I have been using Harvest Medicine for my medical cannabis for 5 years now. I am very impressed with their professional & their ease of providing the products that work best for me. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for medicinal cannabis.

My spouse started treatment with with Harvest Medical about 2 years ago.she had always used cannabis once and a while as recreation prior to starting treatment.she started to seek treatment after struggling with headaches every day for most of the day, knee and shoulder pain from previous sports injuries but most of all for her anxiety which was crippling and effecting her day to day.since starting treatment she has not had to take Tylenol or anything for headaches for over 18 months, all pain in her knee and shoulder are essentially gone, she is able to be more active because of this.but most of all the her anxiety has gone down about 80%, she used to be up most of the night worrying of extreme things happening in the house and not being able to sleep worrying about our kids.she is finally able to sleep and her anxiety is essentially gone.she used a mix of gel caps, flower and edibles.she has told me many times that cannabis has changed her life and she is so happy she can take a more natural approach to anxiety and pain management, especially with the side effects and chemicals in pharmaceutical anxiety medication she did not want to have to go down that road! I hope that this review will encourage people to give cannabis a try for their medical needs and have a fantastic experience like my wife because it has truly improved our quality of life as a family.

Brevin was also an excellent employee.clear communication to help me understand the products, repeated ideas when necessary and helped me set up my account. I also was lucky that he knew about iPhones as I was anxious because my phone was not letting certain area code calls come through. He rectified this problem quickly for me and helped me adjust the volume so I could hear more clearly!

Had a great experience with Harvest today! Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. The cannabis educator Robert S had a lot of fantastic insight into cannabis products that would suite my situation best. He made picking the correct product for me a breeze - he explained the sign up process in depth and made everything easy to understand. Would highly recommend.

My last 2 visits to this clinic don’t even warrant a 2* review, as I was pumped through like cattle with very little attention paid to my concerns or questions. It has been awhile since being to this clinic, and stopped medical renewal entirely because of the last appointment and the LP’s inability to provide consistent supply of what I needed. Far easier and cheaper to buy OTC now, although the genuine concern, “human touch”, knowledge and information provided by Dr DeSantis is sadly missed. Experiences may vary, but I would advise against making this a first stop for medical information or licensing as it is not the same place with the same intentions as when it first opened.

We are extremely disappointed in your virtual appointment booking system. If for some reason a patient, who has been waiting for a call during their scheduled appointment time, misses the call, their appointment is cancelled. They cannot reach the doctor. You don’t try again, you don’t give the patient a method to quickly reach back out during the scheduled appointment time to get help. This cannot be the right way to treat patients. Lots of businesses are operating virtually, and your standards here on how you treat patients for virtual appointments needs to improve. It’s not Ok. I cannot imagine that other patients find this acceptable. Do better.

The nursing staff is great. But any doctor that was there before. That actually knew about medical cannabis has left. The doctors there now. Don't even know how it works. Just there cuz the couldn't make it as a g.p. Don't waste your time going here. There are so many clinics where the doctors actually know how cannabis effects your for medical benefits. Would give 0 stars, but the nurses are really good.

Harvest Medicine is AMAZING! I'd highly recommend them as a resource for anyone who is curious! Their website is loaded with information, and their team is patient, approachable and kind; they answered every question I had, with resources at hand to help me understand.

These doctors don't try to call at least twice. If you miss the call they won't give a courtesy call even a few minutes after. If you miss the phone call then you have to wait over a month to make another appointment. It is sad that they are only interested in making money off the government and not actually helping you with your medical condition.

After hearing countless positive things about H-Med I decided to give it a try. Just as everyone said it’s easy and most importantly they’re very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. After getting no where’s with my doctor and doing everything possible (ie physio, daily stretches etc.) and still not getting relief I’m so glad I reached out.if only I’d done it sooner. Thanks to EVERYONE at H-Med! I’m so grateful for your services!

I am overall really happy with the service! But I feel like some people who really need help will fall through the gap and are not cared for. My prescription expired and I sustained an injury and I have no way of renewing for 3 weeks, as there are no appointments, even so I am an easy case, out in 10 min. I really do badly with over the counter pain and inflammatory medication for prolonged time. I am really feeling its not about people in need, more like a business, I guess I shouldn`t be surprised as this seems the new normal in our society. I called and stated my issue and am told there is nothing they can do. I understand guidelines have to be in place, but it would have really helped me to just give me 5 min.

