spent 30+ minutes looking at clothes on sale just for the lady to tell me that these items aren't discounted at checkout. I asked multiple times and she said they were disconted even though they were all at the 40% off table. Awful workers there and an absolute waste of time to step in there.

First time suit buyer, had the best experience I could've asked for all because of Hasseb. He walked me through the basic differences in suits as well as the intricate details that really make a difference. He made my experience nothing but comfortable which is exactly what I needed since I walked through the door uncomfortable as can be. He educated me, gave his honest opinion on different styles and fits, gave me great insight as to what's in style, but most importantly for myself he gave me his undivided time and effort. I just want to take my time to congratulate Generys Beras that work here for her outstanding service she provides, i came to the store with cero knowledge of what i needed to wear for an upcoming wedding, she took her time to give me suggestion of what was best for me and my budget that i had in mind, she delivered exceptionally! She listens to what i was looking for but also giving me more options and suggestion and i got everything i needed. I end up with a gorgeous new suit, tie and shirt. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent store. I will come back to the store any time.

I have always had good experiences at Harry Rosen but the advice, suggestions and assistance that Jodi provided today were the best I’ve experienced to date. I walked out excited about all my purchases and felt Jodi was excited about the selections made as well. Jodi wasn’t just making a sale, she was helping me find what was best for me while also gently nudging me in new directions. (I said no to the turtleneck - I’m not sure that discussion is over). Anyway, fantastic purchasing experience. I would highly recommend you ask for Jodi.

Harry Rosen has been my go to clothing store for around 6 years now. They have a large selection and endless options for any mans style. Throughout that time I have been serviced by Haseeb Zia, who always provides top tier customer service. Whether it be helping me find the perfect piece, or servicing items that have an imperfection, Haseeb is always very quick and effective in servicing my every need. My experience with Haseeb is always fun, full of laughs and has been the reason I have kept coming back all these years.

Another great retail experience at Harry Rosen WEM with my fashion expert Jodi Watson. I receive regular emails from HR notifying me of new arrivals sales etc. I always like using their website to browse before I shop. The website is excellent easy to navigate and you can search by designer or simply type of clothing you desire. I text Jodi tell her what I am interested in she picks multiple items for perusal knowing my style and taste. Go to the store in and out in about 15 minutes with exactly what I wanted. She provides the same excellent service to my entire family. 5 stars!

I bought a custom suit from Harry Rosen for my wedding. Haseeb was the salesman that I worked with and I have never received better service before from a retail business. When I saw Haseeb, I immediately knew he was the right person to talk to. He dresses and carries himself in a really trendy but professional manner. His style was exactly what I was looking for. Haseeb was an absolute professional and made the experience fun and personal - it felt like I had known him for years. He helped me create my suit from scratch in no time and he answered all of my questions without hesitation and without judgement. I highly recommend Harry Rosen and specifically, Haseeb. Well I have gone into this location many times and always greeted with respect and comfort not like other stores! The first person I met was Jason and he handled all my questions with lots and lots of answers and suggestions with my designer suit we custom built for my wedding in a European destination. From fabric to weight to style and quality, Jason made sure that the suit would be top notch and when it came time to pick up the suit it was top notch! With a few alterations to fit it to my needs I am now 1000% happy with my choice I made in entering Harry Rosen, even tho the management there were very friendly as well I will defiantly

I purchased my Samuelsohn made to measure suit at Harry Rosen. I dealt with Haseeb who was very knowledgeable, personable, and skilled.
The simplified process involves three meetings.
The first is to pick out the style, fabric, and accessories. Then your body dimensions will be measured to ensure a proper fit.
The second meeting is to try on the suit once it has returned from the manufacturer. Final measurements for tailoring take place.
Third meeting is a final review and pick up.

I highly recommend buying a suit from HR, and Haseeb in particular.

Went in to buy a new sweater and was helped by Greg. Awesome service, he was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

One day i go into the store wearing my casual hoodie with jeans and their dealing changed completely compared to my previous visits. I don’t understand why these guys judge people based on how they dress when the walk into the store.

If you are looking for a clothing advisor or all around excellent customer service, I recommend getting Steven to help you. He puts careful thought into what alterations should be done to get the best fit for your body. Additionally, I am able to simply tell him what I want over the phone and set up an appointment where he has already taken care of everything. This makes my trips to the store a quick breeze and I am very appreciative of that.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Harry Rosen as they carry an amazing selection of men's clothing. However, my purchases never had any rhyme or reason to them. When I met Haseeb Zia, he helped to change my approach. Haseeb was able to personally revamp my entire wardrobe, and now my purchases all have a common goal. Super expensive! Start to cater to people that cannot pay 300 for a dress shirt. Ended up going to Tip Top and getting a really nice dress shirt for 80 bucks!

I have consistently had excellent service from Haseeb at the West Ed location. His commitment to the customer is unparalleled in this city, in my experience. As someone who despises shopping in general he makes the trip west from downtown worthwhile and he has a knack for anticipating the needs of his customers to produce a satisfying and enjoyable experience. I went to Harry Rosen with a friend to look at a fragrance and some shirts. We were a bit under dressed as we were just stopping by the mall to pick up some other things and decided to go look at few things before leaving. Upon walking in we were welcomed by a lady asking if we needed help finding anything and told her we were just looking around. After walking around the store we noticed that she was following us. Where ever we went, she was always right behind us as if we were about to steal something. I was considering buying a Creed fragrance but felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I've never had this issue at this store before and we decided to leave because we felt uneasy. I probably won't be returning and was very unhappy with my experience.
