I had my massage over a week ago and I specifically said in the desk and with the massage therapist as well not to do cupping, and she still insisted so. She said cupping is really good for health. I know that but I just don't like the bruises after that, now I am not sure if my husband and I are still coming back here, maybe not.

Poor hygiene & freezing cold rooms. No Massage therapists in the city would leave such a dirty bedsheet for customers, and unprofessional treatment by one of the message therapists is unacceptable.

I gave three stars because there are professional, caring and hard working individuals among them.

I was referred by a friend to see Nancy for acupuncture and fire cupping. And I'm so happy I was connected to her. Overall, staff are super friendly and helpful and the environment is clean and welcoming. My experience with Nancy was amazing! She is knowledgeable and clearly knows what's she doing. In addition, she is a warm and an inviting person and really easy to talk to. I am looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff and receiving further treatment. Highly recommended

I haven't been able to straighten my thumbs in almost a year. And then 2 months ago I met Nancy. And today, my thumbs are straight.

I was in a car accident 25 years ago and have had problems with my left knee every since.

I ruptured my ear drum in 2020. I'm waiting for surgery.

During one of my treatments on my thumbs, I mentioned that my shoulder has been having problems along with my knee since my accident. Likely a dislocation that was never diagnosed.

She listened to me. Treated my shoulder on the spot that day. Treated it a second time. All the pain in my shoulder is gone and I no longer feel the need to try and pop it into place anymore.

She gave me one treatment on my knee, no more popping, no more pain.

Lastly, my ear. While I wait for surgery, we decided she treats it to see if we can get my body to naturally start to heal. I literally felt movement in the center of my ear drum. I'm hoping that a couple more treatments on my ear and I'll be able to hear again and won't need skin graphing to repair my ear drum.

She is my savior.

Maybe I wasn't used to this type of massage. I found it very aggressive and not very relaxing. Also, the scrapping technique was terrible (I learned after that this is another style of massage but it caught me off guard). The cupping was nice though and she did a good job on my legs, when she actually focussed on them. I felt that there was a lot of miscommunication so maybe that's why she didn't focus there. Also, it was super bright in the actual room.the ambiance was really crummy, I didn't enjoy the experience. I think that there's better places to go for massage. I originally went here because I wanted massage and acupuncture because my acupuncturist was on mat leave, but after the massage I was nervous about getting acupuncture so I decided to only do massage.

Poor communication because they failed to understand what I was there for. I went in for a 1hr full body massage and they continued to ask if u wanted acupuncture, I said no multiple time but with half hr left she insisted the acupuncture would be more effective for my back pain. She agreed not to charge me since I booked an hr deep tissue. She just wanted me to try it, I reluctantly agreed. I ended up getting 45mins of service not the hr I booked. When I went to check my insurance, I seen that they charged me for the hr massage and tried to charge me for an hour acupuncture. I would give zero stars if I could, worst massage experience ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

100% recommend. Ask for Raj Anbazhagan who focuses on sports massages. I’ve come twice now and just booked three more appointments. He has an incredible knowledge of the muscles and his massages are helping me reverse tightness and mobility issues that I’ve had for years. I’ve been telling everyone I know about it.

Staff are not professional, they are talking different language while serving clients. While Wing is doing the massage, someone keep on calling her to talk to her, while I am inside she has to open the door to listen to whomever disturbed her from doing her job. During the massage time all I can hear is people talking at the front loudly in different language. I asked for music, they wait for more than half hour before put the music on. However, I like Wing even her language is not clear but she does good job.

I've had at least 5-10 sessions here now that I have not gone anywhere else. I've seen Sophia and Monica so far and they are both very good with different techniques to offer. Sophia offers very deep tissue massage and I appreciate Monica's various techniques for a more relaxing massage.

I have been seeing Nancy for many years. From having to take pain killers every day for my chronic back pain from a car accident 10 years ago, to now that I barely feel pain, I am able to enjoy my daily activities freely again! She fixed my back and shoulder, using a variety of effective techniques like deep tissue massage, hot-stone, cupping and graston. Oh, and the Herbal Steaming ~ which is so wonderful! It helps relax my muscles and joints, and improves my circulation. With the newly renovated facility, I am so excited for Nancy and her team at L&G massage, where they will continue to help their clients by providing excellent service!

This past year, she treated me multiple times for post-op recovery with lymphatic massage. She is amazing! She keeps me strong and healthy. I highly recommend Nancy and her team.

I went to see Nancy (Lan Fang) for weight-loss and improving blood circulation in my feet. My first massage was on June 1st and just had my 4th treatment today. I lost 2.2 lb in two weeks, and lost 2.3 inches in my abdomen, and my pants even fits a bit looser in the thighs. I haven’t even changed my diet or added exercise! I feel amazing and hopeful. I’ve also found that my feet doesn’t get numb every morning when I first get out off bed like I used to be, but couple times a week. Nancy did full body lymphatic draining massage every time, and explained to me where my blockage were and were able to break them up. She also uses cupping technique, and would explain to me which meridian and acupressure point she is trying to improve.plus I enjoy the herbal sauna before each massage, and I appreciate her knowledge of western massage and TCM, and her thorough massage techniques. Nancy (Lang Fang) is hands down THE BEST post surgery massage therapist in Calgary! I was looking for a lymphatic massage after surgery as suggested by my surgeon and my girlfriend referred me to Nancy. Being 2 weeks after surgery, I was having a hard time trying to find a therapist I can trust, let alone think they would help me recover faster. But after my first session with Nancy, that was it, I scheduled appointments to see her every 2nd and 3rd day. She gained my trust with her knowledge and professionalism and was one of the main reasons I had a faster recovery. Every session i was in less and less pain and I was getting stronger and stronger. Nancy is an absolute blessing and I highly highly recommend her overall for any type of massage and especially her expertise with Post Surgery massages! Had a massage with Nancy and it was one of the best athletic massages I have had in years. I have had numerous athletic massages. Nancy is one of the few people that I found can provide a deep tissue massages similar to the athletic trainers from when I play collegiate sports. I found it very beneficial. Highly recommended.

Received a massage recently and it truly was amazing. I have no doubt that I am going to feel better then what I was previously. As soon as I left I felt like my body had loosened up. It was relaxing but also it was hurty but because my body is so tense and I really needed it. Nancy was the massage therapist who performed the massage, she knew what she was doing and really worked on my problem areas. I really enjoyed my massage with sophia today! She worked out all of my kinks and tightness and also encorprated Hot Stones with her practice. I will definitely be back for another massage!