This was my first time dealing with Harvest Medicine and I couldn’t be any happier! Incredibly knowledgeable and patient when being asked questions.

GO TO A DISPENSARY INSTEAD! Won't call you on time. Will tell you your only option is CBD if under 25 even if you tell them countless times that you have tried CBD for long periods of time and it doesn't work for you. The cannabis educator will tell you one thing and the doctor another. Was lied to a few times. They even told me they only had 2 doctors because I requested another one. From the other reviews I see that was an absolute lie. The first doctor even lost his temper at me for questioning him and told me to go back to a dispensary AFTER telling me dispensaries were bad. My FAMILY DOCTOR told me they're a terrible clinic who will only stress me out and to go to a dispensary instead. And as a cherry on top most of their receptionists are rude. 100% would NOT recommend.

They are only here for the money they receive from the LPs and the province. My records never got sent to the LP, I had to track them down and have them fax them a month later. Then I decided that I didn't want to have them do my follow up appointment, so I cancelled it a month before. They call me a couple days after the day of the cancelled appointment to inform me that missed it. They are not very good when it comes to anything else then what makes them money. Two days ago I get an e-mail letting me know I missed my appointment and that I have 7 days to book another or the LP may be cancelled. Email today from cana farms telling my my account has been cancelled as to my request, I didn't request that. Harvest medicine gonna be out of money so they cancelled if.
If you have a choice to have a different medical establishment book you an appointment, do it do not spend any time or effort with these money hungry monkeys.

I haven been a patient at this clinic since it first opened 3 years ago and today was the first disappointing experience I had. I have been seeing Dr. Love for 3 years and she is amazing and full of knowledge. She knows my history and has helped me so much with my medical issues. I would follow her anywhere. But today, I came in and had to see another doctor. I was told from now on, I will have to see whichever doctor I get assigned to? What about my doctor who knows me? If I can't see Dr Love, I don't see the point in coming here. I love Dr Love but not sure about this clinic anymore: (

Dr. Olga is the most caring, genuine, smart and empathic doctor I have come across. Every time I come and see her she is understanding of my chemical sensitivity and always makes sure I am taken care of when I come in. She empowers, she educates and she inspires patients like myself to keep on going strong regardless of our circumstance. Dr Olga I have been seeing you for a number of years now and I am grateful for your care. Thank you for accommodating me each and every single time and for all of your encouragement and support whilst on my health journey. You are also the epitome of beauty and health and that is inspiring. I wish you did not retire but I’m glad that you are in harvest as it’s the main reason I come and visit.

Love this clinic and Dr Love! Dr. Love is an amazing, compassionate physician and her knowledge in cannabis is great. I learn something new from her every time I go see her. I can't have a medical cannabis prescription due to my work but she sees my mother and she is gentle and encouraging to her. She runs a tight ship and is on time compared to the other doctors at the clinic. We saw someone else once and decided to only see Dr Love from then on. She is a big advocate of medical cannabis and is the only doctor I have seen who can guide us with respect to specific strains of the different companies and pros and cons of each. Nice educators and clean clinic. Two thumbs up.

The doctors on staff need to be well aware of what VAC will cover and what processes take place in regards to cannabis. The Dr I saw argued with me about what coverages are available to me through veterans affairs. When he clearly didn't know what they do and don't cover. It didn't seem very professional at all. Not impressed.

Have had great success with MM for hip pain. The folks at Harvest Med we’re knowledgeable and very helpful. Loved meeting and having Dr Olga diSantis as our doctor! She is fabulous!

The clinician told me that I ran the risk of getting products laced with heavy metals if I purchased cannabis from dispensaries, versus directly through the companies they're partnered with. Last time I checked, dispensaries operated under the same laws, and the producers can still sell their product through dispensaries. The 'cannabis genius' gave me one option, and tried to sell it to me like a miracle drug, and she knew about as much as anyone I've ever met at a dispensary, despite the business boasting that they could offer more medical knowledge. They 'recommend' as much product as possible - $100 CBD oil that will last you maybe a month if you follow their recommended doses. $120 THC oil for going to bed. $100+ vaporizer pen? Everyone was incredibly vague in the information they were giving me, despite the fact that I left with 4 pamphlets. It was just a different, more expensive version of going to the doctor's office and having antidepressant prescriptions thrown at you.

Discontinued attending here simply due to not experiencing any relief after giving it a chance, but during my one and only visit was pleased with the service from everyone - front desk and doctors alike, and pleasant service when I called today as well. Office was running slightly behind when I went but to be expected at doctor's appointments.

