Harvest Pointe Daycare

I had a interview with the owner which seemed to go well, but upon further reasearch and opinions from others that worked here, when I did recieve a call back from Anu for a job she was very rude in the way she spoke to me on the phone, making me realize this isn't going to be a good place to work at, so I did refuse. And from hearing others experiences from working at this centre, Anu terminates and hires staff quite frequently over small mistakes rather than teaching the staff how to fix the mistake they made.

My son is been going to this daycare from last 2 years. I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Harvestpoint daycare, Anu and entire staff for all your patience, hard work, and dedication. Thank you for making it easy and fun for Arhaan. Special thanks to Teacher Young and Nerrie for all your love and care you have given to my child in last 2 years. I truly appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this daycare and rate more than 5 stars:)

My daughter has been going to this daycare since the beginning of 2022 and thus far we really like this daycare, all the staff and the directors are friendly, I have not once seen a child being mistreated, they are always polite and friendly. We've seen our daughter grow over these few months and learn so much since we moved her here. Our daughter loves the daycare, and we happily send her everyday, what else can a parent ask for?
Knock on wood.so far we haven't heard of a COVID outbreak, these guys are actually pretty careful, they use bleach to clean which does spoil the clothes, but that's a small price to pay for keeping the child safe and healthy!

My son has been attending Harvest Pointe Daycare since September 2020. Our daycare experience has been extremely positive and I truly have nothing but good things to say about Harvest Pointe. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone. The staff are welcoming, professional and care about all of the children. They are truly some of the kindest people you will meet. The daycare is beautiful and clean, the classrooms are engaging and they provide different programming such as yoga and music. The staff has done an amazing job with cleaning through Covid and preventing spread of all viruses throughout the daycare. The meals provided are nutritious and avoid common allergens (nuts, eggs, shellfish). The providers go above and beyond and were able to work with my child on potty training. I highly appreciate all of the photos I receive throughout the day to show what my child is learning. We are very sad to be moving out of the city and leaving this daycare, it has felt like a second home to us. Thank you to Anu, Whitney and everyone at daycare for all you have done.

Simply put, this is where you want to bring your children.

The staff are welcoming, the owner is friendly and the educators are beyond caring. Our little one only attended Harvest Pointe Daycare for 3 months before moving to the province of Quebec. The one regret we have about the move is being unable to have him attend Harvest Pointe anymore. They made my son feel so welcome that he actually looked forward to attending everyday! He would rush off to his class, no tears or cries, eagerly saying bye as he left! The current daycare our son is attending now doesn't even compare!

I urge any new parent looking for a daycare that puts the care of your child first and does so in the highest quality possible, please bring them here!

My daughter has been in this center since I went back to work and I am beyond happy with the center. I toured 12+ facilities in the area and Harvest pointe was the top of the list for me. The programming is excellent, with a focus on all aspects of appropriate development. SO much learning happens from the play based approach, with programming supplemented by music and yoga sessions. I'm not even considering a separate preschool program because I feel what my daughter is getting at Harvest Point is comparable, if not better. Communication between the center and families is top notch, with photos and information on what happens every day shared on a private website. Highly recommend.

We had wonderful experience at Harvest Pointe daycare. My son started attending daycare early this year and since then he love going to daycare and his friends. The staff and the director of the daycare is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this daycare and rate this more then 5 stars, if I can.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Harvest pointe daycare.
I interacted with Anu Dhanju many times before I enrolled with my daughter, and she explained everything clearly regarding daycare programs. For one and a half years, we didn't send my daughter to day care due to COVID fear, and Anu made us comfortable to join my daughter.
She always provide valuable feedback on my daughter's activities and provided suggestions to improve communication and other activities.
I recommend Harvest pointe daycare.

