Friendly locally owned restaurant with lots of variety in schnitzels You can either do a full or 1/2 order! I would recommend to do a table reservation to ensure you get a spot!
Merci!
This was probably the best meal we've had in a long time, the service was great and the food was top notch. The currywurst sauce was the best sauce I've had, we'll definitely bring our family back here. Highly recommend
Down to earth, comfy and homey restaurant. All of the schnitzel that we tried was delicious. Definitely enjoyed the great quality and generous portions! Definitely try the croquette!
Damn near perfect simple, European soul food done extremely well. Some guests might like it but I wish the music were a little louder for a fun atmosphere. I felt a bit worried not to bother other guests by talking too much or laughing too loud. But I loved it
Good food (celiac friendly), great prices, with an authentic atmosphere that delivers a genuine experience and with minimal waste (food is made to order). I wish more restaurants were like this.
A very nice German Restaurant, Real good German Food, Sausage and Schnitzel are really good, nice Staff, good German Beer, A perfect place for a good dinner.
Recently visited Haus Falkenstein for a birthday celebration and greatly enjoyed my experience. An incredible variety of schnitzel on the menu that is fresh cut and prepared that day. The restaurant recommends that you call ahead and make reservations to ensure that they have enough fresh meat available, which we did in advance. Otherwise, I really appreciated the owner's perspective on why they make their schnitzel the way they do (pan fried, not deep fried) and the use of canned mushrooms and processed cheese (which I loved!). Also, for soccer/football fans, there's also a great FC Schalke 04 corner in the restaurant, which I'm guessing you won't see very often. Well worth the visit if you're looking for authentic schnitzel in Edmonton!
The food is absolutely delicious, there’s a fantastic beer selection and hands down the most amazing and attentive service! Haus Falkenstein is a must!
The food was well cooked, but was unable to even add gravy on the side as it is *portioned per order* how do you portion a gravy to order when they have no idea what anyone is going to order in advance. Also the service was sub par at best, when your paying 2 bucks for hot water and 350 for a can a pop every person in the restaurant should be treated as royalty. I defi Italy won't be going back