I've been impressed every time I've had interactions with Harvest Med. The staff have all been very professional, and they seem to genuinely care about making the client experience a positive one.
You'd be hard pressed to find a better MD than Dr. Damji. He and his team make it their mission to really educate their clients, so you leave feeling your questions and any concerns have all been addressed.
If only other medical clinics and GP's adopted half of the customer care and respectful practices Harvest Med.does, we'd have a far better and significantly more satisfactory health care system!

Amazing clinic with super helpful staff and caring Dr's. They were incredible and instrumental to me living a normal life again after several years of debilitating illness. They literally saved my life and guided me to cannabis that enables me to continue to live a normal life now. Can't say enough good things about the clinic and the staff that work there. WARNING: to get your medical prescription the Government has set that you need to renew your prescription every 3 months. If you forget your producer will remind you. The 3 months check-up is NOT a mandate set by the clinic but by the government.

I had my follow up appointment yesterday. Dr. DeSantis (I think that's how you spell her name) was so kind, compassionate and patient. It was the second time I saw her and I was not using the CBD oil the way I should have been for good results. She took the time to show me how to take the oil and also referred me to the company she uses. It's so nice to see a doctor that actually cares about the pain her patient is in.

After several excellent experiences with Dr. Damji, today was a complete letdown, and not because of Dr. Damji! I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Love, and she could not have been any less interested upon entering the consultation room. She had her head in her laptop and was typing away while her assistant read her details about my file. She barely looked up, maybe once or twice, and was extremely quick to dismiss me. My previous experiences with Dr. Damji were superb, and I left feeling like he truly wanted to help me overcome my issues and understand what I was going through. I will be very hesitant to go back to this practice if this is the way they are directing their physicians to deal with patients. Perhaps Dr. Love could pretend like she cares about her patients, instead of seeing us strictly as dollar signs.

I’d like to add that my experiences with the other staff have been excellent. Always courteous and more than willing to help.

A very informative supportive Medical Cannabis Clinic in the cities northwest. Easily accessible by transit. If approved by a doctor to use medical cannabis. They help you from start to finish to become registered with the Licensed Producer of your choice. I've been obtaining medical cannabis for a year and half. And have been completely satisfied with the service and education I've received!

The first appointment was wonderful. The doctors listened to my concerns, explained the acronyms and strains, and responded fully to my questions. I haven't tried these treatments yet, but am hopeful they work for chronic pain.

The prescribi g doctors are a little rushed, but the stafff are extremely caring and very helpful. My bf and I loved going there.

I rarely leave comments but since this clinic seems to have a less than stellar review score I would like to add my two cents.
This clinic is clean, friendly, and most of all the staff is knowledgeable. People who are new to medical cannabis may have mixed feeling, especially if compared to regular medical clinics, however I assure all that this clinic knows what it is doing and deserves better reviews.
If you are new to medical cannabis and want a knowledgeable staff and inviting atmosphere then I suggest checking Harvest Medical out.
Because medical cannabis is so new to many doctors and patience, I recommend doing your own research and keeping a medical journal. This will help you in the long run because cannabis is much different than pharmaceuticals. If you expect them to have the knowledge than expect yourself to have it too. Cannabis can change your life but must be thought of as a personal journey.

Reception and the Geniuses are super helpful and will hear you out and take the time to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. The doctors here however are a total shrug, they often seem very rushed and sometimes their whites are dirty which is odd considering where they work. In general though this is a great place to get a cannabis prescription, I'd say don't make it your primary doctor though.

The doctor was very dismissive when I brought up withdrawal symptoms and immediately try to book the next follow-up appointment. They just want to make money from Alberta healthcare and have no concern for your health

I walked in, with no appt. There had been a cancellation so I was able to see the Dr.in 20 minutes or so. I was very impressed with this clinic, from first walking in the door. Great staff, I was a little nervous about cannibas, but quickly that is quickly becoming a first line treatment for pain.
The medical doctor was very thorough, I was very impressed with how thorough he was with my medical history. I then saw the educator, and my questions were all answered, I felt reassured. This clinic impressed me, I have not received the cannibas oil as of yet, but I am optimistic it will be very helpful for my chronic pain.

I came into the clinic at HMed irate and frustrated. Everyone I dealt with here took the time to really listen to my concerns in a helpful and compassionate manner. They took my issues seriously and worked hard to help me. Great people, highly recommended.