We recently enrolled our two year old daughter at Harvest Pointe Daycare could not be any happier! As first time parents, we were both somewhat anxious about leaving our child somewhere new but the daycare laid all of our anxiety ease as soon as our daughter started attending this daycare. This daycare itself is a clean, fun and cheerful facility with experienced, friendly and caring staff. I would highly recommend Harvest Pointe daycare to any parent looking for a quality daycare.

Our family had a fantastic experience at Harvest Pointe Daycare. Our son attended for three years until we were moving and had to leave. Harvest Pointe always felt like a second home for him. The directors and staff are welcoming and friendly. The lines of communication are always open and we felt well-informed. Most importantly, we always felt that our son was in a safe, caring environment where he could grow and thrive. We miss it already!

My family had a fantastic experience with Harvest Pointe Daycare. My daughter attended Harvest Pointe for seven months and each experience felt like a second home for her.

We’ve been at harvest pointe for over 6 months and our child loves it there, she is excited to go every morning and loves her teachers. The staff are caring, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The rooms are clean (they’ve been excellent regarding Covid policies/safety) and the food is great. There is lots of outdoor time, daily activities (art/building things/water play) along with free play. Now with covid restrictions now easing they’re starting some group activities again (which hopefully can keep going)!

My daughter has been enrolled in the centre since May of this year. I have seen her grow tremendously.from her eating habits to her communication, I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. The Director of this centre and the workers are incredible. They genuinely not only care about my daughter, but they always greet me with a smile and will always take a second to ask me about my day. I'm super grateful I was able to find a centre that fit my needs.and lastly, provides the best hot lunches daily!

Honestly, I can't even give this daycare a one star. This daycare was beyond amazing when I first had my son enrolled. They had everything from music classes, yoga, zumba etc. They removed every class due to budget cuts however they kept increasing their fees however not adding anything new to the program. I removed by two children and enrolled them into an amazing center with all of these options and cheaper.

This is where is gets good.numerous times the father of my children who is an addict would show up to the center intoxicated. They would have him removed until I arrived to take the children home with me. There was one point last spring where he did arrive intoxicated, Anu the director confirmed over the phone he was while I was on route to the center. When I arrived, they were removing my children and walking them over to Tiffin Restaurant so they did not witness anything. Upon entering, Anu sat with both of us and confirmed she can smell the alcohol and asked for him to leave and that I will be proceeding with taking the children home. When I approached the center to receive the proper documentation on this matter to file an EPO with the courts her response "I have nothing documented on this matter". Once this response was received I wrote her another email asking for a detailed explanation as to why I was called to the daycare that day and why their father was removed and why my children were moved from the center that day. Still no response to this day from Anu the director. The educators are AMAZING however the director could care less!

Hello…my experience with Harvest Pointe was tremendous! We moved to Alberta last year and after the first meeting, I knew it was the perfect fit to have my son be apart of their program! The directors and staff helped make our transition to our new place of residence so smooth! My son loved his teachers and his friends so much! Ive saw so many changes with my son for the 11 months he was in attendance there and I greatly appreciate it! Definitely recommended to have your little one join the daycare…Continue the great work and support and we miss you already! ️️

Harvest Pointe was a wonderful home to my daughter. I can't thank the staff and mamagement enough for their dedication love and care towards my daughter and for every child in their care. Leaving my daughter there was never a worry. I knew she was in safe trusted hands. I saw a huge change in her development, the way she interacted with kids and adults. It was a blessing! Thank you Anu, Whitney and all the staff.

Wonderful caring staff. Children are educated appropriately. Cleanliness is spot on. The food is perfect. The outdoor play area is big, adventurous and fun.

Beautiful space, friendly staff, and programming that supports children across core areas of development. As a child psychologist and mother of an anxious, sensitive preschooler, I appreciate their daily pictures and learning summaries, and feel confident that my son is expanding his social and learning experiences in supportive and creative ways.

