This was my first time visiting Grande Prairie Auto Repair and I was impressed with the way they do business. Great pricing, no hidden surprises. I definitely recommend them and will be back.

This is the only place I get my oil changed now. The staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. I appreciate the time they take to make sure my car is safe for me to drive. No more guessing.

Great customer service. They inspected and told me the problem with a quote in 30 mins after dropping it off! My car is like new again! Excellent break work.

Service was great all around. Got an out-of-province inspection, had the necessary repairs done in a few days. They also shuttle you to and from home when your vehicle is in the shop.

Always a great staff at the desk, willing to listen to your concerns to try and fix hour problems. They are my go to guys for my car, they know the history of it.
I went for an oil change and a weird sounding blower in my heater. I walked away paying for an oil change only, while they source out a part for my old car.

There is no other place to go for your vehicle services in Grande Prairie other than Grande Prairie Auto Repair. Curtious, honest and as efficient service from Start to finish. Thank you yet again to the entire team!

I will never recommend or use them ever again. Tried to over charge hours and given back a broken truck. Didn’t complete the diagnostics properly or even try to take anything apart to diagnose which part was failing, an extra 10 mins of work while the tires were off was completely neglected. I will never recommend this company ever or their techs and the terrible customer service. I am completely disgusted by their work ethic and the way they try to cheat their customers

Great service, only did what I requested. Emailed me with other details and I was able to accept or decline. Very easy and efficient.

Went for oil change as advertised - included a visual inspection and tire rotation. Specifically asked them to visually check for rock or other exterior damage to air conditioning.
They ran a test that I did not authorize and charged me additional $150 for it.
When I dropped off the car I was clear that the vehicle is still under warranty.
Absolutely not acceptable - upcharging at its finest. The old adage - an offer that seems too good to be true - is.

Air conditioner needed a recharge. It turned out the condenser was leaking so they had to replace that. They called me every step of the way and the cost was exactly what they told me it would be.

The best service I’ve had in GP hands down! I own a Mercedes that I drove to Edmonton for service for years. I found you guys because of other great reviews so I’m leaving one as well. I love that you texted me a link to click and see what you recommended including pics of my vehicle! I could easily click and authorize work I wanted done. Get a latte machine for your customers and you’ll surpass Mercedes ️

Did the work I asked for however was very expensive and high shop rates but I was stuck and they helped me out and as far as I can tell the work was done correctly. 5 star if it wasn't so expensive

They were exelent and easy to deal with. Before anything was done they called to let me know and discussed what needed to be done.
Highly recommend them.

The folks here are very professional in their work and welcome you like a customer not just a number. They call you to inform you about your vehicle and bill before anything is done. Brandon has always been helpful with helping to understand the bill and making sure you're satisfied. The shuttle driver has a high level of professionalism and does her job while trying to make the journey exciting. Really no cause to complain.

We are from Vancouver Island and our Jeep started to overheat on Friday while we were visiting family. They got us in first thing Monday morning. They had to replace our water pump, thermostat, drive belt and rad hose. We picked the vehicle up just shortly after 4 pm. Thank you for getting our vehicle repaired so quickly. It was much appreciated.

Thoroughly checked my Jeep, repaired damage done by another place and gave me a list of other things that need attention. Great customer service! Gave me real peace of mind:)

Services was excellent. They did my son's out of province inspection and found us the best prices for parts. Also cheapest in town for the overall price of inspection. Will be back for any future vehicle needs.

Truck needed a inspection done, wanted 5800 for it to pass. Went across town 680 later trucks fine passed and on the road

While staff were polite and helpful, we drove away feeling severely taken advantage of. $1955 for break pads, routers, and an out of province inspection. I requested we have our used parts given back to us when I picked up our truck and they only gave us 75% of what we asked for, as the others “went to the garbage. ”

These guys are out of business but just so you know the salvage yard that now has there number are very rude and ignorant if you can find the part els where do it.

After calling for three days straight, I still got no response. I realize it's not called Harry's anymore. The new owners are horrible. All I wanted was a rear view mirror. I called 2 days in a row with a promise that they would call me back. When they finally did.they said they do have an engine for a wrangler. I respond with "that's cool, how about that rear view mirror I have been asking for? " Will not use them again.

I ordered from a different province, and they were incredible. Always friendly customer service, really good prices. I am very happy I used them.
