Hawkwood Auto Service

Was looking for a reliable shop and was referred to Hawkwood. Kyle went out of his way to explain what was wrong, showed me the parts off my car, explained what happened and they got the repair done much faster then expected, plus it drives great again. Price was also reasonable for the work. Will definitely be back for any future issues.

The technician misdiagnosed a simple issue with my wife's car that ended up costing us about $1000. When I asked them to fix the the actual problem with the car at no extra cost to us they refused. So, right now we are $1000 in the hole with the same problem with the car.

I chose Hawkwood because I heard that their customer experience was top-notch. This was definitely not the case for us. We will not be returning to this shop.

Kyle and the team at Hawkwood are top shelf. You would be hard pressed to find a more honest bunch at any auto service shop anywhere. They use top quality parts with expert workmanship. Most importantly, Kyle will only fix what needs to be fixed - no over-selling. He takes time to explain every line item on an invoice, says what was changed and why, and what didn’t need to be changed and why. Love these guys.
