My experience at Harry Rosen Core location working with Daphne has always been extremely positive. Daphne is a true professional - providing exceptional customer service and style tips. She is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend seeking her out if shopping at this location.

Shopped here from Winnipeg and met Bee! She’s a great stylist that spent her time around the store with me and my boyfriend trying to find his favourite items. Bee was incredibly patient and accommodating. Our shopping experience with her is something we will remember as she is so personable.

I've been disappointed too many times at this location, and I won't be coming back. Now I have to scramble for my wedding.

Daphne at Harry Rosen The Core location is unreal! She is attentive, she remembers key details about you, you can tell she genuinely cares about her job. She helped my wife pick out the best birthday gift I’ve received in years! Thank-you Daphne and thank-you HR!

I wish the sales staff would let you breath. I've never been treated like a shoplifter before, so I only assume that feeling I get here is part of the sales tactic? I've had it repeatedly to the point I stopped going in to browse.

My experience at the Harry Rosen outlet was nothing short of fantastic. The staff was well mannered and welcoming, offering assistance whenever necessary. I was impressed with the layout of the store as soon as I entered. It was easy to find the products I was looking for and the staff made the experience more pleasurable. I plan on using Harry Rosen in the future for any wedding, interview or, graduations I attend. Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone looking to find formal attire.

There was this advisor Rupinder Kaur at TD Core Calgary. She took me through the store very well and her customer service was excellent. She’s the reason i would rate 5 stars to Harry Rosen.

We went the route of doing a custom tuxedo at Harry Rosen and we certainly regret it. We ordered a custom shirt ($250) with the tuxedo ($2000+) to ensure that there were black studded buttons all the way down. When the shirt arrived, one of the buttons was a normal white shirt button and clearly not what we requested. As a “favour”, they offered to switch out the button. What they failed to realize, was the button hole was much larger than the button they replaced it with. As a result, on our wedding, the button popped out every 5 minutes which was a huge nightmare throughout the day and showed in many pictures. We let Harry Rosen know about the shirt and were told that we could get a store credit for the full amount paid for the shirt since the shirt was only needed for the wedding day. After a few days, we were contacted again to say that best they can do is a $100 store credit as they’re more concerned about numbers than actual customer satisfaction. Ultimately I would not recommend using Harry Rosen as there are other custom suit options in Calgary that care more about making their customers happy especially for their special day

Response to the below reply: If there was never anything wrong with the buttons then why did your team profusely apologize for the mistake on their end and attempted to correct the error (which was evidently never fixed). As for the photos, no photos were at any point shown to your team and ultimately we are dissatisfied with the services at Harry Rosen.

My fiancé bought his wedding suit a couple of weeks ago with Shay (sp?) and Leonita. The two of them were two them were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and we had an amazing experience at Harry Rosen at The Core. We would highly recommend anybody looking for a suit to go and meet with these two!

Had an alteration done on a ripped pocket of a Canali jacket bought at Harry Rosen. They did a great job, at no charge! Service was impeccable - polite, efficient and they made me feel very welcome. Maria (?) was particularly graceful but all staff were excellent

I tried to purchase a wallet at the store, but our if stock. However, the clothing advisor Ellyn offered to mail out to my home directly. It arrived within 3 days and I got a few follow up emails from Ellyn. Never got this type of customer service from a clothing store. 5 stars for sure.

Simply asked someone on the second floor of is there any cotton polo shirts on sale, I was expecting him to go to the sale section and check it for me. Instead of doing that he told me to go downstairs. Not very busy at that moment on the second floor with only one customer who’s already talking with a sales person and this guy chose not to help me look for what I want. Very rude and disappointing.

• I was very impressed with the personalized service offered by the staff (particularly Maurice) and the selection of product. You will leave the store knowing, in your new suit, you look as good as you can with out diet and exercise.

Harry Rosen has an interesting policy that allows you lifetime alterations to keep your purchase fitting properly despite weight gain or loss. The only requirement is to bring it to the dry cleaners first before alterations.

It's expensive, but you do get what you pay for.
I've not encountered the degree of customer service I get here anywhere else. They have great knowledge of the products and attention to detail.

Great location, great product, great staff. I always find what I need here and really appreciate the above and beyond customer service!
