I recently visited the harry salon and spa for my Botox hair treatment and I am delighted with my hair results the saloon is friendly and welcoming atmosphere made me comfortable throughout the entire process. I have pretty long hair, and I wanted a little change, but I didnt know what to do. The person I was with, his name was Kapil Verma, and he suggested me to do layers on my hair, and he created many on my hair, and the end result was excellent, and I loved it. After I left the shop, many of my friends and family noticed and where asking where I got my haircut from, and were complimenting it a lot. He is very experienced and knowledgeable person, and he is very kind, humble and soft spoken person. I highly recommend anyone to go with him!

I love getting my haircut from here. I get it done from Kapal, he does an amazing job. Im very satisfied I will always get it done from him. He will always tell you what hes doing and if the haircut you want isnt good for youre hair type, he will tell you before hand.

This Hair Salon Is Pretty Good But I Was Very Dissatisfied Today. Cherry Is Almost NEVER Here, Harry Is Also Good At Haircuts. This Other Lady Cut My Hair Today, We Told Her The Exact Same Thing That I Tell The Other Barbers. She Cut My Hair Really Quickly And She Wasn’t Paying Attention. She Ruined My Hair And Blamed It On Us! She Cut My Hair VERY Short, I Am Really Dissatisfied. She Apologized To Me, But Saying Sorry Doesn’t Change The Fact That I Was EMBARRASSED To Show My Hair.
I Am Really Unhappy. The People Working Here Were Also Making Jokes (NOT HELPFUL).
The Barber Was Also Talking On Her Phone And Didn’t Do Everything I Asked Her To Do.
The Owner Was Not Even In Canada When I Got My Haircut (HOW am I supposed to talk to their boss?)
I Am DEFINITELY NOT Coming Back Here Until The Owner Apologizes.

I am very much disappointed by their service.never gonna go there in future.i would better cut my hairs at home.

This salon is walking distance from my place. I want them to be successful, My unbiased feedback for them is:
1- Your shop is extremely filthy. Get it professionally cleaned once and then keep it clean => Windows, doors chairs and even your tools are unhygienic.
2- Be professional in dealing. In your place no one greets walk-ins & they dont know while waiting if they will be entertained or not at the end.
3-Price: your rates are going up but quality going down.

Last week experience, While barber was cutting my hair (black) i noticed a bunch of grey hair dropping from clippers.come-on its too much guys.

If you want a good haircut, don't come here. The barbers are very rude and they aren't trained properly

I came to this salon 3 months ago and I hated it! They charged me $30 for using a hair dryer and a hair straightener! You could go to Chatters and get a haircut for cheaper and with free hair styling