My two-year-old son has been attending Harvest Pointe Daycare since he turned one and we could not be happier having chosen this particular daycare. We had other options but this place is well worth your consideration. The director and staff are like family and my son has developed very strong relations with all of the educators who show great aptitude in their care and handling of big toddler emotions. When he first started, he was understandably anxious and was inseparable with security items like his blanket and stuffy. Now, he is excited to go to ‘school’ the next day and, in time, the educators have helped wean off his blanket and stuffy dependency (only uses his blanket for naps). Better yet, this type of transition was observed at home when we weaned him off the use of the soother, which was without tears and took less than a few days working in tandem with his classroom educators. From what I have seen, the director and educators are well-trained, communicative and truly invested in my child’s happiness and development, which is evident with each classroom transition he has had. As a parent, I have come to absolutely appreciate the staff and their updates - we will often get pictures and updates throughout the day as to the childrens’ activities. At pickup, I get a good sense of his naps, how well he ate, what he ate, and the activities he took part in. I highly recommend this daycare if you want carefree childcare: knowing that your child is well taken care of, happy, and in an environment that fosters development.

With regards to covid, the facilities are extremely clean and the staff employ ample safety protocols to safeguard the children and their families. Very impressed.

My son started going to this daycare from 8 months nd he turned 4 now. Still here. Very engaging nd my son love his daycare. Lunch nd snacks provided are of good quality. Educators are the highlight I would say. Overall I love the experience now even though in the beginning had small hiccups. Its all good and they try their best to raise their standards and I love that:)

From the first moment we entered the Harvest Pointe Daycare doors with our niece Ayaat back in November 2017; we knew it was the BEST and RIGHT place to enrol our children. The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming and they made transition so easy for the child and parent. Having updates and photos of your child and the activities they are engaging in on the parent portal is the greatest thing ever. My niece had an amazing growth and developmental time at Harvest Pointe Daycare before they relocated to Ontario. Even at that she could not stop asking about her amazing teachers and friends at the daycare whenever we talked. When we had our daughter Alisha and it was time for her to attend Daycare while i returned to work; Harvest Pointe Daycare made the transition so easy and fun for my daughter and me and my husband. They understand the importance of the nature and nurturing relationships of Alisha and ensure that she successfully integrate to their environment positively. Why is this Daycare so AWSOME, well, apart from the fact that Safety is their number one priority, it is clean, organized, communicative, filled with fun educative, age appropriate milestone activities for the kids. Additionally, their staffs are super experienced and amazing. Words cannot really express how grateful we are for such an amazing daycare close to home and for their amazing work with our daughter Alisha who has been growing up so amazingly, content and happy whenever she gets the daycare. Throughout this COVID pandemic, Harvest Pointe Daycare has been super communicative with the changes occurring, supportive to us the parents and responsive to every questions we have, FOLLOWS AND ENFORCES AHS REGULATIONS as required. A special thank you to teacher Young and Mandeep for making Aisha's learning milestone positive. And to you Anu and the rest of the staff, for your exceptional services with our daughter and treating us like family. We can't wait for our son to also start attending.

Great Daycare! Everyone is so welcoming and pleasant every morning. Great updates at the end of each day and by email, on the daily activities and how our daughter is doing. There are even team members that still ask about my son who has been in school for 2 years. They have also been very flexible through all the COVID craziness.

I like that the owner and directors there really want the best for the children and constantly looking for ways to improve. This is the best daycare.

My daughter recently left the daycare as we were moving out of town. She has attending Harvest for about 20 months and let me tell you. She felt comfortable with the environment, the staff, the children right away. I wasn’t concern at all. This daycare became an extension of myself. They were able care for her the way I would care for her. She made many friends, with the children and staff. One of the many perks is that they started to provide lunch at the daycare, most daycare don’t have that option. All you had to do was drop ur children off and not have to pack a lunch everyday which saved me some time. If I had the opportunity to work in town. She would be attending Harvest Point. We were sad to leave and I hope my daughter finds the same type of connection she felt at Harvest. Once again thank you to the staff, the director Anu, for making my daughter feel at home. I will forever be grateful.
