Harvest Medicine (St. Albert)

If you are considering CBD/THC, I stongly recommend Harvest Medicine. They specialize in this area and have personnel well versed in it's use. I found that they worked with me to optimize my health needs. I had been advised and given pain killers to manage my back pain and to come back when I couldn't walk on my own. I had never considered medical cannabis as something that could help me with my headaches.
However, when the medication I was prescribed by my doctor stopped working and the headaches returned, I took my friend's advice to try a consultation about medical cannabis.
As a reference point, I would get headaches that lasted anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. The headaches were debilitating and left me often unable to work.
However once I started taking one medical cannabis capsule 3 times a day, not only did I notice the duration between episodes of headaches was longer but when I did get headaches they were less severe.
My experience with Harvest Medicine has been phenomenal. They follow up regularly with me to check in and see how I'm feeling and ask if I have any questions.
As someone who was hesitant to try medical cannabis, I am very happy that I decided to try it and medical cannabis has improved my quality of life.

I have been experiencing medical issues that caused pain so bad that I hadn't had a solid sleep in years and issues with PTSD made sleep even more difficult. A friend recommended trying cannabis; however, I was hesitant as I don't drink, smoke and have never tried cannabis. Finally, I decided to reach out to Harvest Medical (St. Albert) and just make an appointment to speak with a dr regarding my problems. From my first contact with Harvest Medical the staff were knowledgeable, empathetic and provided the most incredible customer service. I made an appointment to speak with Dr Ahmed Elsayed Awad and prior to my appointment, an intake person called me to go over my medical history and my concerns. Then Dr. Awad called me and we had a very good conversation and he explained how medical cannabis could help me. Following the appointment, his assistant connected with and explained everything about using medical cannabis, how to use the prescription and where I could find approved dispensaries. The entire process was and continues to one easy with the clinic and physician calling to follow up every few months to ensure that everything was going well. I have now been using medical cannabis only in the form of a "tea" and at nights before bed and it has been "life changing" for me. I actually sleep and have NO pain. Really good place, staff is really nice and lots of knowledge.been to a couple of clinics but this is the best one. My educator (amanda or miranda i think) was awesome, doctor ran kinda late but he was also very good. 100% would recommend

I'd recommend another company. This one cancelled my initial appointment twice, called me late when it was time for my appointment. The appointment had a second part that went into my work day. The consulting physician from St. Albert clinic was judgemental and uncooperative regarding request to contact my family physician. I'd recommend another service like Natural Health Services.
The lady on the phone was lovely. But overall service from the company was poor quality.

It's wonderful having access through Harvest Medicine to legal marijuana! I'm an MS patient who has been using the lovely ganja to alleviate muscle stiffness, low energy and brain fog for 15 yrs. Having a medical prescription gives me access to the best CBD/THC oils, I believe in the world. Without this medication being available I wouldn't be as active and relaxed as I have been, dealing with the pandemic we find ourselves in. CBD is magical when you find the right strain and dosage. The best part of it all.it's a naturally grown plant! What else would mother nature want us to use?
